A Day To Remember Announce “Just Some Shows” & “Just Some More Shows”

A Day To Remember have announced an epic run of new North American tour dates featuring special guests The Used , The Ghost Inside (on select dates), Beartooth , Bad Omens , Movements , and Magnolia Park.  

“Just Some Shows” and “Just Some More Shows” will kick off July 27th in Baltimore, MD and traverse the country through a performance on October 28th in Irvine, CA. The general on-sale for tickets begins on Thursday, May 12th at 10:00AM local time at Ticketmaster.com . Full tour routing listed below.

Earlier this year A Day To Remember shared a new version of their single “Re-Entry” featuring Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 – LISTEN HERE . 

“Re-Entry” originally appeared on A Day To Remember’s latest studio album You’re Welcome .  Available on all streaming platforms , You’re Welcome is largely produced by Colin “DOC” Brittain and the band’s own Jeremy McKinnon.  The 14-track collection represents another major step forward for the acclaimed quintet, and is highlighted by singles “ Brick Wall ,” “ Degenerates ,” “ Resentment ,” “ Mindreade r” and the #1 Active Rock hit single “ Everything We Need .” 

Having amassed over 1.6 billion global streams to date, A Day To Remember incited critical praise with You’re Welcome . Revolver declared, “[Brick Wall] showcases the group’s signature mix of post-hardcore heaviness and pop-rock hooks,” while Consequence of Sound declared, “the Florida rockers’ new LP will continue their wide-ranging sound that ranges from infectious pop-punk to crushing metalcore. ”  Forbes put it simply, “ It seems A Day To Remember are only just getting started,” and Billboard praised the band’s “ anthemic hybrid of post-hardcore and pop.”   Popdust avowed A Day To Remember “ have all but mastered their niche melding of pop melodies with hardcore music,” while Kerrang! attested, “‘You’re Welcome’ is the perfect soundtrack to this strange and uncertain world that we live in .”

Since their formation in 2003, A Day To Remember quietly emerged as arguably the biggest underground band in the world. The Florida group affirmed this status by achieving one platinum album, one gold album, one platinum single, and four gold singles. Not to mention, each full-length record ascended to #1 on the Billboard Rock, Indie, and/or Alternative Charts with 2016’s Bad Vibrations bowing at #2 on the Billboard Top 200. A Day to Remember Announce 2024 Tour with The Story So Far, Four Year Strong

The Least Anticipated Album Tour begins in June

A Day to Remember are back in a big way. The band is hitting the road this summer on a headlining tour beginning on June 6 in Write Park, Minnesota running through July 28 in Nashville, Tennessee. Very special guests for the trek will be The Story So Far and Four Year Strong, along with support from Militarie Gun, Pain of Truth, and Scowl on select dates.

The trek is dubbed The Least Anticipated Album tour, which leads fans to believe that the group will be confirming a new studio album imminently.

Later this fall, A Day to Remember are set to perform at When We Were Young 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The band will be playing their watershed 2009 album Homesick all the way through. Other featured acts at this year’s installment include Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, The Used, Pierce the Veil, Jimmy Eat World, Chiodos, Anberlin, Sleeping with Sirens and more. In addition to ADTR doing Homesick , over 50 acts will be performing one of their classic albums in full. My Chemical Romance will be playing  The Black Parade , August Burns Red are performing  Constellations , plus many more. 

Additionally, A Day to Remember are slated to appear at Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, Florida in May alongside Mötley Crüe, Foo Fighters, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Judas Priest, Falling In Reverse, Greta Van Fleet, Breaking Benjamin, Anthrax, In This Moment, Primus, Architects, and more, as well as the Hang Out Music Festival in Alabama and Sonic Temple in Ohio. On June 22, the band will headline the first day of the 10th annual Four Chord Music Festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Story So Far and Four Year Strong are also on the bill that day.

A Day to Remember released their last album, You’re Welcome, back in 2021. The record performed well commercially, peaking at No. 15 on the Billboard 200 and also cracking the Top 5 on Billboard’s Top Rock, Top Hard Rock, and Top Alternative albums charts. In 2022, the band released a brand new single, “Miracle . “

Towards the end of A Day to Remember’s Re-Entry Tour with Asking Alexandria and Point North in late 2021, bassist  Josh Woodard left the band . In 2020, Woodard denied allegations of sexual assault and sexual misconduct. At the time, he “decided to pause legal proceedings against the accuser once the post was removed,” but after these allegations recently resurfaced, he said he ​“must act accordingly” and ​“will be leaving tour to be with my family and continue to defend my innocence in these matters.”

The Story So Far released their fourth album Proper Dose way back in 2018 through Pure Noise Records. The album hit No. 19 on the Billboard 200. Recently, the band has been in the studio working on the long awaited follow-up, I Want to Disappear . Four Year Strong released their last album, Brain Pain , in 2020.

The hard-rocking band A Day To Remember has just confirmed a massive U.S. tour for the latter half of 2022 in support of their latest album, You’re Welcome. Their Reassembled: Acoustic Theater Tour will begin on November 29 in Nashville and continue through December, visiting major cities like Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, and Orlando, among other stops. Special guests Wage War will accompany the band on this trip to provide support. With assistance from The Ghost Inside, The Used, Movements, and Magnolia Park, the band will be winding up its Just Some More Shows tour before the tour.

On March 5, 2021, A Day To Remember and Fueled by Ramen collaborated to release their seventh studio album, titled “You’re Welcome.” The new album achieved No. 2 on Billboard’s Hard Rock chart and is the band’s final release with founding bassist Josh Woodard. In the same year, the band kicked up their tour titled “The Re-Entry Tour,” featuring Asking Alexandria and Point North as support acts. In 2018, they embarked on the road for their 15th-anniversary time alongside Papa Roach, Falling In Reverse, and The Devil Wears Prada. The following year, in 2019, they participated in the Degenerates Tour alongside I Prevail and Beartooth.

Right Where We Left Off Once More

Ocala, Florida, is where A Day To Remember got its start. The band shot to prominence very rapidly and organized themselves as individual artist to tour in intimate settings. A Day To Remember signed their first recording contract in 2005 with Indianola Records after having previously sold two EPs that they had independently manufactured and sold at their live gigs. A few months later, the band issued its debut studio album, And Their Name Was Treason. Because of the album’s success, A Day to Remember acquired a record deal with Victory Records, and the label issued its first single, “For Those Who Have Heart,” in early 2007. A Day To Remember saw a meteoric rise to fame in the rock community and was eventually shortlisted for several accolades.

Homesick was released by the band in 2009 and has been their most successful album. It is also the first and only album released by the band to appear on the Billboard 200 list, where it debuted at position number 21. The critically acclaimed singles “Have Faith in Me” and “The Downfall of Us All” are both included in the album “Homesick.” It was discovered that there were legal concerns between A Day to Remember and its label, Victory Records, shortly after the release of 2011’s What Separates Me From You. Both parties claimed that the other party had breached a contract. The band was permitted to self-release music in 2013, and they have continued to do so even though a resolution has not been reached as of 2019. The band came out with an album known as Common Courtesy, which included the singles “Right Back At It Again” and “Bad Vibrations.” No new music was released for the previous six years until the unexpected release of the track “Rescue Me” in June of 2019, which was done in cooperation with Marshmello.
