Alex Hales was amazing

Alex Hales was amazing. He made my experience with traveling and using Skytravel Hub less stressful. We travel several times a year and we will contact Alex for assistance again. He worked with me for a week trying to get my trip right and he did. He followed up just like he said he would and he was responsible. Against all odds

Against all odds. I see a lot of negative feedback in some reviews for this travel agency, and somewhat they maybe right based on their own experience. In my own personal experience, I'm satisfied with these guys, I had to wait about 2 days to get my tickets but I was given heads up before, they provide competitive prices. What they advertise as unbeliebable prices online is pure clickbait, don't fall for it and be prepared to be offered new prices closer to reality. Also DO NOT shop online with them, always call them by phone to deal directly with them, even of there is a languaje barrier sometimes, still better.

Cancels Airfare Without Notification

We booked a trip with them to Cancun, Mexico for our family vacation back in August. The tickets initially showed up on Delta and then we found out days before our trip our tickets had been canceled without notifying us. Delta charged our credit card over $700 and they charged us over $200 for their fee yet no one wanted to tell us that we didn't actually have airfare tickets?! I don't understand how this is allowed. We literally found this out 3 days before our trip! We called SkyTravelHub and they told us that we had to call Delta. We call Delta and they tell us that we have to call SkyTravelHub! Neither would help us in rebooking our tickets or refunding our money. Can you imagine if we had driven 2 hours to the airport the morning of our flight only to find out that our airfare had been canceled?! What a joke! We will never book through Skytravelhub again and we ended up booking tickets through JetBlue directly today as we don't trust Delta either. We had to file a credit card dispute against both as neither would take responsibility for this mess up.

He even then contacted my family member and booked their airline tickets to ensure we were all together. Few days later I even got a follow up call to see if I needed help picking my seats. This company is a fake

This company is a fake, they post out cheap deals then call you to tell you that the flight that you just booked is not available and they jacked up the price from $1,154 to $1,789 for 3 ppl. Honestly I can’t say anything bad about the customer service Patrick, he was very professional even though I was very upset about the price he was calm and collected and at the end help find the best deal. Thank you Patrick for your professionalism! But I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.

Don't Waist Your Time

I booked 3 tickets for a total of about $1900. I got a "pending" email followed by a "unfortunately that itinerary is no longer available. I was provided a new itinerary at an increased price of $2600. I went back on the site and was checking for other flights and saw the "phone fare" banner. I called in for their "phone fare" rate. The gentleman that I spoke to was rude and lectured me about how I would not find a rate within my budget. When I proceeded to give him a rate I found on another site he began talking badly about the other site and continued to lecture me about how my budget was too low and kept trying to pressure me into "upgrading" my seats after I mentioned several times how strict my budget is. I will never try this site again.

Called up today because I was looking…

Called up today because I was looking to book flights for next July. I had the flights I wanted but I wanted to confirm some details. When I talked to the person on the phone he said prices were not guaranteed and if i didnt want to book though him on the phone at a WAY higher price then "I could take my chances booking online" I wanted to book and love to times and prices but i dont want to chance over $1100 if I dont actually get the tickets.

Very stressful

i gave this outfit a 5 star review when i booked 11 flights, everything was in the Delta system and everything looked great. These were made 6 months in advance. Just out of the clear blue i went to Deltas website and they done have our reservations, I called Sky Travel and they said they would be back in the system in 48 hours now 3 days pass that their telling me 3 more days. This is very stressful when you have a family vacation planned and over $5000 on the line. I wish someone would give me some answers. i will update this when i receive an answer.

Absolute scam and nightmare, Do not use this travel agency

Do not use this travel agency! It is a scam and we had to purchase tickets for our entire family last minute because they only purchased three of the four they told us they purchased. After spending 10 hours on the phone with Delta they told me this agency booked our fourth ticket, which was our daughters in a fishy way, and that they had only three actual tickets purchased under the fare they quoted me, and there was not a fourth one available so they misspelled her name and actually never purchased her ticket even though they charged us. It was a nightmare. Do not use this company. And Andy, who is my representative will sweet talk to you and tell you everything is fine along the way. Do not fall for the scam.

My original booking was not accepted by the airlines. I called on Sunday to book other flights. Fortunately Allen Bott was able to quickly book us flights at even better time frames. He provided the be confirmation code, and I waited for the emails to confirm and provide the eTickets. Everything is in order. My one complaint; it took a long time for the emails to arrive. Scam company who get your information and you don't get tickets

First time using this travel company. Booked on line and never received an email of confirmation even though it did give me a confirmation number. Started to get nervous after a day went by so I called. Spoke with a representative who said they could not give the price I agreed to and it would be a different price. So red flag went right up. Total scam and the worst part is they have all my information now with credit card info. Do not use them. Went to the airline and booked tickets without issue and it was close to the same price. Don't be fooled by this company that appears to just be taking your information and what seems to suck you in with the hope for cheap tickets. I will be reporting them as well.

Booking 8 people to Miami

I needed to book passage for 8 people to Miami From Richmond round trip. The service Agent I worked with was Roy. He found us the cheapest flights (better than any of my searches turned up). I was impressed with how Roy stayed on top of my reservation. Every cost came in line with exactly what he stated. I will not hesitate to contact him again for future travel plans.

I purchased plane tickets from them months ago and got a confirmation. Just the other day I went to print out my tickets since the flight is in a couple weeks. Well, my tickets were cancelled by then with no notice! When I called and chatted they said the tickets at that price were cancelled and if I still wanted them it would be an extra $600+ per ticket. Totalling about $1300! I was in a panic because this trip is to go see family that I haven't been able to see in many years. I got no apology, no offer to make it right or help me get tickets in my price range. Just asked for more money or they said I could go elsewhere. My holidays are now ruined. I will not see my family and I am beyond upset. Look at their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. They are a scam of a company and should not be in business. Beware!
