Billie Eilish flashes a devilish grin on the red carpet.

At just 22-years-old, Billie Eilish has accomplished more than most recording artists will in their entire lives.

Over the past decade, the “Bad Guy” singer released two number one albums, hosted “Saturday Night Live” and collected nine Grammy Awards and two Academy Awards to name just a few of her many impressive achievements.

This year, she’s going back for more.

Eilish just announced she is embarking on the worldwide ‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR’ in support of her upcoming album with the same name, due out May 17.

Her 10-month run concludes at Dublin’s 3Arena on July 27, 2025.

If you want tickets to see Eilish deliver the hits as well as debut tracks from her new album live this year, tickets for all U.S. and Canadian concerts can be found as soon as today.

Fans can now purchase tickets on sites like Vivid Seats ; the official on-sale is May 3.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Viktor Hovland commits to PGA Tour's Travelers Championship

  • ESPN News Services

World No. 7 Viktor Hovland has committed to the PGA Tour's Travelers Championship, tournament organizers said Tuesday.

Hovland crashed out of the Masters earlier this month when he shot an 81 in the second round to miss the cut. The Norwegian subsequently withdrew from the following week's signature event, the RBC Heritage.

But Hovland has said in the past he prefers to work through issues in his game by training rather than fixing them during competition. It was the same case when Hovland withdrew from the WM Phoenix Open in February after a tough run at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am the week before.

Hovland, 26, won the FedEx Cup last summer by winning the BMW Championship and the Tour Championship in consecutive weeks. But he is off to a rough start in 2024, with only one top-20 finish in six starts, as he tries to fix his swing.

The Travelers will take place June 20-23, the week after the U.S. Open. It is a signature event for the second year running, featuring a prize pool of $20 million.

"Viktor is one of the promising young players we gave a sponsor's exemption to in 2019, and it hasn't taken him long to show why he deserved that opportunity," Travelers executive vice president Andy Bessette said in a statement. "He's made an impression with his play -- he's won on the PGA TOUR each of the past four seasons -- but he's also one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. We're excited to watch him compete and be part of our world-class player field this year."

2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson odds, field: Surprising PGA picks, predictions from model that's nailed 11 majors

Sportsline's proven model simulated the cj cup byron nelson 2024 10,000 times and revealed its pga golf picks.

jason-day-usatsi.jpg

The 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson might be a new name on the PGA Tour schedule but the tournament has one of the richest histories in golf. It was first played in 1944 as the Texas Victory Open and it's been the namesake tournament for 52-time PGA Tour winner and five-time major champion Byron Nelson since 1968. Jason Day ended a five-year winless streak to capture his second win in the Byron Nelson and now he'll set his sights on a third this weekend at TPC Craig Ranch when play begins on Thursday.

Day is listed at 18-1 in the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson odds while Jordan Spieth is the 12-1 favorite after finishing top 10 in his last two starts in this event. Other 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson contenders include Si Woo Kim (22-1), Adam Scott (25-1), Alex Noren (25-1) and Sungjae Im (25-1). Before making any 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson picks, be sure t o see the golf predictions and projected leaderboard from the proven computer model at SportsLine .

SportsLine's proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been red-hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June of 2020. In fact, the model is up more than $9,000 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament.

McClure's model correctly predicted Scottie Scheffler would finish on top of the leaderboard at the 2024 Masters, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Players Championship, and the RBC Heritage this season. McClure also included Hideki Matsuyama in his best bets to win the 2024 Genesis Invitational. That bet hit at +9000, and for the entire tournament, McClure's best bets returned nearly $1,000.

The model also predicted Jon Rahm would be victorious at the 2023 Sentry Tournament of Champions and The American Express. At the 2023 Masters, the model was all over Rahm's second career major victory heading into the weekend. Rahm was two strokes off the lead heading into the third round, but the model still projected him as the winner. It was the second straight Masters win for the model, which also nailed Scheffler winning in 2022.

In addition, McClure's best bets included Nick Taylor (70-1) winning the 2023 RBC Canadian Open, Jason Day (17-1) winning outright at the 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson, and Rickie Fowler (14-1) finishing on top of the leaderboard at the 2023 Rocket Mortgage Classic.

This same model has also nailed a whopping 11 majors entering the weekend and hit the Masters three straight years. Anyone who has followed it has seen massive returns.

Now that the CJ Cup Byron Nelson 2024 field is finalized, SportsLine simulated the tournament 10,000 times, and the results were surprising. Head to SportsLine now to see the projected leaderboard .

Top 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson predictions

One major surprise the model is calling for at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson 2024: Day, the defending champion and one of the top favorites, stumbles and barely cracks the top five. Day got off to a hot start this season when he posted three top-10 finishes in his first five tournaments, but he has struggled since then. He has finished outside the top 15 in his last five events, including a missed cut at the Texas Children's Houston Open at the end of March.

Day ranks 183rd on the PGA Tour in approach shots from more than 200 yards, which will be a shot that he has to take throughout this tournament. He is also ranked 133rd in green in regulation percentage (63.62%) and 152nd in strokes gained: approach to green (-0.380). Day is not in strong form right now, so the model is looking elsewhere with its pick to win this tournament.

Another surprise: Stephan Jaeger, a 30-1 longshot, makes a strong run at the title. He has a much better chance to win it all than his odds imply, so he's a target for anyone looking for a huge payday. The 34-year-old German is currently ranked No. 43 in the Official World Golf Ranking after scoring his first PGA Tour victory earlier this year at the Texas Children's Houston Open.

That victory earned him an appearance in the 2024 Masters (his first) and it was his third finish of T-3 or better already this season. Jaeger is coming off a T-18 at the RBC Heritage and he was T-11 in the Byron Nelson last year. He ranks 17th in the FedEx Cup standings entering the week and he's 15th on tour this season in total strokes gained (0.957).  See who else to pick here .

DGPT Announces 2023 Event Schedule

pro tour schedule pdga

For Immediate Release:

September 30th, 2022: The Disc Golf Pro Tour is pleased to release its 2023 schedule in unison with next year’s PDGA Pro Major schedule. In total, the Tour will represent twenty-eight tournaments (including the 2022-2023 wrap around schedule) across five event designations. All events will earn points towards the 2023 Tour Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Schedule Breakdown By Designation

pro tour schedule pdga

“As our staff, players, and fans gear up for the 2022 Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship, we’re excited to share a first look at our 2023 Tour schedule,” said DGPT CEO & Tour Director Jeff Spring. “The 2023 season will be another big step forward for the Tour, building on the rock-solid foundation that we’ve grown with this incredible group of touring professionals and our fantastic event teams and partners. Next season’s schedule is designed with the goals of sustainability and professionalism for players and the creation of compelling storylines and action for fans both onsite and online. We aim to continue to usher in a new age of pro disc golf for the players and fans that have made this growth possible. As always, the collaboration with the PDGA is crucial in finalizing a schedule that works well to serve all stakeholders. We thank them for their help in this complicated process, especially in regards to their flexibility on a date adjustment for amateur and junior worlds!”

The most significant portion of the 2023 schedule is dedicated to thirteen Elite Events. In addition to eleven returning events, the Pro Tour heads to Austin, TX, to add The Open at Austin (formerly the Silver Series event, The Open at Belton) and promotes the Music City Open to Elite Status.

Two of the thirteen returning Elite events from the 2022 schedule will carry a new designation of Elite+ . While not a new PDGA-sanctioning tier, Elite + events will feature bigger purses, additional media focus, and elevated spectator experiences. Similar to the playoffs, Elite+ events will be four-round tournaments, with a cut after round three, and will deliver more DGPT Points. The first-ever Elite+ events are the Portland Open and the Ledgestone Open. “We look to continue to grow our slate of Elite+ events in the future,” said Spring. “We’re excited to use these events as an opportunity put more external eyes on our players, the Tour, and most importantly, the sport as a whole.”

After its inaugural year, the DGPT playoffs will return, with Discraft’s Great Lakes Open and the MVP Open at Maple hill carrying the playoff designation. These events will meet similar added cash standards of Elite+ events and will continue to play a significant role in determining which players qualify for the Tour Championship. The Tour Championship is considered a part of the playoffs but will not award any points.

“We’ve got another exciting end of the season lined up with the PDGA Pro World Championships at Smugglers’ Notch Resort happening in concert with the 2023 playoff events,” said Spring. “With PDGA Pro Majors maintaining heavyweight status on the 2023 points scale, the last three months of next year’s season will provide ample opportunities for movement around the cut line for the Tour Championship.”

More details on 2023 playoff events will be released in the coming months.

DGPT Silver Events (formally referred to as the Silver Series ) will also return in 2023 and award more tour points than in previous seasons. With two events already on the schedule as 2022-2023 wrap-around season tournaments, 2023 will see the addition of at least five Silver Events, with several events making their debut on the Pro Tour schedule for a total of seven stops so far. The Tour expects to announce additions to the 2023 Silver Event schedule at a later date.

pro tour schedule pdga

Before the official start of the 2023 season, the DGPT will host its third annual All-Star event in mid-February. The event will return to Tucson, Arizona.

The 2023 points system and the details on the 2023 & 2024 Tour Card qualification procedures will be announced in the coming weeks and months.
