Sal is the man! He was super nice and helpful in getting my group of 6 friends settled into 2 hr tandem kayaking rentals at a really great price! Originally I had saw a groupon deal for them, but didn't know if they would be honored since we went on New Year's Day. However, Sal was gracious to honor the groupon price and matched it for us when we placed the rental order at the shop. The process from checkout to getting out on the water was smooth. Kayaks were delivered to the launch point, and were picked up after the rental was over. I'd highly recommend this rental shop if you're in the area and looking for top notch and understanding service without feeling ripped off!
One stop shop for a fun filled day at the beach! We opted for beach cruisers and the customer service was top notch! They helped us adjust our seats and made sure we're set for a sunny shoreline bike sesh. Highly recommend!!!

Been coming here since 2015 and I am used to getting the same guy which I think is the owner. I have always gotten great customer service I met Travis today and he is the epitome of customer service! I appreciate the hospitality of the other workers
Thank you Troy for taking care of us! We got paddle boards for 2 hour at $27! The harbor is super safe to paddle board as well. They transfer the kayak/paddle boards themselves and ask you just to meet you at the bar or which is just around the corner. Troy was personable and wanted to take care of his customers like he was part of your family! Thanks man! I appreciate the great customer service
Had a lot of fun with help of Balboa Fun Tours again! Super friendly and cool guys plus have anything you need to have a chill & fun day at the harbor! All kind of work out choices are always here! Always coming back to this place! Highly recommended. Super convenient access to the beach
First time kayaking here and it was awesome! They were super helpful and made it easy for us first timers. Highly Recommend !!!
Great east and fun experience, they even bring your boards out to the bay for you. Highly recommend!
The staff is very friendly, easy to get in the water and so relaxing! Equipment was in good condition. This is my go to place for paddle boarding
Travis, the front desk person, is not very helpful. I am looking to talk to someone else at this location.
