Το νέο Πρόγραμμα  «Τουρισμός για όλους 2024»  στοχεύει στην άμεση ενίσχυση της εγχώριας τουριστικής δραστηριότητας και εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο της ευρύτερης στρατηγικής της Κυβέρνησης για τη στήριξη των ελληνικών νοικοκυριών και επιχειρήσεων απέναντι στις επιπτώσεις της παγκόσμιας πληθωριστικής κρίσης.

Το Rodos Week αποτελεί μέτρο για την παροχή οικονομικής διευκόλυνσης των φυσικών προσώπων, ανεξαρτήτως υπηκοότητας, που διέμεναν σε ξενοδοχεία που εκκενώθηκαν κατά την εκδήλωση των δασικών πυρκαγιών στη νήσο Ρόδο κατά τον Ιούλιο 2023.

Rodos Week is a week-long free stay initiative, aimed to provide financial assistance to individuals, regardless of nationality, who stayed in hotels that were evacuated during the wildfires on Rhodes island in July 2023.

Το Youth Pass αποτελεί μέτρο ενθάρρυνσης και εισαγωγής των νέων στις πολιτιστικές και τουριστικές δραστηριότητες, ενίσχυσης του εγχώριου πολιτιστικού και τουριστικού κλάδου, καθώς και εξοικείωσης των νέων με τη χρήση ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών.

Το Πρόγραμμα «Dentist Pass» αποτελεί μέτρο ενίσχυσης για τη διενέργεια πράξεων προληπτικής οδοντιατρικής φροντίδας σε παιδιά ηλικίας έξι έως δώδεκα (6-12) ετών.

Το Αμάλθεια αποτελεί έκτακτο μέτρο ενίσχυσης του Υπουργείου Ναυτιλίας και Νησιωτικής πολιτικής για τους νησιώτες κτηνοτρόφους με σκοπό την κάλυψη μέρους της αύξησης του κόστους της προμήθειας ζωοτροφών.

Τα φυσικά πρόσωπα θα μπορούν να υποβάλλουν αίτηση για λήψη οικονομικής ενίσχυσης από το Πρόγραμμα "Τουρισμός για όλους" με τη μορφή άυλης ψηφιακής χρεωστικής κάρτας

Στα τέλη του Ιουνίου αναμένεται να ξεκινήσουν οι αιτήσεις για το voucher των 200 ευρώ στο πρόγραμμα "Τουρισμός για όλους" .

Τα φυσικά πρόσωπα θα μπορούν να υποβάλλουν αίτηση για λήψη οικονομικής ενίσχυσης από το Πρόγραμμα "Τουρισμός για όλους" με τη μορφή άυλης ψηφιακής χρεωστικής κάρτας, την οποία θα μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν για διαμονή σε τουριστικά καταλύματα.

Τουρισμός για Όλους 2023: Αίτηση με ΑΦΜ και Taxisnet

Μπαίνοντας στην πλατφόρμα, θα σας ζητηθούν οι κωδικοί Taxisnet και ο ΑΦΜ, ενώ θα χρειαστείτε ένα e-mail και έναν αριθμό κινητού τηλεφώνου.

Πώς κάνετε αίτηση βήμα-βήμα:

-Καταχωρείτε τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και, ειδικότερα, το e-mail και τον αριθμό του κινητού τηλεφώνου τα οποία, στη συνέχεια, πιστοποιείτε.

-Δηλώνετε ότι δεν έχετε επιλεγεί ως δικαιούχος - ωφελούμενος στο πλαίσιο άλλου προγράμματος κοινωνικού τουρισμού ή προγράμματος ενίσχυσης εσωτερικού τουρισμού που υλοποιείται κατά την ίδια χρονική περίοδο. Τα προγράμματα αυτά αναφέρονται ρητά στην πλατφόρμα.

-Δηλώνετε ότι το χρηματικό ποσό που πιστώνεται στη χρεωστική κάρτα, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά από τον ίδιο τον δικαιούχο για την κάλυψη δαπανών διαμονής του ιδίου και των ωφελούμενών του και δεν είναι δυνατή οποιαδήποτε μεταφορά σε τρίτο πρόσωπο ή η ανάληψή του.

-Καταχωρείτε το χρηματοπιστωτικό ίδρυμα επιλογής σας, από το οποίο θα εκδοθεί η κάρτα, και αιτείστε την έκδοση της άυλης ψηφιακής χρεωστικής κάρτας και την πίστωση του σχετικού ποσού.

Τουρισμός για όλους 2023: τα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια.

Για να μπορέσετε να κάνετε αίτηση και να μπείτε στην κλήρωση, πρέπει είστε ενήλικα φυσικά πρόσωπα, φορολογικοί κάτοικοι Ελλάδας και να εμπίπτετε στα παρακάτω εισοδηματικά κριτήρια:

Ατομικό εισόδημα (+μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες)

-Χωρίς τέκνα ορίζεται ως ανώτατο εισόδημα τα 16.000 ευρώ.

-Με 1 τέκνο τα 17.500 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Με 2 τέκνα τα 19.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Με 3 τέκνα τα 21.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Για τους πολύτεκνους ορίζεται 26.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

Οικογενειακό εισόδημα (Έγγαμοι+σύμφωνο συμβίωσης)

-Χωρίς τέκνα ανώτατο εισόδημα είναι τα 28.000 ευρώ.

-Με 1 τέκνο τα 29.500 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Με 2 τέκνα τα 31.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Με 3 τέκνα τα 33.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

-Πολύτεκνοι 38.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

Τουρισμός για Όλους 2023: Ποιοι αποκλείονται από την κλήρωση

-Οι επιλεγέντες ως δικαιούχοι στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού περιόδου 2022-2023 και 2023-2024 των Ο.Α.Ε.Δ. και Δ.ΥΠ.Α., αντιστοίχως, ανεξαρτήτως από το αν έκαναν χρήση της παροχής ή όχι,

-Οι επιλεγέντες ως δικαιούχοι - ωφελούμενοι του προγράμματος "Evia-Samos Pass" ή συναφούς παροχής από οποιονδήποτε άλλο φορέα για την ίδια χρονική περίοδο υλοποίησης του προγράμματος.

Τουρισμός για Όλους 2023: Ποιοι δικαιούνται voucher 200 ευρώ

Όπως ίσχυε πέρσι, μέσω του προγράμματος χορηγείται οικονομική διευκόλυνση ύψους 150 ευρώ σε φυσικά πρόσωπα που πληρούν τις οριζόμενες προϋποθέσεις, κατόπιν σχετικής τους ηλεκτρονικής αίτησης και επιλογής μέσω κλήρωσης. Ειδικώς για ΑΜΕΑ που κληρώνονται ως δικαιούχοι, καθώς και για κληρωθέντες δικαιούχους με τέκνα ΑΜΕΑ, η οικονομική ενίσχυση ανέρχεται σε 200 ευρώ. Τα ως άνω ποσά αφορούν αποκλειστικά τον δικαιούχο και δεν αυξάνονται σε περίπτωση ύπαρξης εξαρτώμενων από αυτόν μελών.

«Τουρισμός για Όλους»: Άνοιξε η πλατφόρμα για αιτήσεις νέων δικαιούχων

Ανοίγει, από την Δευτέρα 5/7 η διαδικασία υποβολής αιτήσεων για νέους δικαιούχους του προγράμματος «Τουρισμός για όλους» του Υπουργείου Τουρισμού. Συγκεκριμένα οι πολίτες μπορούν να υποβάλουν αιτήσεις συμμετοχής στην ηλεκτρονική εφαρμογή   www.tourism4all.gov.gr  μέσω της Ενιαίας Ψηφιακής Πύλης της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης από  05.07.2021 έως 09.07.2021  ως εξής:

• –           05.07.2021 για ΑΦΜ που λήγουν σε 0-1
• –           06.07.2021 για ΑΦΜ που λήγουν σε 2-3
• –           07.07.2021 για ΑΦΜ που λήγουν σε 4-5
• –           08.07.2021 για ΑΦΜ που λήγουν σε 6-7
• –           09.07.2021 για ΑΦΜ που λήγουν σε 8-9

Η αρμόδια Υφυπουργός Τουρισμού,  Σοφία Ζαχαράκη  δήλωσε σχετικά: «Όπως είχαμε υποσχεθεί, προχωράμε στο άνοιγμα του προγράμματος «Τουρισμός για όλους» για νέους δικαιούχους, οι οποίοι μπορούν να υποβάλουν τις αιτήσεις τους από την Δευτέρα 5/7 μέχρι την Παρασκευή, 9/7. Οι ήδη δικαιούχοι του προγράμματος μπορούν να εξαργυρώσουν τα vouchers που δεν εξαργυρώθηκαν πέρυσι μέχρι 31/12/2021, ενώ έχουν προβλεφθεί για φέτος σημαντικές αλλαγές στο πρόγραμμα, στην κατεύθυνση της καλύτερης αξιοποίησης του από τους δικαιούχους. Συγκεκριμένα, πλέον καλύπτεται η διαμονή 2,3 ή 4 ημερών-αντί των υποχρεωτικά 4 που ίσχυε μέχρι πέρσι-, αυξάνονται τα ποσοστά κάλυψης από το 60%, στο 80 έως και 100% ανά περίπτωση -με 100% κάλυψη των ατόμων με αναπηρία και επίλυση των ζητημάτων των συνοδών τους-, ενώ εντάσσονται επιπλέον  631  νέα καταλύματα και  41  νεα τουριστικά γραφεία.»

Χρήσιμες πληροφορίες

Μέχρι πότε είναι δυνατή η εξαργύρωση των vouchers;

Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις ειδικές συνθήκες που δημιούργησε η υγειονομική κρίση με τον οριζόντιο αποκλεισμό των μετακινήσεων, επισημαίνεται ότι έχει παραταθεί η ισχύς όλων των vouchers που δεν εξαργυρώθηκαν μέχρι και τις 31/12/2021.

Ποιοι είναι δικαιούχοι του προγράμματος;

Το Πρόγραμμα «Τουρισμός για Όλους» απευθύνεται σχεδόν στο σύνολο των Ελλήνων πολιτών. Η επιλογή των δικαιούχων γίνεται κατόπιν κλήρωσης των αιτήσεων που υποβλήθηκαν μέσω της πλατφόρμας www.tourism4all.gov.gr. Κριτήριο για την υποβολή της αίτησης είναι το ετήσιο ατομικό εισόδημα να μην ξεπερνά τα 16.000 ευρώ ή τα 28.000 στην περίπτωση οικογένειας, με προσαύξηση 1.500 ευρώ ανά ανήλικο τέκνο.

Ποιες οι δυνατότητες που παρέχει το Πρόγραμμα;

Το πρόγραμμα αφορά στην επιδότηση της διαμονής και, κατά περίπτωση, της χρήσης λοιπών τουριστικών υπηρεσιών (μεταφορά, ξενάγηση σε μουσείο, καταδύσεις κ.ο.κ.) μέσω της χορήγησης ειδικών κουπονιών (vouchers) στους δικαιούχους που επιλέγονται.

Είναι ίσως το ευρύτερο πρόγραμμα κοινωνικού τουρισμού μέσω του οποίου η Ελληνική Κυβέρνηση στηρίζει τον τουριστικό κλάδο σε μία από τις πιο δύσκολες περιόδους. Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός του ανέρχεται σε 100 εκ. Ευρώ, τα οποία αντιστοιχούν σε 365.603 vouchers από τα οποία μπορούν να ωφεληθούν περισσότεροι από 600.000 Έλληνες.

Επισημαίνεται ότι την περασμένη χρονιά και παρά τις ιδιαίτερες συνθήκες, περισσότεροι από 46.000 δικαιούχοι είχαν την ευκαιρία να οργανώσουν το ταξίδι τους στο εσωτερικό της χώρας μέσω του προγράμματος και μάλιστα με τρόπο εύκολο, δίκαιο και αδιάβλητο.

Κατά περίπτωση, είναι δυνατή η χορήγηση voucher είτε για εξαργύρωση απευθείας σε τουριστικό κατάλυμα ενταγμένο στο Μητρώο Παρόχων του Προγράμματος είτε σε τουριστικό γραφείο, το οποίο ομοίως έχει ενταχθεί στο Μητρώο.

Αναλυτικότερα, οι δυνατότητες που παρέχονται από φέτος μέσω του Προγράμματος έχουν ως εξής:

Α. ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥΧΟΙ VOUCHERS ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑΤΩΝ

Όλοι οι δικαιούχοι μπορούν να επιλέξουν διαμονή 2 ή 3 ή 4 ημερών επιδοτούμενη έως και 100% στα καταλύματα ως εξής:

1.       2 ή 3 ΔΙΑΝΥΚΤΕΡΕΥΣΕΙΣ

Επιδότηση 100% με ανώτερο ποσό τα 40€/την ημέρα/το άτομο

(ισχύει για όλους)

2.       4 ΔΙΑΝΥΚΤΕΡΕΥΣΕΙΣ

Επιδότηση 80% με ανώτερο ποσό τα 30€/την ημέρα/το άτομο

Επιδότηση 100% για ΑΜΕΑ με ανώτερο ποσό τα 30€/την ημέρα/το άτομο

Β. ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥΧΟΙ VOUCHERS TOYΡΙΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΩΝ

Οι δικαιούχοι έχουν τη δυνατότητα να απευθυνθούν σε τουριστικό γραφείο – πάροχο για τη δημιουργία τουριστικού πακέτου, με συνδυασμό δύο ή και περισσότερων τουριστικών υπηρεσιών. Ο κατάλογος με το επικαιροποιημένο Μητρώο Παρόχων είναι προσβάσιμος μέσω της εφαρμογής www.tourism4all.gov.gr και επικαιροποιείται: ΟΡΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΜΗΤΡΩΟ ΠΑΡΟΧΩΝ – ΤΟΥΡΙΣΤΙΚΑ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΑ.

Επισημαίνεται ότι το πρόγραμμα διευρύνθηκε ακόμη περισσότερο φέτος καθώς προστέθηκαν 631 καταλύματα και 41 τουριστικά γραφεία.

Τουρισμός για όλους: πότε ανοίγει το tourism4all.gov.gr για δωρεάν διακοπές.

Στα τέλη του Ιουνίου αναμένεται να ανοίξει η πλατφόρμα  tourism4all.gov.gr για το πρόγραμμα «Τουρισμός για Όλους».

Αντίστοιχα, η κλήρωση υπολογίζεται ότι θα γίνει περίπου μια εβδομάδα, μετά τη λήξη της προθεσμίας για τις αιτήσεις.

Οι δικαιούχοι θα εκδώσουν μία άυλη ψηφιακή χρεωστική κάρτα, την οποία θα μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν για τη διαμονή τους σε όποιο ξενοδοχείο ή κατάλυμα επιλέξουν.

Όπως γίνεται κάθε χρόνο, η πλατφόρμα θα ανοίξει κλιμακωτά, ανάλογα με τον λήγοντα αριθμό του ΑΦΜ.

Όταν η πλατφόρμα ανοίξει για τον ΑΦΜ σας, θα μπορείτε να μπείτε με τους κωδικούς TAXISnet στο vouchers.gov.gr .

Ακολουθώντας τα εξής βήματα:

• Καταχωρίζετε τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και, ειδικότερα, το e-mail και τον αριθμό του κινητού τηλεφώνου τα οποία, στη συνέχεια, πιστοποιείτε.
• Δηλώνετε ότι δεν έχετε επιλεγεί ως δικαιούχος – ωφελούμενος στο πλαίσιο άλλου προγράμματος κοινωνικού τουρισμού ή πρόγραμμα τος ενίσχυσης εσωτερικού τουρισμού που υλοποιείται κατά την ίδια χρονική περίοδο. Τα προγράμματα αυτά αναφέρονται ρητά στην πλατφόρμα.
• Δηλώνετε ότι το χρηματικό ποσό που πιστώνεται στη χρεωστική κάρτα, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά από τον ίδιο τον δικαιούχο για την κάλυψη δαπανών διαμονής του ιδίου και των ωφελούμενών του και δεν είναι δυνατή οποιαδήποτε μεταφορά σε τρίτο πρόσωπο ή η ανάληψή του.
• Καταχωρίζετε το χρηματοπιστωτικό ίδρυμα επιλογής σας, από το οποίο θα εκδοθεί η κάρτα, και αιτείστε την έκδοση της άυλης ψηφιακής χρεωστικής κάρτας και την πίστωση του σχετικού ποσού.

Φέτος, όπως όλα δείχνουν για πρώτη φορά το voucher θα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί εκτός από διαμονή σε τουριστικά καταλύματα και σε χώρους εστίασης δηλαδή ταβέρνες και εστιατόρια αλλά και για ακτοπλοικά εισιτήρια.

Σύμφωνα με τα περσινά δεδομένα, αίτηση για το πρόγραμμα μπορούν να κάνουν πολίτες με ατομικό εισόδημα έως 16.000 ευρώ και οικογενειακό εισόδημα έως 28.000 ευρώ, ποσό που προσαυξάνεται για κάθε παιδί.

Τουρισμός για Όλους 2023-2024: Όλες οι τελευταίες πληροφορίες για το πρόγραμμα

Την επόμενη εβδομάδα  αναμένεται τεθεί σε λειτουργία η πλατφόρμα  https://www.tourism4all.gov.gr/ για την υποβολή αιτήσεων του προγράμματος  “ Τουρισμός για Όλους ” της περιόδου 2023-2024 στο πλαίσιο του οποίου θα δοθούν voucher για φθηνές διακοπές. Όπως αναφέρεται σε σχετική ανακοίνωση του υπουργείου Τουρισμού «προβλέπεται η μεταφορά αδιάθετων ποσών του προγράμματος “Τουρισμός για όλους 2022-2023”, ώστε να διασφαλιστεί συντομότερα και πιο αποτελεσματικά ως προς την απορρόφηση και υλοποίηση του Β’ κύκλου του προγράμματος “Τουρισμός για Όλους”».

Έτσι δίνεται η δυνατότητα σε περισσότερους να κάνουν αίτηση για να διεκδικήσουν τα διαθέσιμα voucher των 150 ευρώ ή 200 ευρώ. Υπενθυμίζεται δε πως τα vouchers μοιράζονται με  κλήρωση, που γίνεται περίπου 7 με 10 μέρες μετά το κλείσιμο της πλατφόρμας.

Πώς θα υποβάλλετε φέτος αίτηση για το πρόγραμμα

Οι δυνητικοί δικαιούχοι μπορούν να συμμετέχουν στην κλήρωση του προγράμματος με την προϋπόθεση ότι έχουν ολοκληρώσει την αίτησή τους στο tourism4all

Θα πρέπει να  έχουν στη κατοχή τους τους κωδικούς Taxisnet και τον ΑΦΜ  τους προκειμένου να συνδεθούν, ενώ απαραίτητα είναι και το e-mail και ο αριθμός κινητού τηλεφώνου.

Στη συνέχεια :

• Καταχωρίζουν τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και, ειδικότερα, το e-mail και τον αριθμό του κινητού τηλεφώνου τα οποία στη συνέχεια πιστοποιούν.
• Δηλώνουν ότι δεν έχουν επιλεγεί ως δικαιούχος – ωφελούμενος στο πλαίσιο άλλου προγράμματος κοινωνικού τουρισμού ή πρόγραμμα της ενίσχυσης εσωτερικού τουρισμού που υλοποιείται κατά την ίδια χρονική περίοδο. Τα προγράμματα αυτά αναφέρονται ρητά στην πλατφόρμα.
• Δηλώνουν ότι το χρηματικό ποσό που πιστώνεται στη χρεωστική κάρτα, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά από τον ίδιο τον δικαιούχο για την κάλυψη δαπανών διαμονής του ιδίου και των ωφελούμενών του και δεν είναι δυνατή οποιαδήποτε μεταφορά σε τρίτο πρόσωπο ή η ανάληψή του.
• Καταχωρίζουν το χρηματοπιστωτικό ίδρυμα επιλογής τους, από το οποίο θα εκδοθεί η κάρτα, και αιτούνται την έκδοση της άυλης ψηφιακής χρεωστικής κάρτας και την πίστωση του σχετικού ποσού

Τι ίσχυε στον προηγούμενο κύκλο του προγράμματος

Σημειώνεται δε πως στον προηγούμενο κύκλο τα κριτήρια για την ένταξη των πολιτών στο Τουρισμός για Όλους 2022 ήταν τα εξής:

1.Τα κριτήρια 

Α. Ατομικό εισόδημα (+μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες)

• Το  ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα έπρεπε να είναι 16.000 ευρώ για μια οικογένεια χωρίς τέκνα.
• Το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα έπρεπε να ανέρχεται στα 17.500 ευρώ για μια οικογένεια με 1 τέκνο.
• Στα 19.000 ευρώ διαμορφώνονταν το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια με 2 τέκνα.
• Στα 21.000 ευρώ ανέρχονταν  το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια με 3 τέκνα.

Ενώ για τους  πολύτεκνους το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα ορίζονταν στα  26.000 ευρώ 

Β. Οικογενειακό εισόδημα (Έγγαμοι +σύμφωνο συμβίωσης)

• Στα 28.000 ευρώ ήταν το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια  χωρίς τέκνα.
• Στα 29.500 ευρώ διαμορφώνονταν το ανώτατο ετήσιο  εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια με 1 τέκνο.
• Ενώ το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια με 2 τέκνα  ήταν στα 31.000 ευρώ.
• Στα 33.000 ευρώ ήταν το ανώτατο ετήσιο εισόδημα για μια οικογένεια με 3 τέκνα.
• Πολύτεκνοι 38.000 ευρώ εισόδημα.

2. Οι «κόφτες»

Ωστόσο υπήρχαν «κόφτες» στο πρόγραμμα για όσους:

• ήταν επιλεγέντες ως δικαιούχοι στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού περιόδου 2022-2023 και 2023-2024 των Ο.Α.Ε.Δ. και Δ.ΥΠ.Α., αντιστοίχως, ανεξαρτήτως από το αν έκαναν χρήση της παροχής ή όχι,
• ήταν επιλεγέντες ως δικαιούχοι – ωφελούμενοι του προγράμματος «Evia-Samos Pass» ή συναφούς παροχής από οποιονδήποτε άλλο φορέα για την ίδια χρονική περίοδο υλοποίησης του προγράμματος.

Τουρισμός για όλους 2023: Εντός των ημερών οι αιτήσεις στο tourism4all- Οι αλλαγές και οι δικαιούχοι

Εντός των ημερών ξεκινάνε οι αιτήσεις για το πρόγραμμα Τουρισμός για όλους 2023.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες στο φετινό πρόγραμμα θα υπάρχουν αλλαγές προς όφελος των πολιτών. Οι αλλαγές που εξετάζονται για το Τουρισμός για όλους 2023 από το κυβερνητικό επιτελείο των υπουργείων Οικονομικών και Τουρισμού έχουν σκοπό να υπάρξουν περισσότεροι δικαιούχοι με ταυτόχρονη αύξηση της επιταγής voucher.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι το πρόγραμμα Τουρισμός για όλους 2023 υλοποιείται από το υπουργείο Τουρισμού και οι όσοι είναι δικαιούχοι και υποβάλλουν αίτηση, συμμετέχουν σε κλήρωση από την οποία προκύπτουν οι επιλεγέντες οι οποίοι λαμβάνουν επιταγή διακοπών voucher . Η εν λόγω επιταγή έχει ισχύ ένα έτος και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί οποιαδήποτε εποχή του χρόνου (καλοκαίρι, φθινόπωρο, χειμώνας του 2023 καθώς επίσης άνοιξη του 2024 και αρχές καλοκαιριού 2024).

Η υποβολή της αίτησης γίνεται με κωδικούς taxisnet στην πλατφόρμα vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all.

Κρίνεται σκόπιμο να τονιστεί ότι με την επιταγή voucher μπορείτε να πληρώσετε μόνο την διαμονή σε τουριστικά καταλύματα και όχι τοπικές μετακινήσεις, ούτε δαπάνες σε καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος (εστιατόρεια, ταβέρνες, σούπερ μάρκετ κ.λπ.).

Για το πρόγραμμα 2022-2023 μπορούσαν να υποβάλλουν αίτηση πολίτες με ατομικό εισόδημα έως 16.000 ευρώ και οικογενειακό εισόδημα έως 28.000 ευρώ, ποσό που προσαυξανόταν για κάθε παιδί. Οι επιλεγέντες έλαβαν επιταγή διακοπών 150 ευρώ ενώ τα ΑμεΑ 200 ευρώ.

Σημειώνεται ότι πέρυσι όσοι είχαν λάβει επιταγή voucher στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος “Κοινωνικός Τουρισμός” της ΔΥΠΑ , ανεξαρτήτως από το εάν έκαναν ή όχι χρήση της παροχής, δεν μπορούσαν να υποβάλλουν αίτηση για το πρόγραμμα του υπουργείου Τουρσιμού, Τουρισμός για όλους.

Τουρισμός για όλους 2023: Πώς κάνετε αίτηση στο tourism4all

Η αίτηση για το πρόγραμμα Τουρισμός για όλους 2023 υποβάλλεται σε ΚΕΠ ή ηλεκτρονικά στο vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all :

• Κάνετε “είσοδο” στην εφαρμογή με κωδικούς taxisnet
• Καταχωρείτε τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και, ειδικότερα, το e-mail και τον αριθμό του κινητού τηλεφώνου τα οποία, στη συνέχεια, πιστοποιείτε.
• Δηλώνετε ότι δεν έχετε επιλεγεί ως δικαιούχος – ωφελούμενος στο πλαίσιο άλλου προγράμματος κοινωνικού τουρισμού ή πρόγραμμα τος ενίσχυσης εσωτερικού τουρισμού που υλοποιείται κατά την ίδια χρονική περίοδο. Τα προγράμματα αυτά αναφέρονται ρητά στην πλατφόρμα.
• Δηλώνετε ότι το χρηματικό ποσό που πιστώνεται στη χρεωστική κάρτα, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά από τον ίδιο τον δικαιούχο για την κάλυψη δαπανών διαμονής του ιδίου και των ωφελούμενών του και δεν είναι δυνατή οποιαδήποτε μεταφορά σε τρίτο πρόσωπο ή η ανάληψή του.

Information about the Program

It is a subsidy program for the accommodation of beneficiaries and their subsidying members in tourist accommodations in Greece that participate in the program and have been included in the "Register of Providers" of the Greek Public Employment Service and for their ferry transfer to them. Beneficiaries and their subsidying members must be holders of a Social Tourism Voucher.

The program is established by a relevant Joint Ministerial Decree issued every year, based on which, subsequently, a Public Invitation of the Organization is published with its detailed terms and conditions.

The program lasts twelve (12) months. The specific start and end dates of this are defined in the Public Call.

Beneficiaries can spend from one (1) to six (6) nights.

On the islands of Lesvos, Chios, Leros, Kos, as well as in the prefecture of Evros, they can spend up to ten ( 10) overnight stays, on the Island of Samos and in the Municipalities of Istiaia - Edipsos and Mantoudi - Limni - Ag. Annas of the province of Evia can spend up to twelve (12) nights.

Beneficiaries choose the period of stay during the implementation of the program and the tourist accommodation from the "Register of Providers" of the Greek Public Employment Service after their consultation with the provider of the accommodation. The only restriction that has been set regarding the choice of the tourist accommodation is that it is not located in the same Regional Unit as their place of residence or if it is located in the same Regional Unit, it is included in the exceptions mentioned in the Public Invitation.

The beneficiaries and the providers of tourist of accommodation submit an online application for participation on specific dates specified in the Public Call. Beneficiaries also declare their beneficiary members in their applications.

Beneficiaries - Applications - Participation in the Program

"Beneficiaries of the program are pensioners of the e-EFKA (formerly OAEE) who fall under the scope of application of par. 5 of article 69 of Law 3863/2010".

Beneficial Members

The subsidying Members/ Beneficiaries of the program are:

• children of beneficiaries aged 5 – 18 years
• children of beneficiaries aged 18 – 24 years, when insured by the beneficiaries or the other parent
• children of beneficiaries aged 24 years and over, as long as they are disabled at a rate of 67% or more for life , directly or indirectly insured without days of insurance
• the spouses of the beneficiaries, when the accompanying disabled persons are insured by them
• the disabled companions

The subsidying members are declared by the beneficiary citizens in their application

Method of selection of the Beneficiaries - Register of Beneficiaries and Beneficiaries - Table of Excluded

For the selection of the beneficiaries in the program the following:

• applies an electronic application for participation is submitted by the parties concerned on the dates specified in the Public Invitation
• it is then verified whether the interested parties meet the conditions for participation, i.e. whether they are actual beneficiaries and the conditions for participation of the subsidying members who declared in their application
• are allocated specific criteria for the selection of beneficiaries
• a Register is drawn up, which includes the beneficiaries and their subsidying members who fulfil the criteria or participation (Register of Beneficiaries - Beneficiaries). The Register shows the order of ranking of beneficiaries based on the number of points they have collected
• from the beneficiaries of the Register, those with the highest points are selected, until the number of beneficiaries - beneficiary members provided for in the Public Invitation
• for the selected beneficiaries and beneficiaries is completed members who meet the conditions for participation are issued an electronic Social Tourism Voucher, the number of which is recorded in the Register of subsidying members - Beneficiaries
• for the parties concerned who submit an application without meeting the conditions for participation, a separate table is drawn up, the Table of Excluded Persons.

TOURIST ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS

The program is aimed at the following tourist accommodations:

• hotels of all functional forms and classes (classic type hotels, furnished apartment type, traditional accommodations)
• rooms for rent / apartments five (5), four (4), three (3), two (2) keys and unclassified
• tourist furnished houses-villas (self-catering accommodation)
• organized tourist camps (camping)
• meet all the technical and functional specifications provided by the current legislation, depending on their category and
• have a separate bathroom inside the rooms , individual or central cooling - heating system depending on their operating periods, refrigerator and television (not required for organized camps)
• and have direct access to a computer and electronic scanner as well as the Internet

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM

• an online application for participation is submitted every year on the dates defined in the Public Invitation
• the providers who meet the conditions and have submitted the necessary supporting documents defined in the Public Invitation are recorded in a table, the "Register of Providers"
• after the inclusion of the providers in the Registry, on-site checks are followed by the competent Services of the Greek Publiv Employment Service on the basis of which the process of their inclusion in the program is completed

FERRY TICKET PROVIDERS

These are the natural or legal persons or legal entities that, in accordance with the current legislation, carry out maritime cabotage with scheduled passenger ships and use an electronic system for reserving seats and issuing passenger tickets. A necessary condition for participation in the Program is the issuance of a special category Social Tourism ticket. Providers participate in the program by offering all their itineraries.

• an online application for participation is submitted each year on the dates specified in the Public Call.
• providers who meet the conditions and have submitted the necessary supporting documents set out in the Public Call are recorded in a table, the "Register of Ferry Ticket Providers"

The terms of application of the program are described below in terms of the obligations of the providers of tourist accommodation and ferry tickets.

Tourist Accommodation Providers

The tourist accommodation providers are obliged to:

• observe the health protocols of the National Health Division
• accept beneficiaries - subsidyed members, holders of Social Tourism Vouchers from the beginning of the program and until its end
• accept beneficiaries of the Program in all departments of their unit throughout the period of their operation, without excluding any intermediate period, and up to the capacity limit
• have at least 30% of the total capacity of their beds during the summer and holidays, as long as it has been previously booked by the beneficiaries
• have - depending on the technical specifications provided for the accommodation category - free of charge for both the beneficiaries and the Greek Public Employment Service's rooms with an individual or central cooling/heating system (depending on their period of operation), with a private bathroom, refrigerator and television
• not to have any defective rooms (underground, indoor, without sufficient lighting or ventilation, etc.)
• not to rent the living room area of the apartment to beneficiaries - subsidyed members, as well as to rent hotel apartments, of the furnished apartments and the rented furnished apartments by room
• offer without compensation or remuneration to the beneficiaries all the services that they are obliged to provide to third parties according to the relevant provisions
• clean the rooms and change their clothes (towels, sheets, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the Tourism Legislation
• provide the beneficiaries - subsidyed members, if they have a relevant permit, the same breakfast as they offer to the other customers of the accommodation, with a composition in accordance with the applicable market regulations. The provision of breakfast or not is agreed between the beneficiary and the provider in the contract according to thebeneficiary's preference.

Terms concerning the ferry tickets

• providers must observe the health protocols of the National Health Division when transporting passengers
• social Tourism vouchers can be issued for dates of use from the start of the program and until its end
• the Greek Public Employment Service is not involved in issues of reservations or compensation of the beneficiaries or providers for any reason (e.g. compensation of the beneficiary for cancellation of a ticket due to the cancellation of a route)
• it is not possible to use the Ferry Travel Voucher to go to a destination that is not related to the accommodation in a place of the Register of Providers and for the same period of arrival in it. Any violation of this condition does not bring any financial consequence to the provider, but to the beneficiary, who must return to the Greek Public Employment Service the amount of the subsidy. Compliance with this obligation of the beneficiaries is controlled exclusively by the competent Services of the Greek Public Employment Service and not by the providers
• the providers must issue Social Tourism vouchers for all the domestic routes they operate, as long as there are seats available, without discriminatory treatment to the detriment of the beneficiaries / subsidying members of the program.

is a unique electronic number for each beneficiary citizen and for each beneficiary member thereof, which is automatically generated by the Integrated Information System (ISIS) of the Greek Public Employment Service

• incorporates a specific economic value that constitutes the subsidy of the beneficiary and the of its beneficiary members for their stay in a tourist accommodation and their ferry transfer to it (when required)
• does not exist in a printed form from the Greek Public Employment Service for tourist accommodation. Its existence is verified by the providers by logging into the electronic services of the Greek Public Employment Service and the entry of the beneficiary's VAT number or social security number
• is available in paper form and must be printed for the ferry tickets to be shown for issuing the tivket. It cannot be used to travel to a destination other than the one where the tourist accommodation is located.
• applies only from start date to the end date of the specific program under which it was issued.

The Public Invitation defines the subsidy prices per beneficiary - beneficiary member and per overnight stay depending on the area, type and category of accommodation.

Beneficiaries must pay the providers an amount of private participation which is agreed with the provider. The amount of private participation must not exceed specific ceilings set in the Public Challenge. Beneficiaries who choose for their holidays accommodation on the islands of Lesvos, Leros, Samos, Chios and Kos, the Prefecture of Evros, the Municipalities of Istiaia - Edipsos and Mantoudi - Limni - Ag. Annas of the prefecture of Evia are not required to pay a private participation amount.

For the repayment of the program, the providers submit electronic applications and supporting documents at specific time intervals, as defined in the Public Invitation, to the competent service based on the headquarters of the companies.

Beneficiaries - subsidying members who hold Social Tourism Vouchers contact the providers directly for room reservations.

The providers cannot accept under the program beneficiaries whose place of residence is in the same Regional Unit as their accommodation, except for specific exceptions.

Providers may accept beneficiary members in the accommodation, unaccompanied by the beneficiary citizen, provided that they:

• are children aged 18 - 24 years old,
• are spouses of beneficiaries,
• are children aged 5 - 18 years old accompanied by the spouse of the beneficiary citizen (beneficiary member or not)

the contract is signed by the beneficiaries or by the beneficiary children aged 18-24 or the spouses of the beneficiaries (beneficiary members or not) with the legal authorization of the beneficiaries

They cannot take a separate holiday:

• the disabled companions without the accompanying disabled person,
• children aged 5 to 18 without the beneficiaries or their spouses (beneficiary members or not).

Upon the arrival of the beneficiaries - beneficiary members at the accommodation, their identity details are checked by the provider and then a private agreement is signed between them.

Finally, the provider through the electronic services of the Greek Public Employment Service activates the Checks of the beneficiaries - subsidyed members, entering the dates of arrival and departure and attaching the signed private agreement

Early departure

In the event that, after signing the contract, the beneficiary wishes for any reason to leave the accommodation before the date provided for in the contract, i.e. before spending the number of nights agreed with the provider:

The beneficiary completes a Responsible Declaration considered for the genuineness of the signature or issued by the digital portal of the Government www.gov.gr with the date of his early departure from the accommodation and submits one to the provider and the other electronically to the Service (KPA2) of the Greek Public Employment Service, where it belongs.

The provider through the online services and before the departure of the beneficiary (checkout) or at the same time, informs about the date of early departure, transmitting electronically a copy of the Solemn Statement submitted by the beneficiary.

In case of beneficiaries who take holidays without the beneficiary, the Solemn Statement is signed by the same persons who were authorized to sign the contract.

The following categories of Social Tourism Vouchers are distinguished into:

• Adults (and children of the age included in the provider's pricing policy in the adult category)
• Multiple children and children of an age for which a 50% discount is provided according to the provider's pricing policy
• PWDs with a disability of 50% or more

In the price of Social Tourism tickets, the following participate financially:

• The providers, offering a specific discount rate.
• DYPA.,with a specific percentage of subsidy
• Beneficiaries/beneficiaries, with a specific percentage of private participation, except for beneficiaries/beneficiaries with disabilities (50% and above) whose participation percentage is zero.

Social Tourism Vouchers are issued round trip by the same provider. Return vouchers may be issued by another provider for reasons attributable to the provider (e.g. itinerary cancellation).

Social Tourism Vouchers are not cancelled, but may be converted to an open date, which cannot be later than the expiration date of the program (in conjunction with the closing date for the last night - e.g. last night 31.07.2023 - return ferry ticket on 01.08.2023).

Activation of the shipping voucher

Beneficiaries/subsidying members, after publication of the final results, can print from the online services of the Greek Public Employment Service the Social Tourism Voucher issued in their name for the specific program. They come to the Travel / Ticketing Agencies or the providers' ticket offices, show the printed Social Tourism Voucher and request the issuance of a Social Tourism Voucher of the category they belong to, for the proof of which they must bring with them the necessary supporting documents that prove it (e.g. multi-child ID card).

The ticket is issued through a web service and the Social Tourism Voucher for Ferry Travel is activated for an aller-retour journey.

for retired freelancers (t. OAEE)

Tomorrow, Saturday 15.07.2023 at 10:00 a.m., the electronic submission of applications for beneficiaries and providers for the social tourism program of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) which is addressed exclusively to retired self-employed professionals (t. OAEE) begins. The deadline for submitting applications ends on Tuesday 18.07.2023 at 23:59.

Beneficiaries of the program are pensioners of the eEFKA - former OAEE who have an obligation to pay a corresponding contribution of 1 euro for the specific benefit (par. 5 of art. 69 of law 3863/2010).

The applications of the interested beneficiaries will be submitted exclusively online through the Unified Digital Portal of the Hellenic State gov.gr, at the electronic address:

The program concerns 25,000 checks and the total budget amounts to 3 million euros.

The selection of beneficiaries is based on the scoring of specific criteria (disabled, single parent, number of children, income) in an objective and transparent manner through the DYPA's Integrated Information System (IPS).

Providers of the program are tourist accommodation and ferry companies, as defined in the Public Invitation, while providers who have also submitted an application for the social tourism program 2023-2024 to which they have already attached the supporting documents required, it is enough to submit a simple application.

The applications of the interested providers will be submitted exclusively online through the Unified Digital Portal of the Hellenic State gov.gr, at the electronic address:

Beneficiaries and beneficiaries can spend up to 6 nights in a tourist accommodation they choose from the DYPA "Register of Providers" after their direct consultation with the provider, paying a small private contribution.

Especially for accommodations on the islands of Leros, Lesvos, Chios, Kos and in the prefecture of Evros, up to 10 nights can also be spent in the accommodations of the Municipalities of Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Limni-Ag. Anna of N. Evia and the island of Samos up to 12 nights absolutely free.

Subsidy prices remain increased by 20% for the peak month of August, while, in addition, they are also increased by 20% during the Christmas (from 15.12.2023 to 14.01.2024) and Easter (from 26.04.2024 to 12.05.2024 ). The increase is valid all year round for accommodation in North Evia and Samos.

In addition to accommodation in tourist accommodation, ferry tickets are also subsidized with a small private participation for the general category of beneficiaries and for those with many children. For people with disabilities, ferry tickets are available free of charge.

Beneficiaries who file an electronic appeal must:

• clearly state the reason for the objection (e.g. incorrect scoring, fulfillment of the participation conditions, etc.) and
• to document their claims, attaching to their objection electronically scanned supporting evidence thereof.

The manner in which the fulfillment of the conditions for participation and the scoring criteria is demonstrated is described in detail in the Public Invitation (Appendix of Part 2), which the beneficiaries must consult for the correct attachment of supporting documents.

Objections not submitted electronically will not be considered.

The program will start the day after the release of the final results and will last for 12 months.

Today, Friday August 5, 2022, the final lists of Providers of the Pensioners Social Tourism Program e EFKA (formerly OAEE) of 2022-2023 of the Greek Public Employment Service (DYPA) have been posted on the online address:: https://www.dypa.gov.gr/en/koinonikos-toyrismos-ghia-sintaksioukhoys-e-efka-prwin-oaee

The participation process is done using the voucher, which is a unique number for each beneficiary and each subsidying member separately.

The beneficiary/ies can spend up to 6 nights in a tourist accommodation they choose from the Greek Public Employment Service's "Register of Providers" upon direct consultation with the provider. Especially for accommodations in Leros, Lesvos, Chios, Kos and in the prefecture of Evros, up to 10 nights can be spent with zero private participation, while in the accommodations of the Municipalities of Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Limni-Ag. Annas of N. Evia and Samos can take place up to 12 nights completely free of charge. Reservations through other businesses, tourism offices, etc. are prohibited. Upon arrival at the tourist accommodation, the providers activate the Social Tourism Checks electronically through the online services (e-services) of the Greek Public Employment Service. The Social Tourism program will "run" during the period 06 August 2022 - 05 August 2023.

The budget of is 3 million euros. This is a highly enhanced and attractive program, both for beneficiaries and providers, since it is characterized by reduced to zero private participation for beneficiaries in the cost of overnight stays in tourist accommodation and increased subsidized prices for providers. The participation of the general category of beneficiaries amounts to 25%, of those with many children to 20%. For people with disabilities, ferry tickets are available free of charge. For ferry travel, the beneficiaries print out the Social Tourism Voucher from the e-services of the Greek Public Employment Service and come to the travel or ticketing agencies or online ticket offices of the providers, show their printed voucher and request the issuance of a Social Tourism Voucher for the category they belong to. It is pointed out that no supporting documents are required for any category, with the exception of the multi-child category.

The Greek Public Employment Service is not involved in the process of issuing a Social Tourism Ferry Ticket. Through an online service, the ticket is issued and the Ferry Social Tourism Voucher is activated for an aller-retour trip. Ferry travel is only allowed for aller-retour trips to/from the location of the selected tourist accommodation. The program will remain open for providers of tourist accommodation and ferry tickets who want to submit applications for participation until 30.06.2023. Applications are submitted exclusively through the Single Digital Portal of the Greek Government gov.gr, with TAXISnet access codes (if the provider only has a head office) or with the access codes of certified users of the Greek Public Employment Service (if the provider also has branches) at the online address:

The temporary lists of Providers for the new Greek Public Employment Service's Social Tourism program for e-EFKA pensioners/formerly OAEE were posted today, Tuesday 02.08.2022 at the online address:

The providers who submitted an online application for participation have the right to file a single objection against the results from 03.08.2022 at 11:00 to 05.08.2022 at 10:00. The appeal is only submitted online through the Unified Digital Portal of the Public Administration (gov.gr) at the address: https://www.gov.gr/en/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes/parokhoi-koinonikou-tourismou-gia-suntaxioukhous-eephka-proen-oaee

Specifically, the path is: Work and Insurance - Compensation and subsidies - Social tourism providers for pensioners e-EFKA (formerly OAEE).

Providers filing an electronic appeal must substantiate their claims, attaching in their objection by electronically scanning their supporting evidence. Objections that are not submitted online are not taken into account.

The program will start on the day after the final results are issued for the providers and will last for 12 months. The budget of the program is 3,000,000 Euros and concerns 25,000 vouchers. This is a new program particularly enhanced and attractive, both for beneficiaries and for providers, as it is characterized by a reduced to zero private participation for beneficiaries in the cost of the overnight stay in the tourist accommodation and increased subsidy prices for providers.

Beneficiaries and beneficiaries can spend up to 6 nights in a tourist accommodation they choose from the Greek Public Employment Service's "Provider Register", after their direct agreement with the provider.

Whenever a flight is  canceled or delayed , it causes huge headaches for travelers, but they're not always owed the relief they think they deserve.

U.S. airlines are not required to offer compensation for delays outside their control, like severe weather or  air traffic control issues . And policies vary from airline to airline when it comes to delays caused by controllable issues like maintenance problems and staffing shortages.

The Department of Transportation's interactive dashboard shows what each airline owes travelers for both cancellations and delays. Some airlines may offer additional flexibility beyond what is listed on the dashboard.

DOT rules  require all airlines to offer customers a refund if their flights are canceled for any reason. What changes is what's offered to travelers who choose to rebook.

For example, If American, Delta, Hawaiian or United cancel a flight for controllable reasons, they're committed to:

• rebooking passengers on the same airline or a partner airline, at no extra cost
• providing a meal or cash or voucher for a meal when the cancellation results in a passenger waiting at least 3 hours for a new flight
• providing complimentary hotel accommodations for any passenger affected by an overnight cancellation 
• providing complimentary ground transportation to and from a hotel for any passenger affected by an overnight cancellation

Alaska and JetBlue offer the same, plus some additional compensation.

Allegiant, Frontier, Southwest and Spirit do not book passengers on partner airlines. Additionally Frontier does not offer hotel accommodations and related transport.

"There are no federal laws requiring airlines to provide passengers with money or other compensation when their flights are delayed," according to the Department of Transportation, but U.S. carriers have committed to various levels of compensation for significant delays. Each airline, however, defines significant delays differently.

If a flight is significantly delayed for reasons within their control, Alaska, American, Delta, Jet Blue and United offer:

Με « Τουρισμό για Όλους 2023 » συνεχίζονται τα προγράμματα που δίνουν voucher διακοπών σε δικαιούχους που καλύπτουν εισοδηματικά και άλλα κριτήρια. Τα αποτελέσματα του «Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού 2023» αναμένονται από μέρα σε μέρα και αμέσως μετά θα ξεκινήσει η διαδικασία με το άνοιγμα του tourism4all στο gov.gr.

Οι εξελίξεις αναμένεται να «τρέξουν» μέσα στη βδομάδα και συγκεκριμένα μετά τις 20 Ιουνίου. Περίπου επτά μέρες μετά το κλείσιμο της πλατφόρμας, θα γίνει και η κλήρωση και θα αρχίσουν να στέλνονται τα SMS με τα voucher σε όσους κληρώθηκαν.

Η επιταγή είναι 150 ευρώ και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και για διαμονή και για εισιτήρια , χωρίς περιορισμούς, αφού επί της ουσίας πρόκειται για επιδότηση και οι πάροχοι «τραβάνε» τα ποσά απευθείαςκαι όχι μέσω γραφειοκρατικών διαδικασιών με ειδική συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα. Σημειώνεται ότι, ειδικώς για ΑμεΑ που κληρώνονται ως δικαιούχοι, καθώς και για κληρωθέντες δικαιούχους με τέκνα ΑμεΑ, η οικονομική ενίσχυση ανέρχεται σε 200 ευρώ .

Εκτός από τα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια, βασική προϋπόθεση είναι οι ωφελούμενοι να μην έχουν πάρει «Κοινωνικό Τουρισμό» ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχετική ενίσχυση. Για αυτό και «τρέχει» το πρόγραμμα μετά την ολοκλήρωση του μεγάλου προγράμματος.

Τουρισμός για Όλους 2023: Πώς κάνετε αίτηση και πού

Μπορείτε να κάνετε αίτηση για να μπείτε στην κλήρωση, είτε με ηλεκτρονική αίτηση στο gov.gr χρησιμοποιώντας τους προσωπικούς σας κωδικούς Taxisnet, είτε μέσω των ΚΕΠ, όπου ο υπάλληλος θα ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία σε όσους δεν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με την τεχνολογία.

Εάν απευθυνθείτε σε ΚΕΠ θα πρέπει να έχετε διαθέσιμα τα προσωπικά σας στοιχεία και συγκεκριμένα: ΑΦΜ, κωδικούς Taxisnet, email, αριθμό τηλεφώνου κλπ.

Δικαιούχοι είναι τα ενήλικα φυσικά πρόσωπα, που είναι φορολογικοί κάτοικοι Ελλάδας και οι οποίοι εμπίπτουν στα εισοδηματικά κριτήρια που ορίζονται ως εξής:

Ατομικό εισόδημα (+μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες)

• Χωρίς τέκνα ορίζεται ως ανώτατο εισόδημα τα 16.000 ευρώ.
• Με 1 τέκνο τα 17.500 ευρώ εισόδημα.

Αποτελέσματα Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού 2023: Πότε βγαίνουν, πού θα τα δείτε

Το βράδυ της Κυριακής 11 Ιουνίου έκλεισε η πλατφόρμα που δέχτηκε φέτος τις αιτήσεις για τον «Κοινωνικό Τουρισμό 2023», μετά και την παράταση που δόθηκε εξαιτίας των τεχνικών προβλημάτων που παρουσιάστηκαν. Θα ακολουθήσουν τα αποτελέσματα, τα οποία αναμένονται σε λίγες ημέρες, νωρίτερα από κάθε άλλη χρονιά. Σύμφωνα με την επίσημη ημερομηνία που έδωσε ο διοικητής της ΔΥΠΑ, τα αποτελέσματα θα βγουν τα επόμενα 24ωρα, πιθανότατα στις αρχές της επόμενης εβδομάδας. Πέρσι τα προσωρινά αποτελέσματα είχαν βγει στις 8 Ιουλίου.

Τα αποτελέσματα θα μπορείτε να δείτε ΕΔΩ μόλις ανακοινωθούν.

Θα μπορείτε να δείτε αν είστε δικαιούχος, ανάλογα με τους 4 τελευταίους αριθμούς του ΑΦΜ και του ΑΜΚΑ σας .

Στο προσωρινό Μητρώο θα αναγράφονται:

• Οι Κωδικοί Αριθμοί Αιτήσεων των δικαιούχων, τα τέσσερα τελευταία ψηφία του Αριθμού Φορολογικού Μητρώου τους (ΑΦΜ) και τα τέσσερα τελευταία ψηφία του Αριθμού Μητρώου Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισής τους (ΑΜΚΑ).
• Tα μόρια των δικαιούχων για καθένα από τα κριτήρια επιλογής, τυχόν προσαύξηση (για τις περιπτώσεις ΑμεΑ), η συνολική μοριοδότηση και η σειρά κατάταξής τους.
• Tα αρχικά και τα δύο τελικά γράμματα του ονοματεπώνυμου των ωφελούμενων μελών ανά δικαιούχο και τα τέσσερα τελευταία ψηφία του Αριθμού Μητρώου Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισής τους (ΑΜΚΑ).
• H ένδειξη για την έκδοση ή μη Επιταγής Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού για κάθε επιλεγόμενο δικαιούχο και για κάθε ωφελούμενο αυτού που πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις.
• Δικαιούχοι για τους οποίους δεν υπάρχει ένδειξη Επιταγής Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού δεν έχουν επιλεγεί για την επιδότηση διαμονής τους σε τουριστικά καταλύματα.

Κοινωνικός Τουρισμός 2023 για συνταξιούχους: Η απόφαση για τις αιτήσεις

Για το πρόγραμμα κοινωνικού τουρισμού για συνταξιούχους e-ΕΦΚΑ - πρώην ΟΑΕΕ περιόδου 2023 - 2024 δημοσιεύτηκε η απόφαση στο ΦΕΚ.

Η διάρκεια διαμονής των δικαιούχων-ωφελουμένων ορίζεται από μία έως έξι διανυκτερεύσεις για όλες τις περιοχές της Ελλάδας, πλην:

• Των νήσων Λέσβου, Χίου, Λέρου, Κω και του Νομού Εβρου, όπου μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν έως 10 διανυκτερεύσεις.
• Της νήσου Σάμου και των δήμων Ιστιαίας – Αιδηψού και Μαντουδίου – Λίμνης – Αγ. Αννας του Ν. Ευβοίας, όπου είναι δυνατόν να πραγματοποιηθούν έως 12 διανυκτερεύσεις.

Τα κριτήρια μοριοδότησης και ο αριθμός μορίων ανά κριτήριο έχουν ως εξής:

α) Ιδιότητα ΑμεΑ σε ποσοστό 50% και άνω: 50 μόρια

β) Ιδιότητα μονογονέα: 10 μόρια

γ) Αριθμός ανήλικων τέκνων (ηλικίας έως 18 ετών): 15 μόρια για κάθε τέκνο

δ) Υψος οικογενειακού εισοδήματος: με 3 κλίμακες μοριοδότησης:

• έως 10.000,99 ευρώ: 30 μόρια,
• από 10.001,00 έως 20.000,99 ευρώ: 20 μόρια,
• από 20.001,00 έως 30.000,00 ευρώ: 10 μόρια.

Για το κριτήριο του εισοδήματος λαμβάνεται υπόψη το ετήσιο συνολικό οικογενειακό εισόδημα, ανεξάρτητα από την πηγή προέλευσής του, πραγματικό και τεκμαρτό, του προηγούμενου του έτους υλοποίησης του προγράμματος φορολογικού έτους. Στην περίπτωση που δεν έχει υποβληθεί ακόμη η σχετική φορολογική δήλωση σύμφωνα με τις προβλεπόμενες από την ΑΑΔΕ προθεσμίες, θα λαμβάνεται υπόψη το εισόδημα του αμέσως προηγούμενου φορολογικού έτους βάσει της σχετικής φορολογικής δήλωσης για το πρόγραμμα κοινωνικού τουρισμού.

Η Επιταγή Κοινωνικού Τουρισμού καλύπτει διαμονή, ακτοπλοϊκή μετάβαση και επιστροφή .

Το ποσό της επιταγής είναι ανάλογο με την περιοχή, τον τύπο και την κατηγορία του τουριστικού καταλύματος. Το ποσό της επιταγής καλύπτει το 50% της τιμής της οικονομικής θέσης και αυξάνεται στο 60% σε περίπτωση ΑμεΑ.

Το ύψος της ιδιωτικής συμμετοχής των δικαιούχων και ωφελουμένων ισούται με το 25% της τιμής οικονομικής θέσης ή με το 40% της προβλεπόμενης μετά την έκπτωση τιμής οικονομικής θέσης.

The tourist voucher can be provided by the hotel, but if not, you will need to buy it. You will also need a tourist voucher, if you plan to visit several cities or stay at a private home or AirBnB in Russia.

What is a tourist voucher for Russia? Why do we need to buy it?

First of all, one of the necessary documents to obtain a tourist visa for Russia is the voucher. It is a document in Russian, issued by a hotel or a travel agency legally registered in Russia. This document therefore invites a foreign citizen to come to Russia. That is why a tourist voucher is also called a “ letter of invitation “.

Your hotel in Russia does not provide the tourist voucher for free. The hotel may sometimes send you the invitation for free. Nevertheless, I have noticed that nowadays fewer and fewer hotels offer free invitations. Indeed, after booking on Booking, I received messages from hotels inviting me to buy an invitation on their platform. AirBnB, friends, several hotels. If you plan to stay with a local or with friends, you should in any case have a tourist voucher for the Russian visa covering the whole duration of your stay. Besides, if you change hotels, it is the same (see below).

I need to buy a tourist invitation for the Russian visa, if I stay in:

• Only one hotel: maybe . It depends on whether the hotel can provide you with a tourist voucher for free or not.
• Several hotels: probably . Hotels may be able to provide you with Russian visa invitations for free, but your application with multiple invitations has to be accepted by the Consulate/ Embassy. Besides, the rule is not very precise about this. It seems that several invitations are usually refused, but readers confirm that it is accepted at the Consulate in Geneva. Therefore, if several invitations are declined, you will have to go through a purchased invitation.
• AirBnb accommodation: Yes . Individuals on AirBnb cannot provide voucher for Russia tourist visa. You will therefore need to purchase a tourist voucher.
• With friends/family: Yes (in the case of tourist visa).

How much does a tourist voucher for Russia cost?

I first tried several companies that provide invitations. I have already bought a Russian invitation letter for more than 40€, but that was before I knew more about how it works. 🙂

Please note. It is always the same tourist voucher regardless of the provider. Therefore, there are no better invitations than others. However, there is one important point: the agency must be properly registered in Russia to issue a valid tourist voucher.

Comparative of tourist vouchers for Russia

After researching and trying several agencies, I finally made a comparison of the rates for a 2 week tourist voucher.

Tourist voucher Russia with detailed itinerary or detailed program

Depending on the length of stay, the tourist voucher for the Russian visa must be accompanied or not by a detailed program.

For a stay of less than 13 days

There is no need for a detailed itinerary.

For a stay between 14 and 30 days

I have already found information explaining that a “detailed itinerary” document with the voucher was mandatory to obtain the visa for Russia. Moreover, some visa agencies charge for this document a few euros in addition to the tourist voucher (also called Russian invitation letter). But where is the truth?

• Official information : “if the length of stay […] exceeds 15 days, it is mandatory to present the detailed program”, source: Russian Embassy in Paris.
• My experience . I never provided a detailed itinerary, even for 30-day stays, and I always got my visa.
• Good to know. Usually, agencies sell the detailed program for about 10 euros extra. The agency I go through, RussiaSupport, offers it for free.

In conclusion, to make it simple, the detailed itinerary is mandatory with the tourist voucher RussiaSupport.

• <= 15 days: no
• > 15 days: officially yes, but it is possible to get it without the detailed itinerary.

Is it necessary to inform the hotel about the tourist voucher Russia? Will this information be checked?

No, it will not.

Concrete example. For the long answer, I will tell you my story. During my first visas for Russia, I went through a visa agency in Paris which makes thousands of visas every year. So I would deposit my passport and pick it up with a ready-made visa. I knew I needed a tourist voucher for Russia but they took care of it. Do you think they asked me where I was going to sleep? If I booked a hotel? Nothing, Niet, Nada. I finally saw on my passport the name of a hotel, which I didn’t know and where I hadn’t booked anything.

From now on, I buy my invitations to Russia myself. In the box “hotel”, I put nothing, or I leave the default option.

Once in Russia. No one comes to check if you are sleeping in the hotel you have indicated on the tourist voucher. So you can sleep with friends, at a local’s house via AirBnb or just spend the night in the train: no problem in Russia compared to the voucher. What is important, however, is the registration. This is what the hotel does when you arrive.

Tourist visa for Russia: my experience

At first, all these formalities frightened and stressed me. As time goes by (I’m now at more than 10 visas for Russia), the stress fades away. Nevertheless, I always have a small peak when I submit my file. And yet, I have never been turned down, no matter what tourist voucher (or invitation letter) I used.

Tourist voucher for Russia: AirBnb

Generally, as we have seen above, the apartments for rent on AirBnb are offered by private individuals. Therefore, they cannot offer you a tourist visa invitation for Russia. The only solution is to buy a tourist voucher on the internet for the period of your stay.

AirBnb recommends to use the company “Click2Russia.com”, as it is their partner. Disadvantages: the site is in English, the payment is in rubles and the invitation is rather expensive (about 25$). To get a tourist voucher for Russia when you stay with AirBnb, you can go through agencies that offer cheaper invitations. Indeed, the invitation will work just as well and you will save money so you can enjoy more on the spot! 

Tourist voucher for Russia: Booking

The Booking.com platform is often used to book hotels abroad because it is convenient and well done. However, there are more and more hotels that do not provide the voucher with the reservation. There are other hotels that charge more than 20€ for the voucher.

Therefore, you can buy a voucher from another company for less.

Also if you are staying in several hotels, it is better to have one voucher for the whole duration of your stay. Some readers have managed to get a visa with several vouchers, but this seems to be rare.

Voucher Russia without hotel

In Russia, I don’t always sleep in a hotel or in an Airbnb because I sleep with friends or family. Likewise, there is no problem to get a Tourist Voucher for Russia without a hotel. So you can buy on the Internet a visa invitation for Russia. The invitation may mention a hotel but once you are there, you can go and sleep wherever you want!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW : New data released today shows that California continues to have the largest market share of tourism in the nation, with travel spending in the state reaching an all-time record high of $150.4 billion last year.

SAN FRANCISCO – Governor Gavin Newsom and Visit California CEO Caroline Beteta today announced that travel spending in the state reached an all-time high of $150.4 billion last year, surpassing the record $144.9 billion spent in 2019. This comes after the state retained its title as the  world’s 5th largest economy  and had a  population increase , both of which are directly tied to California’s nation-leading tourism and entertainment industries.

BY THE NUMBERS : The Economic Impact of Travel in California, prepared by Dean Runyan Associates and released by Visit California, detailed spending that is 3.8% higher than 2019 and 5.6% higher than 2022.  Spending exceeded 2019 levels in a majority of counties.

California remains the  5th largest economy in the world  for the seventh consecutive year, with a nominal GDP of nearly $3.9 trillion in 2023 and a growth rate of 6.1% since the year prior, according to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. Travel exports accounted for 7.0% of total U.S. exports of goods and services in 2023, up from 5.5% in 2022.  Travel exports supported 1.6 million U.S. jobs in 2023 3 .

Spending by U.S. residents abroad (travel imports) totaled $215.4 billion in 2023, an increase of $53.5 billion (+33%) from $161.9 billion in 2022 to a level 17% above travel imports in 2019.

Travel yielded a $2.3 billion trade deficit in 2023.

I am planning a trip to Moscow and Ulan Ude, in Moscow I will stay in hotel but in Ulan Ude I will be staying with relative. In general, my plan look like this:

- Moscow arrival, stay 2 days and depart to Ulan Ude

- Ulan Ude 6 days

- Return to Moscow, stay 2 days and depart back to my country

A travel agent I spoke to didn't want to issue tourist Voucher without booking a hotel in Ulan Ude.

My question is, should I really booked a hotel in Ulan Ude just to get the tourist voucher? Or the first hotel in Moscow is enough, although I will not stay there for the whole trip?

In our previous post, we told you about a reported Ukrainian strike on the occupied region of Luhansk. 

Now, Russian news agencies have quoted officials as saying three people have been killed and seven others have been injured. 

According to Russian state media, the attack triggered a large fire at an oil storage depot in the region.

"The enemy opened fire on the peaceful city of Rovenky," Russia installed regional Governor Leonid Pasechnik wrote on Telegram. 

"Because of the shelling, the oil depot was engulfed by flames and nearby houses were damaged."

Ukrainian bloggers and Telegram channels reported the strike, saying the oil depot was directly hit. 

It was the second such attack in three days.

On Wednesday, an attack on an oil depot in the regional centre of Luhansk injured five people.

Mr Pasechnik reported at least one of the dead was an employee at the depot. 

The Ukrainian military has launched a strike and triggered a fire near an oil storage depot in the occupied Luhansk region, Russian state news agency TASS has reported. 

Ukrainian bloggers and Telegram channels said the depot in the town of Rovenky was hit. 

Several photos have emerged online appearing to show a large blaze, but these have not been verified by Sky News. 

In Vovchansk, Ukrainian officials have been helping civilians evacuate due to the heavy shelling.

The border town in the Kharkiv region came under intense attacks. 

In his evening address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said his top commander Oleksandr Syrskyi had reported to him that "heavy fighting" was taking place all along the more than 1,000-km (600-mile) front line.

Ukraine chased Russian troops out of most of the Kharkiv region in 2022, following Russia's full-scale invasion in February of that year.

But after weathering a Ukrainian counteroffensive last year, Russian forces are back on the offensive and slowly advancing in the Donetsk region that lies further south. 

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued an updated statement on the situation in Kharkiv. 

In a post on  Telegram , the Ukrainian president said Russian troops have tried to expand their operations. 

But he added that Ukraine understands the "scope of the occupier's forces". 

"We see his plan," he said. "Our soldiers, our artillery, our drones respond to the occupier." 

He also said Ukrainian forces were adding their "strength" along the state border and the entire frontline near Kharkiv. 

"We will invariably destroy the occupier in such a way as to thwart any Russian offensive intentions," the 46-year-old leader wrote. 

"Everything depends on the stability of our soldiers, and everyone who holds a position now protects the position of all of Ukraine.

"It is important that partners support our soldiers and Ukrainian stability with timely supplies. Really timely. The package that really helps is the weapons brought to Ukraine, not just the announcement of the package." 

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has thanked Joe Biden after a $400m military aid package was announced by the US. 

The Ukrainian president said the assistance will "help save civilian lives" and strengthen troops on the frontline. 

"The United States maintains its leadership role in supporting Ukraine and this has historic significance," he added. 

This is the third tranche of aid for Ukraine since Congress passed supplemental funding in late April after months of gridlock.

The package includes: 

• High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and rockets for them
• Munitions for Patriot and National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems
• Anti-aircraft and anti-tank munitions
• An array of armoured vehicles, such as Bradley and Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles
• Coastal and riverine patrol boats
• Demolition munitions
• High-speed anti-radiation missiles
• Protective gear, spare parts and other weapons and equipment

The weapons are being sent through presidential drawdown authority, which pulls systems and munitions from existing US stockpiles so they can go quickly to the war front.

Terror and grief were the overwhelming emotions from dozens of mainly elderly men and women who fled the Ukrainian border town of Vovchansk after Russian forces attacked.

Gathered at an evacuation point just outside the town, they said it had been the fiercest fighting they had ever experienced since the full-scale invasion.

Sky News followed a pair of volunteer rescuers, who drove a white van into the tow to help residents evacuate.

Smoke hung over the road on the way – we were told all roads into Vovchansk were being targeted by Russian artillery, rockets and drones.

One of the attacks had ignited a fire in a forest that lined the road, sending clouds of smoke into the air.

The streets of the part of the town we entered were almost completely empty.

We pulled into a residential area of bungalows.

A group of five elderly men and women sat or stood on a bench on the side of the road, seemingly happy to stay put.

The rescue team pulled up outside an address where they had been told four residents wanted to be evacuated.

They knocked on the door, but no one replied. Instead, a petite, grey-haired woman who lives in the next door house pushed open her green gate and told the rescuers that her neighbours had already gone.

Distraught, Valentina, 74, had no plans to leave, but the rescuers managed to persuade her.

"Let's go, don’t stay here, it is dangerous," they said.

Suddenly there was a boom – it seemed to change her mind.

Gathering a few simple belongings, she was led out of her home and into the minibus.

The mayor said some 500 people from the town have been evacuated since the attack began, but he said the town’s population was 3,000, with many more yet to leave.

Evacuation operations are set to continue.

At 5am, the Russians launched a surprise attack on the Kharkiv region of northeastern Ukraine, killing two civilians and injuring at least five others. 

The Ukrainian border community of Vovchansk was one of the targets - this community is only 5km away from the Russian border, and the attack led to the evacuation of 3,000 residents. 

Russian forces are reported to have advanced around 1km, before Ukrainian reinforcements were deployed.

So why has Russia opened up a second front in the war?

There are probably two key reasons for this latest Russian attack.

First, the Russian border town of Belgorod is a logistics hub for Russian military activity, and is regularly targeted by artillery from Ukrainian territory.

President Putin has long promised to create a buffer zone to push Ukrainian forces out of artillery range, which would limit the attacks on this frontier town. 

Secondly, although most analysts believe Russia would struggle to seize Kharkiv, the attack does force Ukraine to spread its limited resources across a broader front, leaving it more vulnerable to further attacks.

Russian's priority still appears to be the Donbas - a primary objective of what it calls its special military operation. 

Russia's military are evidently exploiting the window of opportunity created by Ukraine's current shortage of weapons, and are reported to be preparing for a major summer offensive. 

Ukraine's strategy appears to be to trade territory for time, making Russia pay a high price for every metre of ground seized, pending the arrival of the West's next delivery of military aid.

But, momentum and initiative are vital commodities in war, and Russia has both at this crucial juncture.  Ukraine is on the back foot, and could face a very difficult next few weeks on the battlefield.

The UK's foreign secretary, Lord Cameron, said last week Ukraine has a right to use British-supplied weapons against targets inside Russia.

Referring to those comments, senior Russian security official Dmitry Medvedev warned the West against greenlighting Ukrainian attacks on its territory using Western-supplied weapons.

After what Moscow said were threats from France, Britain and the US, Russia said earlier this week it would practise the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons as part of a military exercise.

These exercises are to work out Russia's response to any attacks on the country using weapons supplied by the West, Mr Medvedev claims.

He said the Russian response would "be aimed not only at Kyiv" - and took personal aim at Lord Cameron.

"I remember this guy quite well. I worked with him when he became prime minister. An ordinary dull Brit. At that time, he was joyfully stupid and looked like a young devil who was revelling in his unexpectedly acquired position," he wrote on the Telegram messaging app, which has been translated.

"Under certain circumstances, the response [to such attacks] will be aimed not only at Kyiv," he added.

He added: "And not just with conventional explosives, but also with a special kind of arms."

As we have been reporting throughout the day, Russian forces gave started the first stage of an operation in Kharkiv. 

Fierce fighting has been taking place in parts of the northeastern region, and Ukrainian officials have claimed Russian troops have advanced by 1km. 

Leading US thinktank the Institute for the Study of War has said evidence indicates the initial Russian attacks have been carried out for reconnaissance and not as a major drive to seize Kharkiv city. 

It has also suggested five objectives Russia might be trying to achieve with the operation: 

• To thin out Ukrainian forces along the 600-mile frontline, and create opportunities in Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.
• Draw Ukraine forces towards Vovchansk in Kharkiv to facilitate Russia's efforts to seize Kupyansk - another city in Kharkiv. 
• Create a demilitarised or sanitary buffer zone in Ukraine.
• Instil panic in Ukraine.
• Set conditions for a larger future offensive on Kharkiv. 

The ISW added that Russia was unlikely to take control of Kharkiv city. 

Open source data suggests Moscow's forces have an insufficient number of troops in nearby areas to seize it, the thinktank added. 

"If the Russian command intended to seize Kharkiv city, then Russian forces would have likely also attacked to the west and northwest of Kharkiv city as well," it said. 

It also explained that Russia's use of its airspace for the Kharkiv attacks highlights the "urgent need" for the US to provide more long-range air defences to Ukraine. 

"Ukraine would be better able to defend Kharkiv oblast if Ukrainian air defenders could intercept Russian aircraft in Russian airspace before they drop their glide bombs," it added.
