Eiffel Tower Experience

The Eiffel Tower Experience is the signature attraction at Paris Las Vegas, a mini version of the French capital that includes the Hotel de Ville, facades from the Opera House and Louvre as well as the Eiffel Tower. It's a fun stop for families and anyone yet to see the real thing.

So how authentic is this half-scale tower? Gustave Eiffel's original drawings were consulted, but the 50-story steel replica is welded rather than riveted. It's also fireproof and engineered to withstand a major earthquake.

Visitors ascend in a glass elevator to the tower's observation deck for panoramic views of the valley, desert mountains and the Strip, with the dancing fountains of Bellagio across the street. To savor the gorgeous views, reserve a table at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant .

It's cheaper to take a ride on the tower's elevators during the day, but nighttime panoramas of the Strip, with casinos' neon signs glowing, are worth paying extra for.

Tickets and practicalities

Weather permitting, the Eiffel Tower Experience is open daily between 10am-1am (the viewing deck is only accessible 2-10pm) and tickets cost $17 for adults ($22 after 7pm) and $10 for children ($20 after 7pm). Tickets can either be bought online or purchased at the Box Office next to the entrance to Paris on the main Las Vegas Blvd, across from the Caesars Rewards center.

Locals, students, US military members and over 60s all get discounts. It's often easy to find money-off coupons for the Experience online too.

Each night from sunset to midnight, 800 white strobe lights and nearly 300 colorful lights beam across the Eiffel Tower Experience as part of a free light show. It begins on the hour and half hour and is free to watch.

How long will I need for my visit?

Ticketholders will typically spend around half an hour to 45 minutes on the viewing deck, though there are no limits for visitors.

When driving down the Las Vegas Strip, it’s easy to become mesmerized, especially at night with all the lights. Many of the hotels offer an amazing facade, but there’s something special about the Eiffel Tower Las Vegas as it sits against the city skyline. 

A replica of the France landmark tower sits at the Paris Hotel, and whether this is your first time visiting Las Vegas or you’re here every weekend, the world-famous Paris Eiffel Tower is sure to capture your attention and your heart. 

Even better is that it isn’t just for looks. You can go into the Eiffel Tower to enjoy an amazing view of the city and enjoy a romantic meal at the restaurant inside.  

The Eiffel Tower on the Las Vegas Strip

When the plans for the Paris Las Vegas hotel were put into place, the vision was to create a backdrop that felt like the real Paris in France. When the now-famous hotel finally opened in 1999, you could see the essence of Paris in the architecture, including a facade that resembles the Louvre and the Paris Opera House. 

However, all of that nearly paled in comparison to the structure that was towering in the sky – a lifelike replica of the Eiffel Tower. 

Original plans for Paris Las Vegas had the Eiffel Tower being the exact same height as the real deal in Paris. However, a structure at that height was an air-traffic control nightmare and posed a problem for flights coming and going from the nearby airport.

So, instead of scrapping the plans altogether, they decided on a half-scale replica instead. Honestly, the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel is majestic enough that you don’t realize at first that it’s smaller than the original. 

The structure was designed to offer guests an amazing view from the Eiffel Tower viewing deck, which sits 46 stories above the Las Vegas Strip. In addition to the viewing deck, the structure is also home to one of the most romantic and famous restaurants in Las Vegas – The Eiffel Tower Restaurant. 

Eiffel Tower Experience

There are plenty of places along the Las Vegas Strip where you can get a good view of the city. For that matter, many hotel rooms offer a decent view on their own. However, if you have a chance to visit the Eiffel Tower viewing deck, we highly recommend it. The great view from so high up above the Strip is one you won’t soon forget. 

The Eiffel Tower Experience offers guests the opportunity to purchase their tickets and head on up for a trip to the Eiffel Tower viewing deck that sits 46 stories above the Las Vegas Strip. Even hardcore Las Vegas tourists who have been to Sin City countless times still manage to get a little breathless whenever they make their way to the top of the attraction at Paris Las Vegas. 

You’ll ride an elevator with glass windows up to the viewing deck. Then once you’re at the top, you’re free to enjoy the 360-degree views for as long as you desire. The attraction at Paris Las Vegas opens at 5 pm. However, we’re big fans of going a little later in the evening. 

The great view of the city during the day is a nice thing to experience. But at night, when the city is alive with lights and the Bellagio fountains are erupting in all their glory, the view is pure magic. The Eiffel Tower viewing deck absolutely offers one of the best views you can find. It’s also super romantic and is a must for a special date night – or even a proposal. 

Dates & Times 

Entrance to the Eiffel Tower viewing deck is available daily between the hours of 5 pm and midnight. While you’ll be able to more clearly see all the features of Las Vegas during the earlier hours, it’s worth it to wait until 7 pm or after, so you get not only a spectacular view of the Strip but also the Bellagio fountains. 

It’s always best to check availability ahead of time. In the past, there have been more limited hours, and they are subject to change at any time. 

Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck Cost 

So, the beautiful view of the city doesn’t come free, but there are very few things in Las Vegas that don’t have a price tag associated with them. 

Tickets from the box office start at $24.50 for adults and $19.50 for youth tickets (ages 4-12). There are certain days when the per-person price of the tickets might be a few dollars more. 

There are a few discounts available. Military receives 20% off, locals receive 20% off, and seniors (65+) receive $5 off the admission price.

 You will need to present a valid ID that shows your military status, current Nevada address, or age to receive the discount. Members of the Paris Las Vegas loyalty program may also receive a discount.  

Eiffel Tower Restaurant

The restaurant at the Eiffel Tower is a fine dining experience with a menu featuring French cuisine that rivals any that you would find in Paris, France. With an incredible view, plus a fountain show if you dine later in the evening, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers some of the most romantic dining on the entire Strip. 

One feature that the Eiffel Tower Restaurant Las Vegas is most known for is its extensive offering of caviar. The caviar menu offers selections for every taste and, surprisingly, every budget. 

If you’ve never enjoyed caviar and don’t want to max out the credit card on the delicacy, you can start with a selection such as the golden whitefish caviar, salmon caviar, or hackleback sturgeon caviar. There’s also a trio of American caviar that includes all three. 

For the more sophisticated palate, there is the Siberian Osetra caviar, Royal Osetra caviar, and Imperial Golden caviar. If you’re feeling indulgent, you can request a trio of all three.

The menu also offers a small selection of caviar dishes, including classic deviled eggs and smoked salmon with crispy potatoes and horseradish cream. 

Dinner Menu

The dinner menu at the Eiffel Tower restaurant is exquisite. Really, there isn’t a better word for it. The menu is perfect for celebrating special occasions, a birthday dinner, an anniversary, or really any time you want to share a lovely experience with someone special. 

As you might expect from the name, the menu offers French cuisine. After all, what else would you eat while sitting in the Eiffel Tower?

A few of the most amazing entrees on the dinner menu include the Seafood & Shellfish Matelote with wild mushrooms and Alsace egg noodles, the Rossini Style Filet Mignon with foie gras and truffle sauce, and also the lamb chops, which are the best ever. 

It’s hard to argue that there’s a more decadent and beautiful spot for brunch in Las Vegas than the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Imagine relaxing leisurely in a window seat, enjoying the best view in the city while indulging in sophisticated brunch dishes and sipping on a passionfruit royale mimosa. 

Sounds perfect, doesn’t it? Brunch in Las Vegas can be a casual affair, but sometimes you deserve to treat yourself (or someone special) to an unforgettable brunch high about the Strip. 

Eiffel Tower brunch can be enjoyed Saturday & Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm. 

There’s something special about proposals that happen at the Eiffel Tower, even if it is in Las Vegas instead of Paris. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers special proposal packages to make this moment extra special. 

The couple of honor enjoys window seating at an ultra-romantic table that overlooks the Bellagio fountains. This view is especially amazing at sunset. Long-stem roses await you, as does a champagne toast. 

You’ll order dinner from a custom menu and be offered wine pairings by the sommelier. This is, without question, a romantic meal to begin the most important journey of your life with. 

The Eiffel Tower offers various enhancements for the proposal package. These include a magic show proposal, a Las Vegas Strip limo tour, chocolate, an Eiffel Tower cookbook, a personalized plate, and a decadent dessert on a “Will you marry me?” plate. 

If you’re interested in the Proposal Package, there’s a form that you can fill out online, and someone from the Eiffel Tower will get in touch with you to finalize the special details. 

No matter which review platform you prefer, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant receives stellar reviews across the board. The Beef Wellington seems to be a favorite dish that guests have absolutely loved, along with the Foie Gras, Duck Prosciutto, and Fig Compote appetizer. Impeccable service has also been mentioned more times than we can count. 

There are also plenty of reviews that claim the Eiffel Tower restaurant is one of the most romantic places to dine on the Entire Strip – a statement we can’t disagree with. Overall, tens of thousands of reviews tell us that the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is a top-notch restaurant with amazing views of the Bellagio water show that exceed expectations on every level. 

The dress code at Eiffel Tower Restaurant is elegant business attire. For ladies, this might be a nice dress or other types of elegant evening wear. Gentlemen should wear collared shirts and slacks. No super casual attire, including athletic wear, is allowed. The restaurant reserves the right to decline service to any guest if they don’t meet the dress code, even if they have reservations. 

The restaurant is open for dinner service every evening from 5 pm until 10 pm. Brunch is offered on Saturday & Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm. 

Note that if you plan on combining dinner with the Eiffel Tower Experience, you’ll want to check the availability of tickets because they can easily get sold out at peak times and during special events.

Eiffel Tower Light Show

Do you want to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas, but the only problem is that you’re not fond of heights, so the Eiffel Tower viewing deck is a solid no. Or maybe you don’t like the idea of the elevator ride all the way to the top. Oh, and here’s another – you’re tired of shelling out money endlessly while in Sin City? 

There is actually a way to enjoy the Eiffel Tower without spending a dime or traveling 46 stories high into the Las Vegas skyline. The tower erupts in a light show every evening, featuring the colors of the French flag – blue, white, and red. The light show is designed to mimic the way the real Eiffel Tower in Paris illuminates in the evening. 

The light show is an absolutely free attraction and happens every thirty minutes or so from sunset until midnight. It’s great if you’re lucky enough to have a spectacular view of the lights from your hotel room in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel. But if that isn’t the case, don’t despair; we have some tips on how to get the most enjoyment from it. 

Our personal recommendation is to head to the Bellagio fountains and find a spot to hang out there. 

You’ll have a great view of the tower from the fountains, and you get the double benefit of enjoying both the Bellagio fountain show and the Eiffel Tower light show at the same time. There’s nothing better than a completely free two-for-one deal! 

Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures and hang out as long as you want to enjoy the view.

How much does it cost to go up the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas?

Tickets for the Eiffel Tower viewing deck start at $24.50 for adults and $29.50 for youth tickets. These aren’t standard prices across the board, however. On certain days, especially during peak times, you can expect to pay a few dollars more per person, depending on the date. 

Is it worth going up the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas?

The Eiffel Tower viewing deck offers a spectacular view and is an amazing experience, even if you’ve done it before. There’s just something about the different perspective of seeing Las Vegas from the observation deck that is wonderful. We personally think it’s a great experience and worth the relatively low price you’ll pay for the trip up there. 

How long does it take to do the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas?

There isn’t a set amount of time for the Eiffel Tower tour. Once you enter, you can spend as much time as you want to take in the beautiful views. In good taste, it’s not great etiquette to hang out there for hours. However, it’s common to typically spend 30 minutes to an hour enjoying the amazing views and maybe taking a few pictures with friends.

Step out of the elevator and the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower is a magnificent collection of bright sky, desert landscapes, and dancing fountains. That's the difference between the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, and the Eiffel Tower replica in Las Vegas. Frankly, I like the show on display in Las Vegas. Time your visit just right and you'll see the sunset, the fountains of Bellagio and the transformation of the desert landscape into a sea of lights in Las Vegas.

This center strip attraction is rivaled by the High Roller at the LINQ and the Stratosphere Tower for the best view in Las Vegas but this spot has the best access for a bird's eye view of the dancing fountains at Bellagio Las Vegas. That one detail makes it worth a nod over the other two. There is no time limit on your visit so you won't have to hurry your shot like you might have to on the High Roller Observation Wheel and you will not have to trek all the way north on the strip to the Stratosphere Tower if you just want a selfie with Las Vegas in the background.

It’s an observation deck at the top of a replica of the real Eiffel Tower in Paris. Wow, sounds exciting, huh. Well, actually the views of the Las Vegas Valley are incredible and there is a bit of romance in the air if you are there with someone special. The Tower is a half-sized replica of the real thing and you can get a lot of fun facts from the elevator attendant as you take the ride up the 460 feet. It is a must-do thing in Las Vegas at least once.

How Long Does It Take To Visit?

While there might be a short wait in line for the elevator to the observation deck, the experience will be well worth it once you reach the top. We recommend allocating approximately 30 minutes to enjoy the breathtaking views up top, but feel free to stay as long as you like. We especially encourage staying until you can witness the mesmerizing bird’s-eye view of the Bellagio fountain show. This is particularly useful when the sidewalk viewing area in front of the Bellagio fountains is closed off for an upcoming event.

One of the best known and most imitated monuments in the world

Since the Eiffel Tower was built, people around the world have wanted it for their own. Many monuments have imitated this symbol of Paris and France. Some are inspired by Gustave Eiffel’s work while others are either very similar or replicas.

In 1889, the year of the Tower’s inauguration, the Washington Monument with its height of 169 metres had held the world record for four years. The world would have to wait more than forty years before seeing the Tower dethroned by the Chrysler Building in New York (319 m), which was overtaken in 1949 by the Empire State Building (381 m). Today, towers reaching staggering heights are plentiful, such as the one in Taipei (508 metres) and more recently the Burj Khalifa (828 metres).

The most famous and tallest replica is found in Las Vegas , Nevada. Reaching a height of 541 feet (165 meters), it was built near a luxury hotel-casino complex in 1999. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant and its panoramic terrace offer a superb view of the Bellagio Hotel’s famous fountains.

The Blackpool Tower was built in 1894 and is 518 feet (158 meters) high. Situated along the seafront, its base is obscured by a circus and an aquarium that only reveal its upper structure. Its astonishing architecture gives the impression that the Tower is simply emerging from of the ground! Tokyo, Japan, is home to one of the most famous Eiffel Tower-inspired constructions in the world. Tokyo Tower was erected in 1958 and rises to 1,093 feet (333 meters), 30 feet (9 meters) taller than its Parisian model! Red and white by day and golden by night, it offers a magnificent view of the Japanese capital.

Two Eiffel Tower replicas were built in China. One in a theme park in Shenzhen in the South-East of the country, and the other in Tianducheng next to Hangzhou. The latter is a 1:3 scale copy of the original and weighs more than 1,000 tonnes. We find other copies in Europe, such as the one in Prague (60 metres tall) at the top of the Petrin Hill. In Slobozia , Romania, there is a copy of around fifty metres in height, just like the one in Parizh , in the South of the Ural Mountains, in Russia. In Lyon (Fourvière), the top part of the Tower has also been reproduced.

How could there be a Paris without its Eiffel Tower? Two replicas in the American cities of Paris , Texas, and Paris, Tennessee, were created in 1995 and 1993. The city in Tennessee erected its simplified Eiffel Tower, which is 60 feet (18.3 meters) high, as a tribute to the French capital. The Texas city added an original touch of local culture to its Tower, crowning it with a red cowboy hat. This 66-foot (20 meter) high tower shines in all colors at nightfall.

Miniature Eiffel Towers

Not far from the original Eiffel Tower, Elancourt is home to France Miniature, a theme park featuring replicas of French monuments including the inescapable Eiffel Tower. Its 33-foot (10-meter) high scale model has nearly identical architecture and is repainted every seven years to match the colors of the original Tower .

A little further away from the Tower, the Mini-Europe theme park in Brussels features many replicas of Europe’s most beautiful monuments. Here, the Eiffel Tower is located just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, the Sacré Coeur Basilica, and Pompidou Center. Although it’s reduced to a height of 43 feet (13 meters), its details are no less amazing!

Other, similar theme parks have their own Eiffel Towers including Park Miniatur in Andrychow , Poland, or Parque Europa in Torrejon de Ardoz , Spain.

At Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando , Epcot park’s French pavilion boasts a 75-foot (23-meter) replica of the Eiffel Tower that’s remarkable for the fact that it intentionally doesn’t have a first floor, to create the illusion that it’s proportional to its environment. The effect is astonishing!

‘It’s the dream.’ Celine Dion fighting to return to stage

Celine Dion tells Vogue France, of her battle with SPS: “I have to learn to live with it now and stop questioning myself.”

Celine Dion has objectives as she battles Stiff Person Syndrome.

“I want to be the best I can be, ” Dion says in an interview in the new edition of Vogue France. “My goal is to see the Eiffel Tower again!”

A return to live performance, someday, is also motivating the superstar resident of Lake Las Vegas. But while Dion is steadfast in her dedication to recover from the rare neurological condition, she’s less certain of when she will be able to return to the stage.

”I can’t answer that … Because for four years I’ve been saying to myself that I’m not going back, that I’m ready, that I’m not ready… ” Dion says in the Q&A piece. “As things stand, I can’t stand here and say to you: ‘Yes, in four months.’ I don’t know… My body will tell me.”

Dion says she has not beaten the disease.

“It’s still within me and always will be. I hope that we’ll find a miracle, a way to cure it with scientific research, but for now I have to learn to live with it,” the 55-year-old superstar says. “… Five days a week I undergo athletic, physical and vocal therapy. I work on my toes, my knees, my calves, my fingers, my singing, my voice …

“I have to learn to live with it now and stop questioning myself. At the beginning I would ask myself: Why me? How did this happen? What have I done? Is this my fault?”

Dion says it’s difficult physically and mentally to combat the condition, for which there is no cure.

”I don’t just want to wait. It’s morally hard to live from day to day. It’s hard, I’m working very hard and tomorrow will be even harder,” she says. “Tomorrow is another day. But there’s one thing that will never stop, and that’s the will. It’s the passion. It’s the dream. It’s the determination.”

Representatives for AEG Presents, which books and co-produces all shows at Resorts World Theater, have not replied to requests for comment about Dion’s status. Officials have only said they remain optimistic she will perform again on the Strip.

Dion announced she suffered from SPS in December 2022, halting her plans at Resorts World and also her “Courage” world tour. Recently she has made several public appearances, announcing Taylor Swift as the Grammy Award-winner for Album of the Year on Feb. 4 in Los Angeles, and attending a Boston Bruins-New York Rangers game at TD Bank Garden on March 21.

This has led to speculation, conversation and optimism she can return to performance at Resorts World Theatre even by the end of this year.

But Dion is not committing to that, or any, time horizon.

“The way I see it, I have two choices. Either I train like an athlete and work super hard, or I switch off and it’s over, I stay at home, listen to my songs, stand in front of my mirror and sing to myself,” the sidelined headliner says.”I’ve chosen to work with all my body and soul, from head to toe, with a medical team. I want to be the best I can be.”

Celine’s real residency

Dion explained why she lives in Las Vegas. She says she got a home here when her oldest son, Rene-Charles, was age 1. “Twenty-two years ago today,” as Dion said, indicting the Vogue interview was Jan. 25.

Dion explained she originally owned a house in Florida, which she never visited. She had a house in Montréal, but during the holiday breaks the kids wanted to go to the beach. She bought the house in Lake Las Vegas in January 2001.

“I am 35 minutes away from work. That gives me the time to get ready to go to work. I can see my team, we joke around with each other, we rehearse singing … ” Dion said. “And then that gives me the chance to get on the road. I eat in the car, I get home, I see my children, and I can sleep in my own bed. I have the best of both worlds.”

Los artistas del momento hicieron varias propuestas que buscaban rememorar el centenario de la Revolución francesa y que el mundo siempre recordara aquellos hechos. Hitler soñaba con subir a la Torre Eiffel, pero la Resistencia Francesa astutamente cortó los cables del ascensor para que el dictador no los usara. Al saberlo, Hitler se rehusó a subir más de 1.500 escalones.
