Transfers: If you are staying in a hotel in Sultanahmet, Eminönü, Sirkeci, Laleli, Beyoğlu, Beşiktaş, or Şişli, you can request a pick-up and drop-off service online when you make your reservation. ( Ch  eck  Important Information )  If you do, you will receive an email confirming the time.

Using Public Transit: Take the T1 tram to Kabataş or the funicular from Taksim and get off at Kabataş station. From there, cross the road and walk past the gas station. Continue and you will see the port of Kabataş on the right.

Not bad not great

The food was so so. I eat fish, it was overcooked. The baklava not really good. The shows were ok, not excellent. I expected better level in every aspect.

It was so funny! The show was very professional. Good music and dancers. The animator is beyond praise. Instanly captivated everyone with dancing and general fun. Servise and good was good.

Good value for money but customers service needs improvement.

The online booking was straight forward. I may have missed the step where I need to put the address for the pickup but the communication via WhatsApp on the contact number provided was good and solved the issue. The vibe on the boat was good and everything looked very organised. The only disappointment was our waiter who was neglecting us at all the time, he looked unhappy, very stressed and didnt want to serve tea and coffee. He lied, saying that there was no tea anymore while other waiters were continously serving their tables.

The Cruise was excellent! As well as the shows, food and drinks were marvellous - Service was very attentive and polite.
