He/Him/His Therapist
I believe that every person takes a unique path through development and has a plethora of unique factors that influence this journey. With over a decade’s worth of experience, I am passionate about helping people find their way in a world that is rapidly changing. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan throughout a multitude of treatment settings, including in-home, outpatient, and residential. These different experiences help me to tailor treatment to your specific needs. I will work with you to find a style that best suits you and sets you up for success. Collaboration is necessary, because after all, you are the expert on you, I am just a guide. My therapeutic approach is one of unconditional positive regard, in a judgment free setting. I understand that the choice to pursue therapy is typically not an easy one, so I am here to walk alongside you as you make decisions to improve yourself and your life. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, but am also skilled in other modalities, as every individual has different needs. I do not believe in “cookie cutter therapy.” More About Me After being honorably discharged from the Army, I decided to pursue my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor, with the Mental Health Service Provider designation in 2022. Currently, I work with individuals ages 12-55 on a variety of topics, and offer both in-person and telehealth services.
