Furthermore, client relationship management, event coordination, and strategic planning skills will help you stand out. Another plus is a proven track record of thought leadership in the industry, as evidenced by publications, speaking engagements, or a dvisory roles .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ITINERARY DESIGN AND CLIENT RELATIONS

Craft personalized travel experiences for luxury clients, ensuring every detail reflects their tastes and preferences.

Build and maintain relationships with our esteemed clientele, understanding their preferences, desires, and needs to ensure exceptional service.

COLLABORATION AND PURSUIT OF KNOWLEDGE

Work closely with the agency team to ensure seamless service, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Engage in coaching and team-building exercises to hone skills and build camaraderie.

REPRESENT BTA, ELEVATE ADVISORS WORLDWIDE

Keep abreast of the latest luxury travel trends, new destinations, exclusive properties, and unique experiences.

Hi, I’m Bryant Wood

At The Travel Boutique, I craft vacations with care for clients who want to explore confidently, and who want all the details taken care of for them. 

I have my parents to thank for my endless wanderlust. They encouraged me to go to college out of state—they knew before I did how much I needed to explore away from home. And rather than put me on the typical “senior cruise” to Mexico after high school, they sent me off to Europe for a backpacking adventure. Once I got a taste, I wanted more—in a big way (thanks, Mom and Dad!). I studied abroad in Italy, lived in Ireland and Scotland, and once I finally moved back to the states, crisscrossed the U.S. as much as I could. I found so much joy in discovery across borders and languages, and knew I wanted to share that with others.   

Embracing Discovery

After my career in teaching and then in clean beauty, where I planned large group retreats for my fellow team members and served thousands of clients over nine years, I founded The Travel Boutique—because that urge to explore has never really let go. Now, I help curious travelers like you step outside their bubbles and embrace the joy of discovery—without having to do any of the time-consuming research and planning themselves. While I haven’t been everywhere—yet!—I have cultivated relationships with travel partners around the globe. You’ll get an “insider” experience wherever you want to go along with concierge service, seamless logistics, and VIP touches. Fast forward to where I am now in my life. My supportive husband, Bernard, and I have three children, who also love to travel—and who are more adventurous than we can sometimes handle! Through The Travel Boutique, I also aim to set an example for my children, so they can see me fully enjoying the work that I do to help support our family. They know how much it thrills me to design trips for my clients, and I hope they will one day find something that brings them as great a joy as this does for me.

Alicia Searcy

Alicia is a travel designer at The Travel Boutique. She loves working with other “wanderlusty souls” who prioritize experiences over things, and who know that personalized details make all the difference. Alicia was first bitten by the travel bug while backpacking across Europe after college. Since then, she’s relocated to California with her husband Stephen, hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, visited 15+ countries around the globe, and traveled across the U.S.—often with her two kids in tow! Alicia brings her research skills and attention to detail that she honed over 20+ years in sales and operations to every client project. She takes a client-first approach to travel planning, using your personal tastes and preferences as her guide rails. With her worldwide industry relationships and “boots on the ground” approach to scouting out the very best travel experiences, Alicia will help you feel like a savvy local wherever you go.

Kellie is The Travel Boutique's marketing director and social media manager. As The Travel Boutique's creative force, Kellie meticulously curates our Facebook and Instagram pages, transforming them into digital portals of wanderlust and travel inspiration. Her innate understanding of our brand identity shines through in every graphic, photo, and caption, as she effortlessly combines aesthetic appeal with meaningful storytelling. Kellie constantly seeks innovative ways to engage our audience, fostering a vibrant community of travel enthusiasts. She understands the power of meaningful connections and leverages her expertise to interact with our followers, creating a sense of belonging and sparking conversations that go beyond the screen. 

Amy is The Travel Boutique’s Virtual Assistant—a.k.a. our lifesaver. Amy’s strength is keeping the term organized and on target as we research and design your perfect trip; it’s no wonder she’s an Enneagram 2! As a travel industry specialist, she’s working behind the scenes on data entry, invoicing, and building beautiful proposals. With Amy’s help, we’re able to focus 100% on the most important part of our job: YOU.
