Ordering Field Pack Order Request Form.

Please complete the Field Pack Ordering Form at least two weeks before the field trip.

This lead time allows us to prepare healthy lunches for your students.

Additionally, provide the cafeteria lead with an updated meal count at least 3 days before the field trip.
