Cant send message

Got an email from them claiming I had requested to cancel my flight, when I did no such thing. The emails says you can’t reply to the email, but you can send a message via the app, but there is no option in this app. I assume they are playing games bc my flight was cancelled due to Covid, I was able to reschedule the flight directly w the airline and did so. Now they’re probably trying to get their money back, but since my rescheduled flight is next month I’m worried this incompetent shady company is going to end up cancelling my new flights. Anyway it reinforces the fact you should always book direct w the airline, saving a few dollars is not worth it when you have zero help when something like this happens.
Hi TylerC101, We're very sorry to hear that. Please drop us a message out through this link, outlining your issue: https://socialcare.edreams.com/en/support/login One of our agents will get in touch with you. Kind Regards, Chris

Never use Travellink. Book directly instead

Flight tickets for March month 2024 were canceled. We have still not seen any money. They advised us to co-operate with Air help but they will take a huge fee. I have called Lufthansa instead but they will not help as tickets were bought via Travellink. Booking number: 14872353737 Flight booking number: POCN2F From Billund 7 March 2024. LH 2437/LH9482 Flight booking number: PO9FAI From Bologna 8 March 2024. LH 289/LH 842 Never use Travellink. Better to book directly instead

Tried to book a flight and got an error…

Tried to book a flight and got an error from the website with a text no reservation was possible. Booked the flights elsewhere. 20 min later got a confirmation from Travellink about the flights that were not possible to book according to their website. Now spent hours trying to cancel them. Their customer service is a joke. Never again with these scammers!

The worst experience ever!

The customer service is absolutely horrible! I booked a travel package with hotel stay and plane tickets. The travel Company cancelled our flight to Rome. Therefore i wanted to ask for a refund for the entire trip. Because there sete no other flight on the date, which the rest of my booking unusable. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a human being. When i did get through to human assistance i asked for a refund. This process has been going on for months. I have now been compensated 1/4 of the travel price. Despite that i have been promised a full refund numerous times and nothing happens. I will never use Travellink again and i won’t recommend anyone else to do so.

I strongly warn about this company

I strongly warn about this company. Booked a flight for 4 people to Paris, at some point the flight got canceled by the airline. Travelink never notified us about the cancelation and we only discovered this when trying to get our boarding passes the day before the travel. And we discovered this on the Airline website. We where never given any notifications or options to change the flight. We had to book a new ticket ourselves the day after. We where loosing a lot of money from hotel boking, and other arrangements we had made that day and 25% of our (short) weekend holiday was lost. They do not reply or answer in time. Customer care from hell.

This company doesn't provide proper receipts

This company is refusing to send me a proper receipt/invoice, so I cannot get reimbursed. I booked flights from them, but they only gave me an invoice without the breakdown (taxes etc). Now I cannot get reimbursed from my organization because of this. Even with 8 messages sent to the customer service, they just keep sending me the same, useless invoice. Edit: After the answer to this review, the company still refuses to provide a proper receipt for the flights.

Methodically cheating through false promises

Have zero care for customers! Methodically ghost customers to wear them out so they give up their promised claims. I've been promised a refund 6 occasions after canceling my booking on their chat. Now almost 1 year later still nothing + they never follow up. The values this business is build with shows regulations need to be imposed on this type of middleman. There is simply nothing you can do as a customer if they just ghost you. Horrific business practice to make promises several times and not follow up on it. Extremely disappointed

Honest and engaged

Honest and engaged. My flight is cancelled and Travellink was helpful and understanding. I give them 5 stars. Only you have to call them maybe many times and wait on phone but they solved my problem and got a refund.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for taking the time to post it! We are delighted that you had a great experience and look forward to being of service to you again in the future. Best regards, Customer Care team

A terrible experience

A terrible experience. Choosing refundable ticket -- the most expensive choice of course-- just to find out they will NOT refund when you need and demand. Most difficult to find personal contact/service. I do not understand how these companies can legally continue? I always book directly with well known air companies and this was an exception. BEWARE!!!!

No customer support at all

You can buy tickets through Travellink and hope everything goes as expected... untill it is not - then just surrender. In our case the flight was cancelled by KLM and autobooked to something absolutely unsuitable. KLM didn't want to negotiate as tickets was bought through an agency. I've spent some 5 hours on 5 chat sessions with Travellink, describing my situation again and again to new persons on the other side. The result was the same: promises to resolve the problem within one week, and e-mails after a week with suggestion to contact the carrier (KLM) which refuses to help. Travellink position themselves as "the leading online travel agency in the Nordics". However they have the only support channel through the English chat in India. It looks like a business model to Travellink to mimic customer support till the case becomes obsolete.

Booked my first flight a little too…

Booked my first flight a little too early from Kastrup to Frankfurt. Then a flight for my daughter from Gothenburg to Frankfurt + return. Thought I could fly back with her, but such a single flight would cost too much, so I wanted to cancel my single flight from Kastrup and book a return instead. This was awkward and I did not dare cancel anything without support from you. No phone number to call and chat no good. So finally had to book a single return to Kastrup and this became much more expensive🥴!! Apart from this I find your booking system easy and straightforward!

Good room good price

Clean room, the reception disk was really helpful showing me the way, and easy to leave keys in a box even if I did go early.

The poorest service and experience…

The poorest service and experience ever…. Never buy your tickets here but them directly at the airline. Not only was I not able to check in but I also had to pay 2 x the value of the ticket to be checked in at the airport. I tried to get help from Travellink customer service and contacted support through their app several times but their chat robot just asked me to be patient and finally I Got disconnected and had to start over….. and no phone nr to Call was available. Finally the trip ended up being 3 times as expensive

I had to cancel my flight and to get the tickets refunded I only need a proof of cancellation from them so I can go to my insurance company to get refunded. But no! I’ve sent them many requests for the proof of cancellation with out any luck. So I can’t buy new tickets as I don’t have much money in the first place. I’m NOT happy!

Is SiriusXM Travel Link Worth It?

Is SiriusXM Travel Link Worth It? A Comprehensive Guide

SiriusXM Travel Link is a popular subscription-based service that provides drivers with access to a wide range of travel-related information, including weather updates, fuel prices, sports scores, movie listings, and more. But is it worth the cost? In this guide, we’ll take a detailed look at SiriusXM Travel Link and help you decide if it’s right for you.

What is SiriusXM Travel Link?

SiriusXM Travel Link is a service offered by SiriusXM that provides drivers with real-time information about traffic, weather, fuel prices, sports scores, and other travel-related data. The service is available through a variety of platforms, including satellite radio, smartphone apps, and in-car displays.

Pros of SiriusXM Travel Link

Convenience: One of the biggest advantages of SiriusXM Travel Link is that it provides drivers with all the information they need in one place. Instead of having to search for weather updates, traffic reports, or fuel prices separately, all of this information is seamlessly integrated into the service, making it easy for drivers to stay informed on the go.

Real-time updates: SiriusXM Travel Link provides real-time updates for weather and traffic, which can be incredibly useful for drivers who want to avoid getting stuck in traffic or caught in bad weather. With detailed weather maps and traffic reports, drivers can plan their routes more effectively and avoid delays.

Saving money: One of the most popular features of SiriusXM Travel Link is its ability to help drivers find the cheapest fuel prices in their area. With fuel prices constantly fluctuating, having access to this information can help drivers save money on their daily commutes.

Sports scores: For sports fans, SiriusXM Travel Link provides access to live sports scores and schedules, which can be a real boon for drivers who want to stay up-to-date on their favorite teams.

Cons of SiriusXM Travel Link

Additional cost: While SiriusXM Travel Link provides a lot of useful information, it does come at an additional cost on top of a standard SiriusXM subscription. Depending on the vehicle and subscription package, the monthly cost for SiriusXM Travel Link can vary.

Availability: Although SiriusXM Travel Link is available in many areas, it may not be available everywhere. Before subscribing, drivers should check to make sure that the service is available in their area.

Relevance: While SiriusXM Travel Link provides a lot of useful information, not all of it may be relevant to all drivers. For example, if you don’t care about sports scores or movie listings, these features may not be worth the cost.

Is SiriusXM Travel Link Worth It for You?

To determine if SiriusXM Travel Link is worth it for you, consider your daily routine and whether you would benefit from the features included in the service. If you drive a lot, live in an area with frequent weather changes, or want to save money on fuel costs, then the service could be a good investment.

However, if you rarely drive, live in an area where the service is not available, or don’t find the features useful, then it may not be worth the cost.

Before subscribing, it’s also important to read reviews from other users to get a better understanding of the service. By doing so, you can learn about any issues or concerns that other drivers may have encountered and decide if the service is right for you.

RZD launches new route Moscow-Nice

RZD launches new route Moscow-Nice

The new railway line will link Moscow and Nice, – informs the press service of Railways. The route organized by JSC “Russian Railways” will go for the first time on September 23 and pass through Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Italy.

Despite the fact that the start of the route was appointed in September that is the end of tourist season in Nice, the experts predict the grand popularity of this train.

Travel time is not yet clarified. However, it may be significantly lengthened due to the dock in Milan, – informs the agency “Tourinfo”. Due to the same dock, but in Berlin, the train Moscow – Paris is en route more than two days. This fact and also the high cost of tickets make the route unpopular.

Since September the train Moscow-Nice will make one trip a week from Belosrusskiy railway station. The train will leave from Moscow on Thursday and arrive at the destination on Saturday. Reverse route is Sunday – Tuesday. During the summer, depending on the situation, the number of trips may be increased.

The train will consist from the cars of the first, second and luxury classes. However, the press service does not specify yet the price of tickets.

The train will follow the route: Moscow – Vyazma – Smolensk – Orsha – Minsk – Brest – Terespol – Warsaw – Katowice – Zebrzydovice – Bohumin – Breclav – Vienna – Linz – Innsbruck – Bolzano – Verona – Milan – Genoa – San Remo – Bordighera – Ventimiglia – Menton – Nice.

To date, from Moscow there are direct – and international routes to Munich, Vienna, Venice, Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, Berlin, Basel and several other European cities.

Back in July, the press service of Moscow Committee for Tourism reported on the increased flow of foreign tourists to Moscow . Even though there are some difficulties with visa to Russia , their number has increased by 18% compared to the same period last year.

Based on statistics, experts are hoping that by the end of the year it will be possible to catch up with the pre-crisis figures of 2008, when the capital was visited by four million foreign tourists. Experts note that the general mass of tourists is coming from the U.S., France, Germany, Italy, England and Spain.

In Paris and Beyond, 6 Sumptuous European Hotels

For Olympics-goers and just plain vacationers, here are new accommodations that offer a special taste of France, Italy and Greece.

the travel link

By Stephanie Rosenbloom

If you’re planning to attend the Paris Olympics and see a bit of Europe this summer, you have a variety of plush new hotels from which to choose (though they’re likely to fill up quickly). Whether you’re going to the Games or simply going on vacation, you’ll find fresh boutique properties in Paris and many more that are an easy flight away, be it to the French Riviera, Rome, or fittingly, an island in Greece, the birthplace of the ancient games .

Hôtel Balzac

A hotel guest room has a retro modern look, with a Deco-style sconce with simple lines and an old-fashioned bedside black phone from the first part of the 20th century. The predominant colors are off-white and brown, with a light woven brown blanket and white sheets, a round, polished wood table with a stack of books, and beyond the bed, a door opening into what looks like a small, wood-paneled bar.

Beginning June 1, after a two-year renovation, Hôtel Balzac , a member of Relais & Châteaux , the luxury hotel and restaurant network, is planning to open in the Eighth Arrondissement, within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. Meant to feel like a Parisian home and inspired by 1930s style, the hotel is a sister property of the cozy Relais Christine in the Sixth Arrondissement, as well as the Saint James Paris in the 16th Arrondissement.

With interiors designed by Festen Architecture , there will be 58 rooms and suites in soothing neutral hues, some with views of the Eiffel Tower. Beyond your room you’ll find a lounge where you can enjoy breakfast before strolling the famous boulevard; a Japanese-inspired spa for treatments upon your return; a cocktail bar; and Pierre Gagnaire , a Michelin-starred restaurant with modern French cuisine. Prices from 590 euros, or about $630 a night.

Maison Proust

Like several of the latest hotels in Paris, such as Hotel Norman and Le Grand Mazarin , this hot spot in the Marais is an intimate affair with just 23 rooms and suites. A homage to the novelist Marcel Proust , the hotel features sumptuous spaces that conjure the Belle Époque and in them you’ll discover objects linked to the hotel’s namesake, including an autographed copy of “Swann’s Way.”

Designed by Jacques Garcia , the French interior decorator known for luxurious spaces like the Hôtel Costes in Paris and La Mamounia in Marrakech, Maison Proust is a member of the Collection Maisons Particulières , a group of hotels designed to feel like mansions. Each of the glamorous rooms are inspired by personalities from Proust’s world, including Colette and Monet.

If you can’t manage to nab one, you can still visit the bar where on Fridays, Colin Field , formerly the head bartender at Bar Hemingway at the storied Ritz Paris , is now creating cocktails (from 25 euros, or about $27) like L’Élixir de Proust, with raspberry essence and Champagne. You can also unwind at Spa La Mer , where there’s a hammam and pool.

Yet even without all that, the hotel’s location in the Marais — amid restaurants, shops and destinations like the Musée National Picasso-Paris and the Musée Carnavalet — makes it an enviable spot from which to step out and explore one of the world’s most walkable cities. Prices from €950 (with slight seasonal variation).

St.-Tropez, France

Arev saint tropez.

Within walking distance of the colorful village of St.-Tropez, this 43 room-and-suite hotel opened in March with flowering trees, a pool surrounded by striped umbrellas, and an outdoor bar where frozen rosé awaits. The popular Pampelonne Beach and its beach clubs are a brief drive away, while smaller nearby beaches offer the opportunity for a quick dip. Or stay put and indulge in a massage at the spa, head outside for a sunrise Pilates or yoga class, or hop on a Peloton bike at the fitness center. Unlike the Olympics, games at AREV Saint Tropez, like pétanque and padel , can be played in between glasses of rosé.

The rooms (some with private terraces and patios with flowers) were designed by Luis Bustamante , with splashes of blue, white and red, creating a nautical feel even when you’re not lounging by the sea. Explore outside your room and you’ll come across the Strand Restaurant and Champagne Lounge . The original Strand, a local crowd-pleaser, closed years ago, though this reincarnation at AREV Saint Tropez hopes to bring back some of the joie de vivre of its predecessor with live music, French wines and contemporary takes on regional dishes such as thon de Méditerranée, red tuna atop crispy risotto. For dessert, try the rice pudding or the chocolate soufflé. Prices from €1,440 June through August, and starting at €590 from October through March.

Nice, France

Hôtel du couvent.

Set in a convent dating to the 17th century, this 88 room-and-suite hotel plans to open in June, when it will offer guests glimpses into its monastic past. The property’s restoration is being spearheaded by Valéry Grégo, who founded Perseus , a builder and operator of hotels, including Le Pigalle in Paris. There will be a vegetable and herb garden, a bakery and an herbalist shop where you can stop in for custom-made teas with herbs from the garden.

Vegetables, fruits and eggs from both the garden and an off-site farm in Touët-sur-Var may be served at the hotel’s restaurants: Le Restaurant du Couvent, Le Bistrot des Serruriers and La Guinguette Café, where you can sip a drink in the garden near the lap pool. Wander the grounds and take advantage of the studio for yoga, exercise and meditation, or partake of a series of thermal “ Roman baths .” The baths are a nod to the remains of the Roman baths in nearby Cimiez , where you can also visit the Musée National Marc Chagall and Musée Matisse .

Return to the hotel, part of the Luxury Collection from Marriott, with interior design by Festen Architecture, and to the serene colors of your airy room. Prices from €390 a night.

On May 31, Leitmotiv — the group behind the buzzy, garden-themed La Fantaisie boutique hotel in Paris — is planning to open their first property outside of France: Casa Monti, in Rome.

The hotel is in Rome’s Monti neighborhood, dappled with cafes and restaurants, and takes its inspiration from the area’s artists, encouraging guests to think of themselves as artists in residence. Past its 18th-century facade are frescoes and 36 rooms and suites that are awash with color and bold patterns by the interior designer Laura Gonzalez . You’re within walking distance of must-see sights like the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. And upon returning from a day of exploring you can drop by the spa, linger over dinner — indoors or al fresco — at the hotel restaurant and then watch night fall from your perch on the rooftop bar. Prices from €450 a night.

Paros, Greece

Rising from the Greek island of Paros, this escape on Piperi beach blends soft sand with Cycladic cubic style architecture. The hotel has 38 rooms and suites, including some with private plunge pools. If you can manage to leave yours behind to explore the grounds, you’ll find the wellness area , where you can get a massage or body treatment outdoors in a private curtained chamber. Avant Mar’s name joins the French word for “before” with the Spanish word for “the sea,” highlighting the hotel’s location “in front of the sea,” and there’s an open-air theater that can be used for yoga and Pilates upon request, as well as an Olympics-worthy, 55-meter-long swimming pool.

Back on dry land, a gin-and-tonic bar called the Bridge plans to open the end of this month with views of the Aegean Sea. And mark your calendar for July 10 to 13 when the Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be at the hotel’s waterside restaurant, Matsuhisa Paros , for the Nobu Food Festival. (The restaurant is scheduled to open for the season on June 7). For Greek fare at the hotel, visit Thymes for breakfast, lunch or dinner by the pool. And don’t forget dessert. Stop into Figs, the hotel’s pastry shop, to get your fix of traditional Greek sweets. Prices from €715 a night.

Cuyana Easy Travel Tote Review: Soft, Durable And Built To Last

In our wider review of the best travel totes on the market, we named Cuyana’s System Tote our best overall option. After the brand’s recent debut of the Easy Travel Tote, we decided to test it to see how it compares.

As a frequent traveler, I’m always looking for a tote that is both durable enough to carry heavy items like my laptop, chargers and tablet as well as stylish enough to bring to lunch or dinner after getting off a plane or train. Cuyana, a women-owned clothing and accessories brand known for its long-lasting quality, wearability and design, has been a staple of my travels for the past few years (the Travel Beauty Roll comes with me on every trip), so my ears perked up when I heard of the brand’s latest release, the Easy Travel Tote .

The Easy Travel Tote is the latest travel bag from women-owned clothing and accessories brand ... [+] Cuyana.

I had heard raves from friends and coworkers about Cuyana’s bags, including the System Tote , which we named the best travel tote in our larger review. Made from double-sided Italian leather that softens over time, Cuyana’s bags are investments that are built to last. With multiple trips each month, I often burn through luggage and bags (airport baggage carousels can really do some damage), so I was especially into the idea of having a bag that can withstand my heavy travel schedule, and decided to put the Easy Travel Tote to the test on a weekend road trip.

Cuyana Easy Travel Tote

Dimensions:  14.2 x 25.3 x 6.3 |  Materials: Italian leather |  Weight:  2.9 pounds |  Accessories:  Detachable crossbody strap; easy tote insert; zipper pouch; flap bag (all sold separately) |  Care:  Wipe clean with damp cloth

  • Weekend getaways and road trips
  • Those seeking a spacious bag made out of high-quality Italian leather
  • You need exterior pockets
  • You’re looking for a bag to slide over your suitcase; this tote does not come with a trolley sleeve

The Best Bug Zappers To Keep Your Home Free Of Mosquitoes, Gnats And More

The 21 best mother’s day flowers to surprise mom this sunday, spacious with multiple pockets and a top zipper.

Like many of Cuyana’s bags , the Easy Travel Tote is made from buttery, pebbled Italian leather. I’m a big fan of leather bags since faux leather can often give off a very chemical or plastic smell. The Easy Travel Tote has a warm, earthy and high-quality leather scent that I noticed as soon as I opened it.

The tote has a deep interior with two large pockets on each side that are spacious enough to hold a pair of headphones, chargers or tablet case. While the interior pockets are not zippered, I do appreciate that this bag has a zippered top, which means I don’t have to worry about items flying out of my bag during bumpy rides or flights (yes, this has happened to me before).

The Easy Travel Tote is the newest travel tote from women-owned clothing and accessories bag Cuyana.

Functional, Versatile And Durable

Because I was only going on a weekend trip, I decided to use the Easy Travel Tote as my primary bag and see how much I could fit inside of it. After inspecting its interior, I knew I could easily put all of its 37 liters of volume to good use. It’s several inches larger and wider than the Classic Easy Zipper Tote , which is the next size down, so I could seamlessly slide in my 16-inch laptop, tablet, all of my chargers, several tops and bottoms, a denim jacket, a pair of shoes and my purse, meaning I didn’t need to bring a suitcase on this trip. Better yet, the tote didn’t feel clunky or look oddly shaped when I picked it up, so I was able to bring it with me to a restaurant for lunch without any issues.

Another great feature of this bag is its versatility. I used a wide shoulder strap , which is sold separately, to sling the bag over my shoulders, making it easy to carry around everywhere. I could also see myself using this tote on commuter days when I’m bouncing around from the gym to dinner and need to bring along my laptop; its chic exterior lets it blend into different environments, from a train station to hang-outs with friends.

For those who prefer a tote they can sling over their shoulder, Cuyana offers adjustable straps that ... [+] are sold separately.

Cuyana Easy Travel Tote: The Final Verdict

After testing Cuyana’s Easy Travel Tote, I can attest to its quality, durability and style. I was able to fit so much inside of it, and it didn’t take up too much space in the trunk of my car. I also found it to be incredibly comfortable: its straps made it easy to sling over my shoulder and carry around shops and restaurants. However, for flights, I would have loved to see this bag include at least one external pocket for easy access to my passport. I also fear that with as much as I packed in it, its lack of trolley sleeve would make it balance very precariously on the top of my suitcase. And at $428, this bag is certainly a splurge, especially when you consider that all of its accessories are sold separately (the adjustable wide strap I used is $88).

The tote's interior is spacious with two large interior pockets that can hold a 16-inch laptop, ... [+] chargers, headphones or other items.

Yet for frequent travelers like myself, this bag delivers. It can easily be used as a gym bag, diaper bag, commuter bag and a personal item on a flight, which means you’ll get a lot of use out of it. And its high-quality leather exterior not only allows it to hold plenty of items while still looking stylish (no easy feat), but it will keep its shape and luster for years to come, making this tote a worthy investment.

A 40-year-old man from Idaho was arrested at Yellowstone National Park this month after rangers received a report that he had harassed a herd of bison and kicked one of them in the leg.

Clarence Yoder of Idaho Falls is facing charges in federal court for the District of Wyoming for allegedly approaching and disturbing wildlife, being under the influence of alcohol in a park area, and disorderly conduct. Yoder suffered minor injuries in the encounter, and rangers took him to a nearby medical center for treatment before transporting him to Gallatin County Detention Center.

Mckenna Bass, 37, also of Idaho Falls, was arrested along with Yoder for allegedly driving under the influence, disturbing wildlife and failing to yield to an emergency light activation.

According to court documents, Yoder and Bass pleaded not guilty and were each released on a $3,500 bond. They are banned from Yellowstone while their cases are pending. Yoder has a status hearing scheduled for May 23. Bass’s is scheduled for July 2.

Violations at national parks related to wildlife, plants and natural or cultural features carry a maximum penalty of $5,000 and up to six months in prison.

Tourists harassing wildlife has long been a problem at national parks, with social media making incidents more visible. The National Park Service said this was the first time this year that a bison had injured a visitor at Yellowstone.

Jared Beaver, an assistant professor and wildlife management specialist at Montana State University, said wildlife harassment has started early this year.

“June and July is usually when it gets cranked up,” he said.

Of all the wildlife in Yellowstone, he said bison cause the great number of injuries to visitors . Last year, the park reported its first incident in July, when a bison gored a woman from Arizona. She was flown by helicopter to a medical center.

Beaver said the bigheaded bison , which can weigh up to 2,000 pounds, can turn aggressive when they sense a threat in their personal space. He said almost all bison attacks have occurred when the victim was within 10 to 15 feet of the animal. The national park requires visitors to stay at least 75 feet away.

Bison exhibit clear signs of agitation. Beaver said they will snort, toss their head and may fake a charge. A flat tail is a relaxed bison. An extended tail aligned with its back means that it is on alert. When the tail stands straight up and resembles a question mark, an attack could be imminent.

“Be aware of your surroundings and make sure that you’re responding to that animal’s movement and giving it plenty of room,” he said. “All it takes is one wrong movement that might upset that animal.”
