Guns N’ Roses Announce Huge 2023 World Tour

Back to prove there's no such thing as too much of a good thing, Guns N' Roses have just announced a huge 2023 world tour.

It's been seven years since Slash and Duff McKagan simultaneously rejoined the group and Guns N' Roses remain one of the biggest (and one of the most lucrative ) concert draws in the world with Axl Rose , Dizzy Reed , Richard Fortus , Frank Ferrer and Melissa Reese rounding out the lineup.

See all of the upcoming tour dates further down the page. Tickets go on sale on Feb. 24 at 10AM local time here  and look for presale tickets to be made available starting Feb. 22 at 10AM local time.

This year has already been quite notable for GN'R and Rose, especially when it comes to the  Use Your Illusion   I  hit song "November Rain." At Lisa Marie Presley 's memorial service, Rose performed a vocal and piano rendition of the track and, three weeks later, the "November Rain" YouTube video surpassed two billion views , becoming the first '90s rock song to achieve that milestone.

Guns N’ Roses Concert Recap, 26 Songs, 3 Hour Set In Saratoga

Guns N' Roses returned to Saratoga Performing Arts Center Friday night for a 3 hour set that spanned their career from the first album to their latest tune "Perhaps" and a few surprises spiked throughout.

The September 1st New York performance marked the first time GNR have played SPAC since their "Use Your Illusion Tour" in 1991. Here's how it all went down.

Q 105.7 logo

Even with many complaints regarding high ticket prices, an estimated 20,000 fans filled the seats and blanketed the lawn at SPAC. A few hundred fans side-stepped the fees by setting up lawn chairs and blankets just outside the venue fence.

Dirty Honey , featuring Niskayuna native Marc LaBelle, kicked off the night with a 10-song set. The band's latest single "Won't Take Me Alive" and a cover of Aerosmith's "Last Child".

Guns N' Roses took the stage on the early side, at approximately 7:20pm, and ripped right into "It's So Easy" from Appetite for Destruction. The first surprise of the night arrived 4 songs in with a cover of the Velvet Revolver tune "Slither".

Some of the stand-out moments from the full 26-song set were Slash's guitar solo, "Welcome to the Jungle", "Estranged". "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Paradise City". Check out the full setlist HERE .

The new tour dates leave a gap on the week of Glastonbury 2023 , with bassist Duff McKagan seemingly confirming in a recent interview that the band will play the Worthy Farm event this year.

The hard rockers have been  heavily rumoured  to play 2023’s edition of the festival, which has  so far only revealed one headliner in Elton John .

While discussing the summer plans, McKagan discussed the London show, then adding: “…and Glastonbury is gonna be iconic.” He offered no further explanation.

Aside from Elton John, no other acts have yet been confirmed for Glastonbury 2023.  eFestivals ‘ line-up page currently lists  Arctic Monkeys  as the rumoured remaining headliner. The first wave of artists traditionally arrives around March.

Guns N’ Roses Announce 2023 World Tour

Guns N' Roses announced a world tour that will begin on June 5 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The band will hit North America in August and continue through the fall, wrapping up on Oct. 16 in Vancouver.

The presale begins Wednesday, followed by a general on-sale on Friday. More information on tickets can be found on the Guns N' Roses  website .

The upcoming shows mark Guns N' Roses' first U.S. dates since October 2021, when they finished a 25-show run with a pair of concerts in Florida. They spent the bulk of 2022 playing overseas , wrapping up the year with a performance in Auckland, New Zealand, in December.

Guns N' Roses released two new songs, " Absurd " and " Hard Skool ," in 2021, marking the first material with Axl Rose , Duff McKagan and Slash since 1994. Both songs come from the Chinese Democracy era, featuring freshly recorded parts by Slash and McKagan.

Slash confirmed they continued to work on other songs similarly while they were off the road because of the pandemic. "There's a handful of those songs that we absolutely fixed up and did when we were in lockdown," he told radio host  Eddie Trunk in October. "Those have yet to be released, so those are going to come out. ... We're just going to put out like one or two songs, and another one or two songs, and I think that's going to be pretty much all of them. I'm not sure exactly how many we did in total."

He added that Guns N' Roses still have "a couple of epic songs" that haven't been released. Slash emphasized that he hopes they'll be able to focus on recording a "whole brand new record at some point." As is often the case, he named the pending road work the culprit for the continued delay: "We have one more tour left to do next summer, and then that'll free us up to go in and work on a new record."

Guns N' Roses celebrated the Use Your Illusion albums last fall with an expanded box set , which included an updated version of " November Rain ." The original video  of the nine-minute opus recently became the first rock video to reach 2 billion YouTube views.
