Bon séjour. Hotel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Chambre moyenne en particulier il faisait trop chaud et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalé mais aucun retour et rien n'a changé. Manque de serviettes le 2e jour (3 personnes - 2 serviette).

Bonjour l’équipe pullman Tour Eiffel , Notre séjour début avril 2024 . Nous avons admiré le dévouement , le professionnalisme , le service, l’engagement du personnels. Ceux-là vos pour l’hôtel et également pour le bar , le restaurant . Inutile de chercher à se restaurer dans le tout Paris. Qualités , quantités ,service sur place excellent.si les finances vous le permettent, prenez une chambre avec balcon vue sur la Tour Eiffel . La nuit Tour Eiffel illuminait avec un verre de champagne à la main c’est une mémoire inoubliable . ca sera notre hôtel pour les futur passages sur paris . D. K.
