The positive reviews look fake. Search the Vox article about this being a scam

Please It is impossible to receive a refund, despite the agent making an error in booking. They hand up and try and charge eronious costs. The reply to negative feedback is clearly automated. I have tried d calling the helpline, they don't help or just hang up. Google search Vox infinity travels. You will see an article stating this is a scam, with an investigation.

I am writing to also comment that although the issue I had was complicated and I believe a series of misunderstandings, everyone at infinity travel maintained a calm and polite attitude despite my exasperation & frustrations, even the agent that I wasn't always able to track down, that initially started my case, he was only one person that could help me, meaning I had to wait till he was on duty, causing added frustration, calling a number of times, without resolve over time, in days and hours. Finally In the end, Brian Stevenson was able to research, step by step so we could get to the bottom of it, and secure my flight. So I would give this agency a second chance. Thank you.
