Our trip through Portugal....

Our trip through Portugal went very well. We had 4 locations with very nice activities we hardly could find ourselves. The WhatsApp service 'Tess' with recommendations and suggestions was a nice add-on to raise questions and get tips for other activities or things we could do also.

From Porto to Lisbon

We booked a fly-drive to Portugal through Riksja travel. All was arranged very well, and the trip was absolutely wonderful. The trip included three excursions, which were all worth the effort. Taken together, we would recommend Riksja Travel and will certainly consider Riksja again for our next travel adventure.

Round trip West Canada

We booked a round trip West Canada including Vancouver Island at Riksja Travel. Locations, accommodations, car rental and excursions; everything was very well arranged. The booking process, including advice for some personal adjustments, preparations mails until departure and tips by whats app during our trip. All contact was very easy and friendly. Also de local agent replied very quickly by mail when we had a question about something. We had a great trip! We would certainly recommend Riksja Travel for this kind of travel adventures!

Holiday in Cuba

We had a great time in Cuba Thailand thanks to the great choices Riksja had made for us. They selected excellent casas particulares, organised some good excusions through Havana and the valley of Vinales and arranged our rental car.

Our trip to Egypt was well organized

Our trip to Egypt was well organized. Beautiful locations, exiting excursions. Contact beforehand was very friendly and even during our trip we were in contact with local representatives on meeting points, pick up times etc for the next day. Accomodation in Cairo and Luxor was fantastic. On the Red Sea coast it would have been perfect to escape the resorts. But possibly, the all-inclusive formula can be excluded from the program? In the end: very memorable trip, lots of highlights, put together by knowledgeable people. Will travel with Riksja again

Phantastic Family tour in Greece

Thanks to the superb organisation of Riksja, we had one of our best vacations ever. Riksja really listened to our needs so that we had the ideal mix of culture, exiting activities such as sea kayak and rafting and some time to enjoy the beach and within our proposed budget. All the transfers in Greece went very smoothly, thanks to the accurate planning. The hotels were very authentic with high standards and wonderful breakfasts. The app showed us other possibilities for restaurants and activities like cycling on Agistri during which we visited the most beautiful beach. All tip-top!! We are already looking where to go next year with Riksja!!!

Fantastic trip to Jordan !

We, Marion an Yvonne, recentaly, travelled to Jordan. This trip was organized perfectly , according our whishes. The fact that our flight was cancelled was not to blame to Riksja. We managed to book another flight. We travelled together, with a driver( very reiable and polite)which made the trip even more relaxed. Everthing was well arranged in every detail by Riksja. The accomodations where off the beaten track, so tippical Riksja and quite comfortable. We will never forget this trip and after having travelled to other countries with Riksja as well, our next trip will be again with them , always satisfactorily! 👍

Great trip to Morocco!

Riksja Travel provides a nice building block system and was very helpful in making personal tweaks where needed. Regular preparation emails in advance, including tips & tricks and covid related information. We had a great trip to Morocco!

We had a great tripe from Slovenië en Kroatië, with our two kids off 15 en 18 years old. They liked everything, and we stayed in every hotel or appartement for 3 days, that was nice

Travelling with Riksja was ok

Travelling with Riksja was good, but price quality not so satisfying. Some hotels were aged and breakfast very simple. Some accomodations were very basic.We expected some more for that amount we payed.

Riksja has, as always, contributed a lot to make this trip successful! Accommodations were good and the additional information helped us find our way In the areas we were visiting.

Wonderful trip through Egypt

We have had a wonderful trip with Riksja through Egypt. The first days we were on our own in Cairo due tue a private wedding. Our trip started with the nighttrain from Cairo to Luxor. There we had a trip to the Kings valley. Then a beautiful cruise of 4 days with several excursions on the Nile to Aswan with excellent service and good food on board, and finally 3 days in a hotel at Aswan. The support was excellent with the easy to reach local agent. The guides, drivers were kind and on time. The pool in the hotel in Aswan was out of use, but within 2 hrs we were transported to another hotel ( and you need a pool with the high temperatures 😅). Everything went smoothly during our trip and a big compliment to Miriam from Kingfisher tours who arranged all our local wishes. Only minor thing was that we got the booking papers rather late.

We had a beautiful Journey but.....

We had a beautiful Journey, really remarkable, but the proces of booking en information about and around the booking of the trip was very bad for us. We couldn't get any contact. The information was incomplete and the way we were treated during the booking progress was not nice. In the end we heard that we were traveling with another agency ( this agency we had earlier asked for the same journey and was cheaper en nicer in their communication). We choose for Riksja travel because we had a cancelled trip in 2020 because of corona and we choose to support Riksjatravel (because of the Coronacrisis) by not asking the total sum of payment for that canceled journey back, and we didn't want to ask our money back in 2022 to book a journey they offered also. But in the end it didn't feel good, especially because they didn't inform us truly and didn't communicate with us, they didn't replay to our mails and phone-calls. The trip was for more expensive than they communicated at the booking. It makes that we won't book again with Riksja travel.

Amazing preparation by Riksja!

We went on a month long safari to South Africa and Riksja helped us plan the perfect trip with all the step stones that we wanted to see all the animals. It was everything we wanted and more! There was even a local travel agency that could help us book trips or help us out while we were traveling. Everything was booked and ready, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves.
