I booked a holiday last weekend with Imagine Holidays and it was a very easy process with Jade who was very helpful in getting us booked on the cruise part of the holiday near our friends from Australia (we are from NZ). All four couples have been booked in the same area of the ship which was the best result we could have hoped for. Thank you very much Jade, and thank you to Fleur who put us on to Jade recognising that Jade had done the original booking for the Ozzie couples! The whole holiday was also very reasonably priced with all of the inclusions.

Call-back from the Auckland office was prompt and our request for a better cabin than initially assigned on our proposed cruise was actioned with ease. There was no hard sell to commit to a booking but given all relevant information in such a friendly and efficient manner we did so. We also received prompt confirmation of our Cruise booking from P&O which was reassuring.

Captivating ad in NZ Post just at the right time for me. Initially found ‘information overload’ when making a phone enquiry. Too hastily presented to an old lady! BUT after reflecting on the conversation and emailing the lady who gave me the information it was presented clearly and I could ponder then make a decision to proceed.

What a difference a single person can…

What a difference a single person can make for an Organisation has been exemplified by Sara of Imagine Holidays. Last weekend I put a bad review for the company given our cruise was cancelled and refund had not arrived into our account as discussed. Thought we were badly dealt with- but Sara took the issue upon herself on Monday (08/04) morning and after apologising she acted with utmost professionalism and empathy and understood our viewpoint and took the complaint further and made sure it was resolved within a very reasonable timeframe and updated me along the way. We had got our refund within 45minutes of her taking up the issue. Mistakes happen - it’s how we can recover from it and win over clients is what matters- We will surely go back to Sara next time we want to book a holiday.

I had been on the lookout for this travel experience but with little success. A newspaper advertisement of a 2025 voyage contained the Italian Lakes and rail tours so it was worth following up. The response from Viran was so helpful that we were able to complete the travel agenda. Only criticism was the pressure to buy now without the weekend to confer with family members overseas left me feeling unhappy

Follow through was good. I did not get the return phone call as promised that night, but did receive a call back the following day. Explanations were clear and concise. Felt a little hurried when it came time to make payment, but was given sufficient explanation.

Great experience from Charles …

I had called a couple of times earlier to discuss and had also asked for a call back from a particular agent. But that call never came through. So I called again and spoke to Charles Denman and he was really really helpful in booking my tour explaining in details all the details. This made my experience great otherwise I was a bit disappointed when I did not receive a call back as requested.

Easy booking for older travelers.

Viran Bhardwaj gave clear and concise information about what was available.She explained fully what was included and costs involved.This made it easy to make a decision. She contacted me at the time she said she would and everything was arranged very efficiently considering that my friend who was traveling with me was in Oamaru and I was in Levin. We are both elderly and found making the arrangements easy.Not always the case.
