RONAK SUTHAR 58 months ago Quality of service is not as per brand name. My experience is not much satisfying. Our bus was like S.T. bus. Seats were in very bad conditions, out of 40-42 seats single push back was not working. Allotment of rooms at hotels was not professional. If you reach first at hotel counter, you will get good room, if you are late then worst room. At Delhi,Manali, Bikaner they have allotted me single room on fifth floor, and family rooms were allotted to single couple. Quality of food was average. Attitude of the tour manager was not professional. Rate of tickets per person was 20500 plus gst, which was very high among other tour operators, but quality of service is below average.
