2024 Zurich Classic live stream, TV schedule, how to watch online, channel, tee times, radio, golf coverage

For the seventh straight year, players will travel down to the Bayou to take part in the PGA Tour's annual team-style event. The 2024 Zurich Classic welcomes 80 teams of two as partners hope to grab a trophy by week's end at TPC Louisiana.

Headlining the action are the two players who seemingly do everything together: Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay. The good friends were victorious in their first go around in 2022 but failed to defend their title a season ago in large part due to their play in four-ball; Schauffele and Cantlay were more effective in foursomes in Rounds 2 and 4 than they were in the four-ball format in Rounds 1 and 3. 

They will hope to rectify this shortcoming in their third appearance together against a number of new pairings making their debuts. They include world No. 2 Rory McIlroy, who will be making his first tournament appearance alongside Shane Lowry. The two have shared Ryder Cup moments together and will now share their first Zurich Classic starts together hoping to find a little form in this format. 

The two could prove to be Schauffele and Cantlay's greatest competition, but they will not be alone. Will Zalatoris and Sahith Theegala are a strong duo on paper, as are Collin Morikawa and Kurt Kitayama. Adam Hadwin and Nick Taylor hope to do one better than their runner-up performance in 2023, with Corey Conners and Taylor Pendrith also starring as an all-Canadian team. 

The brothers of Alex and Matt Fitzpatrick team up for the second straight year, with Rasmus and Nicolai Hojgaard and Parker and Pierceson Coody also making this week a family affair.

It won’t be hard to track down a PGA Tour live stream amongst the many sports networks FuboTV offers, and new subscribers can even take advantage of a FuboTV free trial , which will get you a week of free access to the service. FuboTV subscriptions start at $75 per month.

You can watch the PGA Tour on Sling TV through a variety of channels you can find on the all-in-one service. While it doesn’t always present full coverage of PGA Tour events, ESPN Plus is a great add-on for PGA Tour coverage. Its offerings are a little more tailored to people who like to watch the PGA Tour in specific ways, such as featured holes at certain events, or featured groups. ESPN Plus doesn’t cover every PGA Tour event, but it has a ton of additional sports coverage that make the $10 per month subscription worthwhile. This includes NCAA basketball games, XFL football games, and UFC fights. Access to ESPN’s sports documentary series 30 for 30 is included with a subscription, as is access to hours upon hours of additional ESPN original programming. There isn’t an ESPN Plus free trial to take advantage of, but ESPN Plus is included at a discount as part of the Disney Bundle, which gets you access to Disney+ and Hulu in addition to ESPN+, and starts at $13 per month.

Another great streaming service to catch a PGA Tour live stream is Peacock TV . NBC covers a lot of PGA Tour events throughout the season, and Peacock TV is its online streaming platform. NBC uses the service regularly to provide online coverage of its sports events, making PGA Tour coverage a near-guarantee if NBC is covering the TV broadcast. Golf lovers might especially enjoy a Peacock TV subscription, which starts at just $5 per month, as in addition to coverage of PGA Tour events, the service offers access to golf documentaries, series like School of Golf, and always-on channels such as GolfPass.

Paramount Plus doesn’t offer a lot of access to PGA Tour events, as it’s a CBS-owned streaming platform, and CBS doesn’t cover many PGA Tour events throughout the season. It does have coverage of perhaps the biggest golf event of the year, The Masters, and you can often access the live stream through Paramount Plus, as a subscription brings with it access to your local CBS station. And while Paramount Plus may be most known for its movies and original series such as Yellowstone, it’s a good streaming service for sports lovers, as for just $5 per month it will get you access to NFL coverage, hockey games, soccer matches, and much more.

Hulu is one of the original streaming TV services, and it’s still one of the most popular, as it offers a huge library of on-demand content. One of its premium offerings is Hulu with Live TV , which brings live TV to your home with a subscription. This includes access to several channels that will allow you to watch the PGA Tour online. USA Network, Golf Channel, CBS, ESPN, and NBC are all part of the package. Hulu with Live TV doesn’t have a free trial in and of itself, but a Hulu free trial does exist. You can use a Hulu free trial to see if you like the platform, and to get a feel for what kinds of content is available on the platform. If you like it, you can dive into a Hulu with Live TV subscription for $70 per month.

YouTube TV rounds out the online options for catching a PGA Tour live stream, and it’s one of the best places to do so. YouTube TV offers more than 100 channels as part of its service, and among them are networks like ESPN, NBC, CBS, and USA Network. These are most of the networks you need for watching PGA Tour events throughout the season, and sports lovers in general will love the inclusion of channels like Fox Sports and NBC Sports. As if the huge range of streaming options doesn’t already complicate tracking down a PGA Tour live stream, travelers will often hit another complication. Geographic restrictions are almost always in place for PGA Tour events, but one way to work around them is with a virtual private network, or a VPN . The second half of the NBA season is underway. The rivalry between Boston and New York heats up on Saturday night when the Celtics take on the Knicks inside Madison Square Garden. The Celtics and Knicks are two of the four best teams in the Eastern Conference, meaning this game could be a potential playoff preview.

Last year's winner Adam Yates and third-placed Damiano Caruso both return to this six day-stage race in Romandie, the French speaking area of west Switzerland to battle again in the region's beautiful mountain scenery.

Starting with a minuscule 2.3km prologue in the town of Payerne, the 77th Tour de Romandie will cover a total of 657km and pack in over 11,000m of climbing with a time trial on stage three and summit finishes on both stages two and four at Les Marécottes and Leysin.

Favourite to repeat his victory of last year will be Adam Yates (UAE Team Emirates) who will be backed up by a strong team including Pavel Sivakov, Felix Großschartner and Juan Ayuso. Leading the challenge will be the ever improving Egan Bernal (INEOS Grenadiers) winner of the recent Giro d’Abruzzo Alexey Lutsenko (Astana Qazaqstan Team) and young French star Lenny Martinez (Groupama - FDJ).

The course isn’t just for the climbers though as with a prologue and a mid-race time trial many TT specialists are on the start sheet too including Josh Tarling and Ethan Hayter from (INEOS Grenadiers) and Rémi Cavagna (Movistar Team).

After the very short prologue normality returned on stage one with the riders facing the 165.7km from Château d’Oex to Fribourg. For a while it looked like the day's early break would succeed but it was consumed by the peloton with around 20km left. 

After a chaotic sprint the win was taken by Dorian Godon (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) with his team mate Andrea Vendrame on his wheel to make it a 1-2 for the team which is having an exceptional year.

Tour de Romandie 2024 stages

The race starts with a very short 2.3km prologue which will be contested by the overall favorites, keen to install a pecking order early on, and the short TT specialists looking for a chance to gain a leaders jersey in a big stage race. 

Stage one follows the next day and it’s a lumpy 165.7km from Château d’Oex to Fribourg which will likely end in a sprint finish, although there are very view big name sprinters on the start sheet.

Stage two is where the GC action will really kick off with two huge mountains and a summit finish at Salvan/Les Marécottes. This 10km final ascent, averaging 7.3%, has slopes maxing out at 14% so will be a proper test for the climbers.

Those same climbers will the next day have to take on the 15.5km continuously undulating time trial around Oron and utilise another skill needed to win a stage race.

Stage four from Saillon to Leysin is 151.7km and takes the riders into higher territory with five classified climbs including the 10km summit finish at the end.

After this the GC battle should be stitched up with just the laps around Vernier to contend with on the final stage which will likely end in a sprint.

How to watch the ISPS HANDA - CHAMPIONSHIP

European Tour Productions, the DP World Tour’s in-house production company, will produce and distribute live coverage of the ISPS HANDA - CHAMPIONSHIP as the Asian Swing resumes this week.

The tournament is the second of four counting events on the Asian Swing, the third of five ‘Global Swings’ on the 2024 Race to Dubai.

Last season’s inaugural ISPS HANDA – CHAMPIONSHIP was the first regular tournament in history to be co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and the JGTO, with Lucas Herbert overcoming Aaron Cockerill in a play-off to win.

With views of Mount Fuji offering a spectacular backdrop to this year's tournament, Taiheiyo Club Gotemba Course will play host on the DP World Tour for the first time this week, following on from last year's event at PGM Ishioka GC.
