Autenticidad, belleza y comodidad, tres principios presentes en cada experiencia. Los alojamientos están seleccionados con mucho mimo para que tu estancia sea cómoda, casas de campo o estancias con encanto y personalidad en donde practicaremos yoga cada mañana al levantarnos.

Nuestros grupos son reducidos, máximo 8 personas y yo. Buscamos conectar con el destino pero también con los demás participantes, es por ello que me aseguro que sea lo más íntimo posible. Una oportunidad única para conocer gente con tus mismo intereses.

La gastronomía local ocupan un lugar muy importante en cada gran aventura. Descubrir un lugar y entender de que se componen y como se cocinan sus platos típicos es conocer la historia y por supuesto su cultura, además del disfrute sensorial. Mi lema es «Piensa globalmente, actúa localmente».

La naturaleza es uno de los pilares fundamentales de cada aventura, queremos vivirla y sentirla. Viajamos para conectar con ella de manera activa pero lenta a través de hermosas rutas de senderismo. En cada experiencia encontrarás de dos a tres rutas seleccionadas previamente.

Cada mañana para empezar el día de la mejor manera que conozco, disfrutaremos de nuestra práctica de yoga, una práctica hatha-vinyasa nivel intermedio con opciones multinivel, si la experiencia lo permite tendremos algunas sesiones extra de yin yoga en lugares mágicos que no te dejarán indiferente. Cada sesión está diseñada con profundidad dando su lugar a todas las dimensiones de esta práctica milenaria: asanas, pranayama y meditación. No tienes que ser nivel experto, tan solo tener ganas de disfrutar de aquello que la práctica te pueda aportar. Lo emocional en cada experiencia es siempre bienvenido y espero con ilusión que puedas conectar con ello.
