3. Family-friendly : families with strollers are welcome! While we recommend a baby carrier for convenience, strollers can navigate the route safely.

4. Not wheelchair accessible : please note that some of the walkways and terrain on The Grand Tour are not suitable for wheelchairs.

5. Lots of stops : along the way, we pause at various points of interest to let you absorb the history, architecture and culture of Quebec City and of course take some memorable photos

Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.  

The schedule of the Grand Tour is the following: October 26th till March 31st: 10:00am. We may have a departure at 1:30pm please verify on the booking calendar.

April 1st to May 14th :  10:00am & 1:30pm

May 15th to June 26th:  10am, 10:30am, 11am & 1:30pm

June 27th to October 15th: 9:30am,  10am, 10:30am, 11am, 12pm, 1:30pm & 3:30pm

October 16th to October 25th: 9:30am,  10am, 10:30am, 11am & 1:30pm

There are no tours on December 25th and January 1st.

Belle découverte sur l'île D'Orléans en vélo électrique !!

We had a great time touring the island using the electric bikes. The owners were very friendly and provided us with a map of the island and gave us a lesson on how to use the bikes.

We came to Quebec and thought about visiting the island, but didn’t want to be stuck in a tour bus only, so we decided to rent scooters to go at our own pace. The owners here were very accommodating and gave us a quick tutorial of everything we needed to know for riding (we were new to it, you can see us practicing in the video) as well as providing us with helmets and neck warmers and gloves. They gave us a lot of good tips and ideas for travelling the island. Afterward they provided additional guidance for things to visit around Quebec and even gave a quick ride up the road to our next stop. We afterward went to the other spots he mentioned and also enjoyed those very much. Overall the experience was excellent and the service amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

Reservation was handled perfectly. Welcome was warm and efficient. Bikes were quite satisfactory. Route Intel and advice was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to tour the island!

Service courtois, professionnel, rapide et efficace. On prend le temps de nous expliquer les trajets et les arrêts intéressants à faire pendant notre balade. Seul bémol : un des vélos loués, bien que fonctionnel, faisait beaucoup de bruit (craquement).
