On one hand I am happy for them... On the other hand... imagine having Mahler as you boss 😐 Edit: Anyways that game they made looks awesome! I should try it.  

There is so much genuine talent on display in Dreams - just mind-boggling to see what people have been able to come up with. Hope we see lots more stories like this and that Sony finally has the brains to promote it as a platform on PC and PS5 moving forward.  

This is excellent, all hard work have his reward!  

You love to see it! I only recently installed and started playing some stuff in Dreams, the first of which was Lock, that fantastic Witness-like game. Amazed at what folks have achieved in this. I could never do it, but I think if I were younger, back when I had a greater passion for game design (and the actual time and focus to devote to it), this would be a literal dream of a piece of software.

That's not the first time Moon hired people who made themselves known with self-made projects. IIRC, they hired one of the AM2R devs to work on Will of the Wisps.  

Very cool. Trips voyage is a legit good game.  

I remember seeing people say when Dreams released that it would usher the new generation of developers. It's cool that's really happening. It took me a while to understand the thread title, btw.

Cool that he got in through dreams, but having to deal with Thomas Mahler regularly sounds like hell.  

That is really awesome. I know there's been a lot of negative rep regarding Moon Studios' leadership but it's still nice to see someone with no game design experience previously land a job like this after just 2 years of working on a hobby

That's great news. Of all the Dreams PS4 stand out Dreams PS4 games on the PlayStation 4 version of the game Dreams for PlayStation 4 in Dreams, this was definitely my favourite.

Had to have been a better way to word that title. Also, Trip's Voyage is the best game on Dreams. I'd say it's one of the best indie 3D platformers there is. Well deserved!

Attempted to circumvent ban with alt account

Trip's Voyage is the best game in Dreams. Hell yeah, congrats to them for getting hired. Sony/MM were sleeping behind the wheel if they didn't offer him a position anywhere. Guy is talented as all hell.  

Holy fuck is that really something you can create in Dreams? That's fucking crazy!  

Dang, kinda bummed about this update as I was really hoping he'd have full creative control over his next project since Trip's Voyage is such an amazing indie 3D Platformer. Very exciting opportunity though and well-deserved; hope the job works out well for him  

With Trip's Voyage and the Myst-like game Lock, Dreams really has some incredible games in it.

That's exactly the point imitating Mario on Trip because the designer wants it like that. It's not like he's illegally ripping codes from Odyssey & implement it on his game whatsoever. It's pretty impressive just by looking & try to animate/rigged from scratch so that it looks like Mario. Unless he's putting this kind of model, then maybe Nintendo will send their armies on him. NBC4 is partnering with La Chatelaine restaurants across Columbus in a campaign leading up to his journey to Paris this summer. Apple’s time travel comedy Time Bandits starts streaming in July

It’s an adaptation of a 1981 film directed by terry gilliam..

You won’t need to travel too far into the future to see Apple TV Plus’ next adventure series. The streamer just announced that Time Bandits , an adaptation of the 1981 Terry Gilliam film of the same name, will premiere on July 24th. The TV version of the story will span 10 episodes and, according to Apple, is about “an unpredictable journey through time and space with a ragtag group of thieves and their newest recruit: an 11-year-old history buff named Kevin.”

The show has some comedy bona fides at least, with Jemaine Clement and Iain Morris serving as co-showrunners and Taika Waititi also on board as co-creator and executive producer. The cast, meanwhile, is led by Lisa Kudrow and a young Kal-El Tuck and also features the likes of Tadhg Murphy, Charlyne Yi, and Roger Nsengiyumva. You can get a first look at some of the main cast in the photo above.

Here’s the full description, according to Apple:

Guided by Lisa Kudrow, the eccentric crew of bandits embark on epic adventures while evil forces threaten their conquests and life as they know it. As the group transports through time and space, the gang stumbles upon fascinating worlds of the distant past while seeking out treasure, depending on Kevin to shed light on each situation. The Time Bandits witness the creation of Stonehenge, see the Trojan Horse in action, escape dinosaurs in the prehistoric ages, wreak havoc during medieval times, experience the ice age, ancient civilizations, the Harlem Renaissance, and much more along the way. 

Time Bandits will continue a steady run of genre shows on Apple TV Plus. The not-quite-what-it-seems detective series Sugar just wrapped up its first season, the multiversal Dark Matter is ongoing , and July will also see the premiere of a robot mystery show called Sunny .
