We loved this tour! After a hot, hot day, it was great to be on the water. Our tour guide, Tabitha, was fantastic. We kayaked around the area and she shared interesting facts about the lake and the skyline in Austin. Seeing the bats fly out was incredible...nothing gross or scary about it!!!

We enjoyed the trip, I had seen the bats from the bridge, but much more impressive from beneath the bridge. Stephen was a fun, friendly, knowledgeable guide. It was a lot of fun, nice warm water, and a gentle current. Definitely will go again.

Very informative not just of Lady Bird Lake and the bats, but helpful telling us other things to enjoy in Austin and the surrounding area. They really looked out for us, made sure we had the best view, and took their time. We were never rushed to do anything!

Cody was an incredible, energetic, charismatic, sweetheart of a kayaking guide. He took my mom and I around Lady Bird Lake and made sure we were both comfortable, having fun, and really getting to see the sites. We had such a great time. I highly recommend it.

Deep in the heart of Austin, TX, we are proud to offer lunch and dinner cruises, wedding events, internationally famous bat-watching excursions, party boat services, and the ultimate alternative for group and corporate outings.

Where are you located?

We are on the boat dock at the lakeside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Hyatt is located at 208 Barton Springs Road near the intersection of Congress and Barton Springs on the south side of Town Lake. Click here for Map and Directions .

Where can we park?

Unfortunately, there is very little free parking in the area. The Hyatt Regency does have a multi-level parking garage. Parking there should be $25.00 per vehicle for up to 3 hours, after which you may be subject to additional charges. Alternatively, you can typically pay to park at the surface lot adjacent to the hotel, though prices for this and other pay lots in the area may vary depending activities in the surrounding area. Both the Long Center for Performing Arts and Austin City Hall have large pay-parking structures and are a short walk from the dock. Also, One Texas Center off of Riverside Drive typically has available parking. Guests may drop off passengers at the front door of the hotel, but parking there is limited to 5 minutes. Please see map for directions .

When should we arrive?

For PRIVATE CRUISES, boarding time is usually 15 minutes in advance of departure (check with dock personnel for your specific cruise). For larger groups (~20 or more), we suggest telling your group to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to allow for traffic or other possible delays. If our schedule permits, arrangements can be made for some members of your party to arrive earlier for set-up, decoration, etc. For PUBLIC CRUISES, check-in starts 30 minutes prior to departure. Reservations must be claimed no less than 15 minutes prior to departure, or they are no longer guaranteed, even if they are prepaid. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable unless the reservation was canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

Ready for some adrenaline? Take a water-sports tour on our 24 ft pontoon with 140 horsepower engine that will reach speeds of 35 mph! We provide the 3 person tube and wakeboard. Remember that the more people on board, the slower the boat will move. We suggest limiting to 10 person + our captain to get the most out of the tour. We also recommend Lake Travis which is a wider lake to really enjoy the tour, but Lake Austin is great too!

Normally we tie our boats together in the party cove to have a bachelor/bachelorette mashup, but it’s entirely up to you if you want to anticipate. Its PTX center toon combine with a 300 hp engine and turbo swing allows it to pull 2 tubes at time and make turns like a Ski Boat . The boat is 10’2″” wide and 29’6″” long with a 300 hp 4 stroke engine (45 mph top speed)- PTX Center Toon – RF Seating – 2400 watt bluetooth stereo – 11 foot top for shade – front & rear ladder – Turbo swing ( for Tubing). The boat will come with our Captain – Lilly pads -4 person tube – large cooler (no ice) – fuel – and all safety equipment with every rental.

Our 2019 Atomic Shark Pontoon, with a maximum capacity of 24 people + our Captain, is perfect for large groups that want to a be on one boat or small groups that want a spacious boat. The boat is spacious with lots of room for a group that wants to find a party cove or go sightseeing and cruising. The Shark is 29’6″ ft. long by 10’2″ ft. wide with a 200 HP 4 stroke engine that will go 35 mph top speed, so this is not a slow moving barge. This will definitely get you to the party cove fast. The Shark comes equipped with front & rear ladders, 3000 watts Bluetooth audio with wetsound speakers, Large Lilly Pad, bimini top for shade, two 128-can coolers, and 32 cup holders for your drinks.
