Accommodations were great clean, spacious and right on the beach, great view-horrible condo and management, enjoyed our stay. the second bedroom was a little small and the master bedroom tub/shower was not go, location, location, location😊, great place, about the host, hosted by dune allen realty.

Mountain escape at the Beach

Journey's End feels like a luxury cabin in the mountains within walking distance to the beach. What could be better? We had wind, rain, sun, a little bit of everything with a very comfortable, cozy home. We enjoyed our beach walks with our pups, meeting and entertaining our beach friends (in our beach home). Tree top views, the ocean and wonderful daylight throughout the house. We would highly recommend MyCovia's restaurant in Ocean Park and the Waterline Pub in Ilwaco for a fantastic dining experience. Truly a couple of hidden gems. We would definitely return and highly recommend to our non-beach friends.

Felt like Home!

Journey’s End is exactly as described. The house is homey and comfortable. A huge gas fireplace keeps the main living area and loft warm and cozy. We appreciated the finished garage when returning from the beach with wet and sandy clothes and the large sink in the utility room to clean beach-going items before going into the living area. The house is perfect for 7-8 people. We have stayed in several houses managed by Bloomer Estates and this is my favorite. As always Bloomer exceeds our expectations when it comes to property management.

Amazing Experience

What can I say about Journey's End. What a beautiful home and surrounding area. They are very honest in their description! Nice quiet area. If you want a peaceful get away. Where you can have a window open and hear the ocean anytime, look no further. It was rainy while we were there. We got back from our outing at the ocean and turned on the fireplace. It is so warm and cozy. I received very courteous and thoughtful texts from the rental company. The local grocery store Jack's is the go to spot. Reasonable prices and fresh oysters for a good deal. Great on the grill at the house! I can't wait to come back to the area and I hope the house will be available!

Bright and clean, this rental made our stay perfect.

The kitchen was well lit and easy to navigate, complete with plenty of plateware, utensils, spices and ice. The beds were very comfortable, on the softer side, great for side/stomach sleepers. It had all the little touches: tissue boxes, lowlights on the stairs, easy outlets located on each nightstand, 3 different ways to make your coffee (drip, French press, Keurig), games, etc. And while this is a pet friendly home, there was no evidence of past pets! Management answered questions promptly, easy walk (10 minutes) to the beach or the little downtown area and the general store had everything you will need. As a frequent guest of rentals, this one ranks in my top 5 for being so well appointed.

Cozy and Extremely Clean

This was a wonderful home, cozy and extremely clean. Beds were comfy and all we needed to cook meals in the kitchen was provided. Very nice to provide coffee pods and laundry detergent.

My friends and I rented the home the weekend of the Day of the Dink tournament at the Lighthouse Resort. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We all had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home! Super comfortable. The home has everything we needed and then some. Lots of kitchen supplies and no shortage of towels, storage, or space. Quiet neighborhood.You can see the ocean from the upstairs deck over the treetops and upstairs out of the great room window. The waves are audible when sitting outside. It is a bit of a walk to actually get to the sand from the house. I recommend driving a few streets over and parking at the beach access there to get to the sand quickly. Beautiful beach and not at all crowded.

We loved our stay at Journey's End. It is a lovely home with plenty of comforts. The kitchen is very well stocked. The home was very clean upon our arrival. Bloomer Estates was very responsive and helpful. The furniture was comfortable, though the mattresses were too soft for our preference. The decor is modern and well done. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll away from the home. The home feels very cozy and private, surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. We liked that it wasn't in a downtown location, but rather secluded and quiet. Can't wait until we can come stay here again.

We have stayed at Journey's End several times over the last few years. It's our favorite spot on the peninsula. The design is perfect for three couples and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home.

Amazing home within a short walk to the beach. Plenty of bed linens and the kitchen was fully stocked as far as utensils and serving dishes. Very clean and spacious and the back porch is perfect for morning coffee.

Spring Break at the Beach

Beautiful home and very nicely appointed. Our dog loved the dual decks and having the tv upstairs made the fireplace the focal point. Great location—easy walk to beach or the town of Ocean Park.

Motorcyclist run over by vehicle after rear-end collision on Loop 202 in Mesa

Witnesses reported motorcyclist was excessively speeding.

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — A motorcyclist is critically hurt after a crash briefly shut down a busy East Valley freeway on Tuesday.

Troopers say the crash happened at 6 p.m. on the Loop 202 near Gilbert Road in Mesa. According to the Department of Public Safety, witnesses reported a motorcyclist was speeding over 100 miles per hour before hitting the back of a car. The motorcycle rider was ejected and landed on the freeway, where another vehicle then ran over the rider.

The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition. No other injuries were reported.

The freeway was shut down for several hours but reopened later Tuesday evening. The crash remains under investigation.

News Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Manga Goes on Another Hiatus

The manga just returned in the magazine's combined 22nd and 23rd issue on April 24 after a one-month hiatus .

Yamada and Abe launched the ongoing manga in Shogakukan 's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine in April 2020. The series was previously on hiatus and returned to serialization in March 2023. Shogakukan published the manga's first compiled book volume in August 2020, and released the 13th volume on April 17. Viz Media has licensed the manga, and it will release the 11th volume in English on September 10. The manga has added 7 million copies to circulation since the debut of the anime . The manga now has over 17 million copies in circulation.

The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End anime premiered with a two-hour special on September 29 last year.

A thing I’ll remember about this season is that, even as we’ve come to the close with nothing meaningful left to play for, the grit and the tenacity of this squad made me hold out hope for a very long time at a miracle season. One in which we might have been able to win or, at least, fight to the last moment for every competition that we were in.

In the end, we fell short of that mark. Even allowing for the achievement of winning the League Cup, it feels like a mild disappointment given everything we’d encountered this year. A year that, by all accounts, we’d arrived two-three years early for any kind of inclusion in talk related to claiming cups or titles.

It is, of course, all colored by the announcement that this would be Jurgen Klopp’s last season at the helm of Liverpool Football Club. A tenure that featured a Champions League title and the club’s first league title in over 30 years. Even without noting that, save a Europa League title Klopp has won every major competition for Liverpool, it would have been an iconic stint on the strength of that league trophy alone.

It’s a testament to the man that we managed to still believe after a season as disappointing as last season, a summer transfer window that saw the departure of legendary Reds players and a complete overhaul of our midfield department, transfer shenanigans most notably involving Chelsea players, and questions around the ability of the club to sustain its run with other teams in the Big 6 strengthening - 7 if you want to include Newcastle in that mix now.

But I guess instilling belief shouldn’t be a surprise for a man that managed to do that after the debacle that was the end of the Hicks and Gilette Era and the false dawn of the Brendan Rodgers Show. For people like me, Children of the Hodgepocalypse, it was hard to align with the insistence from more established fans that the state of the club did not match its history. Mostly because I’d only ever experienced the club in turmoil.

Jurgen Klopp came in and changed all of that. Not just in terms of the results, but in once more managing to build that all-important spiritual connection with the City and its fans. I now know what Istanbul might have felt like because I’ve lived through Barcelona. I now know what it’s like to see an expectant Anfield crowd demand an unreal performance because I saw them urging that title-winning club on at every turn. I now know what it means to connect the moment to the history of big moments and, more importantly, desire to do the footballing part the right way.

For all of those reasons, it was hard to accept that we would get to this point without one last moment of magic for the gaffer. And I see how, at this moment and from this vantage point, that it’s easier now to maybe reflect on this being the right time. That Jurgen’s bold declaration that he didn’t have the energy to do this again or at the level he needs to still be true to himself, was another stunning lesson for us to receive - this time in self-awareness.

But I’d argue that the last few weeks have somehow made it harder for me to relent on the hope that maybe Jurgen had second thoughts. That there was maybe just that much more left in the tank. That we could let him leave “the right way.”

Because the biggest reason it is so hard to let go is that Jurgen Klopp was the absolute best fit for Liverpool Football Club’s entire ethos in such a long time. That his unique style and approach were exactly what we needed after a bleak period and entering one of deep uncertainty.

Maybe it’s that latter point that resonates now; there’s no way of knowing how the next period goes. Except that it will be without a human being who managed to not just see the best in the people he encountered and worked with, but on most days, managed to build the foundations to allow them to reach and exceed that mark.

All things must end and there’s wisdom in knowing a new chapter must begin. But I’m in no hurry to flip that page or to meet new characters. Even though I know the conclusion, I want to luxuriate in this reality for just that little bit more. Because I, too, have come to love the feeling of believing in something more. And I know just how precious that seemingly simple thing can be in this world.

I know it’s over, but let me believe just that little bit longer.

The end of the school year is a hectic time for educators everywhere. Between reviewing content, completing assessments, and maintaining classroom management, it’s easy to feel the pressure of too many responsibilities and not enough time to accomplish everything.

Whether closing out the academic year in the northern hemisphere or preparing for the next one in the southern hemisphere, Microsoft Copilot offers innovative and efficient ways to complete many of the tasks that occupy these transitional times of year. From drafting student feedback to composing newsletters and offering planning suggestions for events, Copilot adapts to whatever task it’s asked. To get started, all you need is a basic understanding of how to access and use Copilot.

Writing prompts for the end of the school year

Prompting Copilot to generate content requires practice. Including specific information in your prompt helps produce more relevant responses.

An effective Copilot prompt:

• Asks the tool to take on a role called a persona .
• Provides an objective  that tells the tool what to do or produce.
• Defines the audience  who will be using whatever Copilot generates.
• Includes context  that gives the tool background information.
• Sets boundaries  that limit or constrain responses.

1. Craft student feedback at the end of the school year

Copilot can help you write end-of-school-year feedback in a style and tone that all students can understand. Simply craft a prompt that includes the subject area and details about the feedback you want to provide, and Copilot can draft a constructive, supportive statement written specifically for students. For example:

You are a fourth-grade teacher who is writing feedback on a student’s current reading skills. The student uses details to explain what text means but is unable to draw inferences in fiction. The student can identify in-text examples that illustrate a given theme but is unable to independently produce a theme without guidance. Write a short statement that explains this feedback to a student. Include a description about why using details is important and 1-2 ways to develop this skill. The paragraph should be written with plain text so that a fourth-grade student will understand.

You can always refine your prompt if the response is not what you expected. Simply include something like, “Re-write this feedback in Spanish” without selecting New topic , and Copilot will continue where you left off. Give it a try.

2. Write end-of-school-year reflections

Educators often write end-of-school-year newsletters for families, update class blogs with a final post, and draft reflections on school year goals. Copilot can assist with all these tasks and can help you create personalized, engaging visuals for your content. For example, you can use the following prompt to produce a summer newsletter for families.
