I agree with all the bad reviews saying…
I agree with all the bad reviews saying this company is shady. They told me the same thing I'm reading in the other reviews about how I have some credit but they don't know where it came from. The guy was pushy and rude and when I told him I was not interested he said "You must just be bored with your kids" He said his name is Steven Lucas but I don't know that you can believe anything that came out of his mouth. He certainly didn't make me feel like he was trustworthy in the least. I believe this company is shady.

Pros...probably a great deal
Pros...probably a great deal, would save money, refunded my money with a little effort Cons...horrible customer service. Never talk to anybody after 2-3 hours on hold and then they hang up on you. Both numbers put you on hold for hours. I fortunately saved the number on my phone they called me from and I was able to talk to Eli...he refunded my money, without too much of a hassle. Nice guy. But overall I would reccommend to NOT Sign up unless you don't mind upsell tours on EVERY trip (3-4 hrs wasted). They say only on the first trip...... a lie

This company seems to be playing a scam…
This company seems to be playing a scam on people. I have received numerous calls from this company telling me that I paid for a vacation just before the pandemic. Being that my mind and memory are completely intact, I can say with confidence that I have never booked with this company much less paid them anything. I certainly don’t forget when I pay for a vacation and I do not book anything that requires a tour of any kind, ever. After I let them talk for a bit, the reason for their ruse becomes clear — they want me to pay them “more” money to “confirm” 5 or 6 trips, blah, blah, blah, But, they say they cannot or will not email me anything until I give them a credit card number. Go figure! It’s too bad there are so many scammers in our world today. Why can’t people just try to make an honest living like the rest of us. At least I saved them from calling and bothering someone else for 21 minutes. Their “supervisor” hung up in exasperation at my unwillingness to give them a credit card number until they sent me an email right away.

Warning, a very elaborate timeshare pitch, your not getting all the suggested vacations they offer, just the first as you're "prepaying". Save yourself the hassle and book direct or via costco etc..

They keep calling
They keep calling , all through the pandemic, with upgrades and new packages. I have 5 paid in full packages, and have only made one trip - two weeks before the pandemic. Now they are harassing me with calls, threatening me with thousands of dollars I will owe to "The Resorts" if I don't pay additional booking fees for a 6th trip? I am trying to figure out how to get away from them, But should I have to? I asked them to stop calling me on my work line, at work, and during the workday. They have not. Is it time to go to court?? Bad reviews don't seem to be getting me anywhere.

This Company is a Scam.
Okay, so we bought a vacation package like 5 years ago (we were young and dumb.) Never did anything with it and eventually forgot about it. This company continued to call us and we requested MULTIPLE times to be removed from their call list. Fast forward 5 years to today. These people called again today and have the gall to call my wife "young and stupid" for wasting for the $500 we put down 5 years ago. Sigh. Go. Away. Please. Stop. Bothering. Us. You. Losers.

Great experience and very attentive
I worked with Debra Leonard to set up a trip to Dubai and had such and easy and great experience. She was able to check for the dates I wanted and book it without any issues. She was very pleasant over the phone and made feel very comfortable speaking to her. Very personable and not pushy at all! I’d highly recommend her to everyone!! She’s great!

I believe I have been scamed lied to
I believe I have been scaled I was promised a cruise and 4 other trips but have not received a email confirmation and I am contesting the charge on my credit card not going to waste my time talking to them I paid for service I never received everything they told me was a lie they need to be shut down by the Credit card companies ASAP
Amazing Services - OMG Trip!!
USE AGAIN: YES! OMG! Same Day booking request and they did it! Mailed them docs on Monday, Passport service on Tuesday through one of TDS’ two regular daily appointments, and received the new passport on Wednesday morning. Excellent customer service. I am posting this after getting excellent service, I went on the Cabo trip. Almost $800 total, total worth it for the ALL INCLUSIVE. Thank you.

I trust the trips are terrific
I trust the trips are terrific, but the sales experience was terrible, and ultimately I got a refund. The sales lady made promises that were then confirmed by the "regional manager" but they turned out to be straight up lies. We own other timeshares and have attended multiple "tours" and have reached a stage where my wife simply will not go on another "90-minute tour" that takes up to 4 hours. SO, at the outset I said we will not travel, regardless of the reward, if a tour is required. I was assured I could attend alone and she could stay elsewhere, so I bought, but when I tried to book, I was told both of us had to attend, no exceptions. I was also told that the tour I would attend alone would be required at only the first destination, and none required after that. At time of attempted booking I was told tour would be required at every site. Last, I had asked if there were restrictions on time between trips and told no, could be back to back for travel in US. Again, when we tried to book multiple destinations out west, I learned there had to be an interval between them. Again, the trips may be super if you are ok doing tours, but the blatant lying is inexcusable, and when I asked how and where I could leave feedback, they would not let me, because "why would I walk you thru the process just to have you leave terrible feedback?" to which my answer was "so that other people will be forewarned.

Great Service
I just returned from my trip. I highly recommend the Trade Show Travel Company’s service to all. They arranged all the details with wonderful hotels and guides in each city. They even helped us with our passports so there were no details that were overlooked. Extremely helpful and cooperative service.

WOW… what a deal
WOW… what a deal! My wife, son and I just returned from the 5 day Orlando trip and we had an amazing time. My son loved universal with Harry Potter and the excellent attention to detail. We stayed right outside of the parks and shuttled in. The accommodations were superb for the price we paid. Customer service was helpful when booking process. Wish we could have access to dates all year around but overall was well worth the money and company delivered as promised.

We have had some bad experiences with this type of travel package in the past. However, this company is superb from start to finish. Sales staff was friendly and hilarious. Reservations total exceeded our expectations. The hotel and location was gorgeous. Totally have different perspective now!

This was the best vacation package I have ever bought for me and my family. Not only have we saved thousands of dollars on vacations, but we also have an amazing time on each vacation we have been on. Our first trip was to Orlando and that was the best experience for us and the kids. Then my husband and I went to Punta Cana for our anniversary. Dream vacation prize too good to be true?
Samantha Moore took her family to the Traxxas Monster Truck Show in Portland, Maine in April. At the show, she entered a raffle for a free vacation.
"Just a bunch of people handing out little green pieces of paper left and right, saying, 'put your name and number down to enter to win a drawing,' ”Moore said.
A few days later Moore got a call telling her she won. Eliza Lee also won and got a voicemail which said: "For the Orlando/Disney/Daytona Beach trip…well some good news, you guys got picked. Congratulations!"
Moore thought she won a free vacation so she says she gave her credit card, as requested by the company, to verify her identity. "I was on the phone with him for actually about an hour."
Moore said the operator transferred her to the manager, Jason White.
“My brother came right through my door, told me to hang up the phone,” Moore said. "He had just gotten the same call, and right then and there I knew I was in trouble."
WPTV investigated the West Palm Beach company in question following a tip from Maine TV station WCSH.
Moore claims the company tried charging her credit card after canceling the trip and being told it was not free.
“We never charged her card,” White said.
White is the president of Trade Show Travel Company.
Dozens of complaints have been filed against the company dating back to 2013. Some are online and some were officially filed with the Florida Division of Consumer Services.
Multiple complaints named Jason White but they listed various company names: The Reservation Desk, Dream Travel Vacations, Inc. and Go Travel Forever; all companies White denies working for.
White also denies any affiliation with other companies or names, even those that list the same address as the one where WPTV visited him off of Australian Avenue.
White says he “shares resources" with Dream Travel Vacations, a company in Fort Lauderdale with an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. When WCSH called that company, the receptionist told them Jason White is a manager of theirs.
Additional research found White has a criminal record. He served time for felony assault of an elderly person and felony robbery.
