Our 40-ft. long, 49-passenger Hydra-Terra Amphibious Bus is a state-of-the-art vehicle, manufactured exclusively for tourism, by CAMI (Cool Amphibious Manufacturers International). Our fleet of Hydra Terras is annually inspected by the USCG and daily by our full-time team of highly skilled, heavy duty marine and auto mechanics. This vehicle has revolutionary positive buoyancy with a USCG approved foam filled compartment, making it virtually unsinkable. There are children and adult life jackets on board. All our captains hold a United States Coast Guard Masters license as well as a commercial driver’s license. They are CPR and First Aid certified and must complete a rigorous training program before transporting passengers, our tour guides (first mate) are also CPR and First Aid certified. The check-in location is in the heart of South Beach at 1661 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

• Chevron down Where does the Miami Duck Tour actually depart from?

The duck tour departs from the corner of Lincoln Road and James Ave., which is just around the corner from the check-in office.

• Chevron down Do you have a parking facility?

We do not have our own parking facility, although there is a private valet parking lot right next door to the box office. Guests could also find metered parking along the street or park at the Miami Beach public garage on the corner of Collins Avenue and 16th Street.

• Chevron down Are seats assigned?

No, the seating arrangement is general admission first-come, first-served. So if you want to have good seats make sure to be early and on time.

• Chevron down Do you get wet on the tour?

Generally you do not get wet on the tour, unless it is raining hard outside. The vessel does have a roof but is completely open on the sides.

• Chevron down Is the tour conducted in any other language than English?

The tour is conducted ONLY in English due to the fact that our guests come from all over the world.

• Chevron down Is the vessel handicapped accessible?

Unfortunately there is no wheelchair ramp on the vessel, therefore guests who are confined to a wheelchair would not be able to board. To board the vessel one must be able to climb a small foldout step ladder.

• Chevron down Is there a bathroom on the duck boat?

No, unfortunately there is no bathroom on board. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding the vessel.

• Chevron down Can I get a refund?

There are absolutely no refunds. You may always use your tickets as credit for a future date. The only case where refunds are given is if the tour was canceled by us.

Had an absolutely blast on the duck ride! Learned so much and they had a great Playlist. Really enjoyed seeing all the sights. If I ever visit Miami again I will definitely do this ride again. Would highly recommend 😁

We were just a few days in Miami, and we were looking for something quick to do both on water and land. We're very glad we came across this experience. Excellent tour of South Beach and awesome staff.

One of the coolest adventures I’ve taken during my stay in Miami. The tour guide is amazing and extremely funny. The driver cared about the passengers and did a great job as well. I had no idea the same vehicle would be going into the water so it was a real adventure just like a duck! My family enjoyed the trip as well and I highly recommend this trip to everyone in town.
