They are Fraudulent Travel Agency

They are Fraudsters with full of lies PLEASE AVOID!!! They issue fake tickets which does not even correspond to the Airlines. They have fake names and talk to you rudely to cover up the SCAM!!! I have reported to my Bank of the fraud and recovered my money but I am not going to leave it here will take further action, they have completely ruined my holidays. I should have read negative reviews before booking but mistake is done. AVOID THIS SCAM TRAVEL AGENCY

FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT USE !!! Like many others they have issued me e-tickets for my flight & 2weeks before I’m due to fly to Dubai they have said Emirates have a problem at their side . I have spoken to emirates there is no problem they said my booking is confirmed! Although it’s lufthansa airlines that have my booking through TRAVEL N SAVE they are a FRAUDULENT company and are not uk based as the advertised they are based in MADRID ! I have now contacted my credit card company.

DO NOT USE - they sold me two tickets LHR/TLV and return but unknown to me added a third flight from JFK. I went on my Virgin Account to book in and found three flights shown! Chat popped up asking if I needed help and so I asked who booked third flight - the airline on realising that I knew nothing about that third flight cancelled the entire ticket and left me with no flights - the agent refused to deal saying I should never have disclosed to Virgin their 'third flight' ! They shouted at me on the phone and twice cut me off. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They refuse to refund or offer alternative flights

Would have chose no stars. This is a scam company Remember Dreamworld Travel!! It's the same MO, take your money, issue fake atol if at all, and cancel your flight reservation just before you fly. The confirmation process was smooth you prebook on their site. Not always are the prices the same when they call to confirm. They will work with you to find alternatives if possible. Then you will get a confirmation email, and with in 24hrs you will get your flight details and accept charges. Overall great customer service and open communication. I am definitely booking with these guys again

I have to say that I was a bit hesitant to book with Travelnsave at first because the prices seemed almost too good to be true compared to elsewhere, and I saw that some of the reviews said it was a scam. I booked anyway and am happy to report that I have logged into the airline’s website and my tickets are there so this is absolutely above board. My customer service experience with Alic has been excellent so I can’t recommend them enough. There was a slight change in the flight departure time so he told me he managed to get me an extra checked bag for no extra charge. I am definitely going to use these guys again.

Sold me fake tickets with Qatar…

Sold me fake tickets with Qatar Airlines that were registered under another Portuguese internal airline. The day before we were meant to fly I found this out. I rang over thirty times to try to sought this out with numerous emails. These were all ignored. Every time I rang and finally got through they put me on hold and then cut the call. Best booking experience ever

Stay away from these people.

Left a great review for Tony Fernandez after he asked to do so 100 times. However, my flight to come back was cancelled due to coronavirus situation. I rang the airline to ask about refund, they said to contact the agency as the tickets were bought through them. Rang the agency and they refused to give refund even when the airline is giving it to passengers who were affected. The agency offered to change the dates of travel to 2 weeks later (wth am I gonna do in another country for 2 more weeks when curfews are going on?!). And on top of that, told me that I would have to cover the difference in price when changing dates?

Horrible people to deal with

***WARNING***FRAUDULENT***

***WARNING*** Travelnsave is not a registered company its just a website name (company dissolved), the agents use fake English names like Steve, Nick. I called these con artists after seeing a price that was attractive (flight with hand luggage only). They advised it was ONLY possible to book a ticket with check in luggage, which added £213 to the £760 flight ticket. I paid a £200 deposit and chased and chased for the ticket. Finally hours before flying, not knowing if I'd be flying at all, they emailed an e.ticket. I checked with the airline and while they confirmed the ticket was valid, they confirmed that baggage was not requested. I called Travelnsave and they advised they were arranging the luggage and it would be done. On arriving at the airport, I had to pay £140 excess in luggage fees because Travelnsave had not arranged anything, When I checked with the airline, they advised the ticket purchased was one which didn't include check-in luggage therefore confirming that Travelnsave had fraudulently misrepresented the conditions of sale. For the return flight,, I went to the airport for a flight schedule I had confirmed the details for, at the time of paying my deposit, which guaranteed my seat. Little did I suspect, Travelnsave had changed the return time of my flight without telling me anything. I essentially missed the flight and had to pay a further £829 one way 20 hour flight so i could get home and back to work. When arriving back in the UK I called Travelnsave to complain, eho were completely disinterested. They asked me to email my concerns, which I did. They said they would respond within 24 hours but never did. I called again, they said they would respond within 24 hours, they didn't. I am now raising this matter with the Police, Trading Standards and seeking legal advice. Travelnsave website is a trading name of ZamZam Travel and Tours, a registered company on Companies House. The Director registered is called Khaled Moh RASHED ESHEBLI. Be warned, you are playing with fire, these are professional con artists and don't give a damn about you or your holiday, ONLY YOUR MONEY!!!

protect your peace and sanity.

I paid a deposit as agreed with Nick and he didn’t get back with tickets till 3 days before flying then dates were changed and was asked to pay more money than the amount was agreed originally. I wanted to book through them since I thought they were cheaper than sky scanner and also cause they pretended they had got the dates I wanted. However, since they changed the dates and charged extra money, booking through them was pointless. Nick tricked me. Don’t recommend them at all. I have booked with him before and have recommended about 50 people to him but it's pointless I rather pay more money and keep my peace. I was supposed to travel with Brussel airlines from Birmingham instead he gave me Tapportugal for the same price from London. I live in Birmingham so travelling from London was a stretch and a lot less inconvenient. Nick knew that this flight from Birmingham was never available for the price he gave me but as mentioned earlier he lied to me and tricked me. Do not get excited by the cheap tickets they offer you, you pay back for it in inconvenience, stress and lies. I wanted to cancel my trip because of the many lies Nick told me but I had already made other costs e.g. paid for my VISA that is why I proceeded with my trip. PROTECT YOUR PEACE!!!! Nick deserves to be spoken to by managers to continue his work in truth and integrity. Nobody deserves what I went through.

Avoid at all costs

I read reviews stating this agency was bad but being stupid I decided to persevere. I went through a lot with this company but I would like to keep this short. The night before my flight when I went to check in. It said my booking code is no longer valid. I called the airline directly and they said the agency had CANCELLED my flight. I honestly wanted to cry. I know someone who had a lovely experience with this company but if you’re willing to take that risk feel free. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Multi-Trip Plans

The aforementioned policies are for single trips, but with Allianz travel insurance it's possible to get an annual/multi-trip policy.

The starter annual plan is the AllTrips Basic policy which includes the most basic coverage, and it excludes both trip interruption and trip cancellation coverage.

SCAM SCAM Organised Scam!!

They are scam company, i would say very organised scam, they lie and provide misinformation looks they are professional but they are INDIAN Scammers, They lie to take your deposit for a seat booking saying this is best option, you're trapped, they don't book your flight (seat) and they take deposit but there is no booking, also they lie, when you ask for seat reservation details nothing there, they will say price is gone up, they scammer take your money but no service, BE AWARE do no pay them deposit i have lost deposit and there was no booking and lost my flight, no service they provided me, they lied....I need to book again with other company and asking for deposit, I am in process for a legal action if deposit not refunded. you waste time with them. They also share your details with other scammers you will start to get call from India, no data privacy or GDPR they follow.

Fraudulent!!!!! Take my word Dont book

I am writing to you to share my unfortunate experience with a travel agency named TravelnSave. I recently used their services to book a trip, but I regret to inform you that this travel agency has proven to be highly unreliable and untrustworthy. To begin with, TravelnSave had promised to provide excellent services to me and my companions during our trip, but they failed to deliver on their promises. Their customer service was subpar, and they were unresponsive to our queries and concerns. To make matters worse, a few days before our scheduled travel date, TravelnSave suddenly canceled our tickets without any explanation. This caused significant stress and inconvenience for us, especially since we had already made extensive travel plans. Upon further investigation, we found out that TravelnSave has a history of fraudulent activities, and they have scammed several other customers in the past. It is disheartening to know that there are companies like TravelnSave that take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from TravelnSave and any other travel agencies that have questionable practices. I urge you to do your research and choose a reputable travel agency that values its customers and provides reliable and transparent services. In conclusion, I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others and help you make informed decisions when choosing a travel agency. BEWARE - False advertisement

My mother will be contacting trading standards. Do not let the 'good' reviews fool you, they are more than likely fake. We just booked a holiday from London to Thailand for the 16th of March over to the 25th of April. The prices shown were £606 per person on their website and was the same when we actually booked it online. We then receive an email about half an hour later where the prices were nearly doubled! Luckily, we cancelled our bank card before any money was taken from our accounts. This is false advertising. When we called, an agent told us that the prices on their website (that we had also booked) were 'promotional prices', that is false advertising and against consumer laws. "The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers by, for example: including false or deceptive messages." - ref: Marketing and Advertising - the law: Regulations that affect advertising on the UK Gov website. Before we had to freeze and cancel our card, we contacted TravelnSave to tell them what the problem was. At first, the guy who answered was trying to give us an answer to a different question, we ended up telling him to straight up cancel it. He then said that an agent called 'Steve' would contact us within half an hour to do so. Of course, this 'Steve' never called us back. This lead to us cancelling the card. This company is ran by crooks and I would stay far away if I were you, book directly with an Airline and not with a third party. EDIT - Funnily enough, they've just tried to flag this review. I have sent screenshots of the emails to Trust pilot to verify my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Disgusting treatment. Case for watch dog

I BELIEVE THIS POOR SERVICE SELL YOU A TICKET AT A PRICE by attracting you with a cheaper price) THEN RESELL IT FOR A HIGHER PRICE TO SOMEONE ELSE AS TICKET PRICES INCREASE and fob you off with various excuses As per the comment below. This as happened to us also. Original booking for a ticket was in October to Thailand (originally emirates) and was called to advise price had gone up from previous price as they claimed hadn’t received original payment and the plane was now full. ( they sure did as paid on CC and received a confirmation) took the hit and paid the full amount of £1849 for new price now with Air France. Flight date is tomorrow 22-12-22 and was called this morning to be informed that the flight as been cancelled by Air France and to secure another booking a further £2000 is required. Called Air France and informed they have not cancelled the ticket and to speak to the handler (interestedly we was able to access the seat plan and book seating) in fact Air France advised the ticket number we have from this company belongs to United Airlines. Called the company back and asked another operator why the flight as been cancelled and another operator advised the flight is full that is why. Not the case as of course I already checked with Air France. Advised the company I believe I have been scammed and will be contacting police. Was informed I would get a full refund but it would be 9 days to receive on the original card which was a CC ( section 75 in hand if money not credited) although a bacs transfer will take 48 hours. Doesn’t help the fact we was flying at 10.45 in the morning. FYI If anyone has handed over any further money I have since been advised further you can claim this back in a small claims court. May be worth exploring. Lesson learnt
