This is the best company by far to book a car rental. I have been using this page for over 4 years now, at least 3 times a year when I travel to the USA for business. I have never had a problem when choosing one of the major rent-a-car companies in the US through this page, and their prices are always very competitive. You normally pickup your car at the airport desk. I used to do it through Hotwire and Economycarrentals.com which also manage competitive quotes, and are very trusted as well, but I always get a better price with Happy Tours, and they include a full insurance package (LDW, LSI, Third party liability, etc), GPS for a reasonable additional amount, and best of all, you never pay a dime upfront with them. You pay all at the Rent-a-Car counter (Alamo, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Hertz) when you pickup you vehicle. I will gladly recommend them to anyone!!

I got the best deal ever when I booked a Chev Suburban. Happy Tours provided the booking with Dollar and it went like a dream. Would recommend them to anyone.

i proceeded to rent a car from them and once i got to daytona beach airport to pick up the agent at hertz said they could not honor the reservation because what i had been quoted was for and international country and that puerto rico was not an international destination. so, i was left with the choice off you could rent directly from us or you walk to orlando. not much off a choice, i rented from them at a much higher rate, they left me no choice. i've been trying to get in touch with them even on a weekday and to no avail. the box is full of messages, that is some awful service, will never use them again!!!!! happy tours your service is just not service, i wish i could find the correct word but it's just not in the english dictionary. the most horrendous feeling that i got is when the agent for hertz saw puerto rico, that's when it started to go south...i felt totally discriminated, i wonder if she would have seen boston or california would it have been the same, can somebody answer that for me and i will also be writing to hertz to see who could give me an answer that i am satisfied with.

The service is horrible they offer something over the phone but once you purchase is a different story. I won't buy never again from this bull shit of company

Got an excellent promotional deal for a rental vehicle with ALAMO RENT A CAR though HAPPY TOURS. Its incredible how much cheaper I got the car for than if I had booked it directly with the rental car company, Will be coming back to Miami soon and will sure contact Happy Tours again. Thanks.
