We love adventuring as a family, some of our favorite places are Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave, Lake of the Ozarks, I guess you could say we love lakes!!  Utah is another favorite for us, lots of exploring especially within Zion.  Locally, we love San Diego and Newport Beach. 

January 2021 we purchased our 2021 Jayco JayFlight Bunkhouse, we love making memories while traveling and wanted to share this with others! We started off with one trailer and now have a total of four in our fleet..

This custom built trailer provides the freedom to setup camp and use your own vehicle to get in and out of town.  It has all the amenities of a motorhome, but provides flexibility when you need it.

The Adventure Travel Trailer does not include an electrical generator. In order to use the air conditioner or microwave you must be connected to a 30 amp electrical circuit.

Short answer: Average cost to rent an RV is between $100 to $500 per day.

Long Answer: Several crucial factors influence the availability and rates of RV rentals:

• The duration of your intended RV rental.
• The lead time before making a reservation.
• The specific type of RV rental vehicle that you select.
• The rental location for the RV. Certain sites may offer more available vehicles and reduced rates.
• Be on the lookout for potential RV rental promotions that could reduce your expenses. For more info, read our  RV Rental Costs  article
• Driver’s License: You will need a valid driver’s license to rent an RV. Some rental companies may require that you have a certain level of driving experience or a clean driving record.
• Age: You must be at least 25 years old.
• Insurance: You will need to provide proof of insurance that covers rental vehicles. Some insurance companies will extend your personal policy to the included the RV Rental, in which case we only need a binder. We offer insurance as an add-on option if you need it.
• Deposit: A security deposit is required when you rent an RV. The amount of the deposit will vary but is typically $500 for our trailers and $1500 for motorhomes. The deposit is not actually charged to the credit card unless damage or other incidentals occurred. It will show up as a credit hold.
• Payment: You will need to pay for the rental upfront.
• Return: You will need to return the RV on the agreed-upon date and time and in the same condition as when you received it. Late returns or damage to the RV may result in additional fees.

You must have one seatbelt for every passenger (adult, child or infant) in the RV. The same seatbelt requirements of a passenger car apply to the RV. You can find the number of seatbelts of each RV in the Vehicle Description section of each individual RV page. In most cases the RV floor plan image will also show seatbelt placement in the RV. All infants and children must be appropriately place in a carseat or booster restraint system. If you will be traveling with a carseat passenger we do recommend only renting a RV with forward facing seatbelts in the rear. Some of the RVs have side facing couches only in the rear which are the least safe for carseat/booster travel.

You can easily control the rooftop air conditioner inside your rental motorhome to stay cool and comfortable, especially when the weather outside is hot. The air conditioner can be powered by either connecting to the campground’s power outlet or using the onboard generator outlet. It’s important to note that amenities may vary between different motorhome rentals, and the photo shown may not necessarily represent the exact vehicle you’ll be renting.

Our RV/Marine toilet has a pressurized fresh water tank that provides a more comfortable experience similar to what you have at home. Additionally, the large capacity sewage tank allows you to make fewer stops and is easy to operate. It’s important to note that amenities may differ between various vehicles, and the photo displayed might be from a different vehicle.

As fellow pet lovers, we recognize that families often want to bring their furry friends, especially dogs and cats, along for their vacations. That’s why our RV rental policy is pet-friendly, allowing you to keep your whole family together on your trip.

GAS COOK TOP

Cooking meals is a breeze with our high-output gas range top. To use it, simply turn the burner to the “light” position and then use the igniter switch to ignite the burner. It’s an effortless process that anyone can manage. However, it’s worth noting that amenities may differ between various vehicles, and the photo shown could be from a different model.

A microwave oven is included as part of the complete kitchen in each Cruise America motorhome. One of the benefits of traveling in a motorhome is that you don’t have to rely on eating out at restaurants, and a microwave oven can come in handy for preparing snacks or meals on the go. However, please note that amenities may vary between different motorhome models, and the photo shown may not necessarily depict the exact vehicle you’ll be renting.

The couple was married in 2008 and have two boys; Graeson and Trenton. With the effects of Covid-19 this past year, their business was shaken financially, having them re-evaluating their life adventure and realizing they were so busy making a living they were neglecting to make a life. After much soul searching and reflecting, they decided it was time to get back to Restoring Adventure into their lives.

They are taking their love and passion for camping and adventure and turning it into a career. They have travel trailers available for rental now and soon will offer Class C and potentially other recreational equipment available for rent. What they have found is so many people don't have the time to own and maintain equipment year-round, but by offering options at value-based prices, they can help other families restore adventure in their lives. The young family also plans to clean up state and national parks as well as plan community volunteer projects to leverage the impact they can make by working with rangers and individuals.

Can we bring pets in our RV Rental?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t want to leave Fido home, and neither should you. We only ask that your pet treat the RV with care, and that you take responsibility for any damage or cleanliness issues that may arise. But this is rarely a problem, and dogs love an RV rental adventure almost as much as you do.

What if I’m thinking of buying instead of renting an RV?

At NW Adventure Rentals, the answer is… Great!! Did you know that most of our fleet is privately owned? Through our Leaseback Program, we will rent out your RV and share the rental revenue with you, the owner. We provide free storage, we’ll furnish the RV and insure it (our insurance covers you as well) and we’ll manage all maintenance needs. You get to use the RV whenever you want, and when you’re not using it, you’ll be earning money! Visit our Leaseback Section to learn more.

Should I rent an RV or a Travel Trailer?

RV rentals and Travel Trailer rentals each have their distinct advantages. Renting an RV instead of a travel trailer is generally more maneuverable, and also does not require you to own a tow vehicle. You can pull into a rest area and use the kitchen or restroom without going outside, and kids can sit at the table with seatbelts and be entertained while you are driving. A travel trailer rental, on the other hand, offers the ability to park the trailer at your campsite and use the tow vehicle to get around more easily than a sometimes cumbersome RV.

How big of an RV should I rent?

Your RV Rental needs will vary depending on how many people you are bringing, and where you plan to go. If there are two people who plan to go skiing in the mountains, you might consider one of our smaller, all-wheel-drive campervan rentals. On the other hand, a long road-trip with four kids might call for renting a Class A motorhome with plenty of space. Remember, dinnertime and bedtime are when your RV rental will feel most crowded, and however large the motorhome feels when you pick it up, it is bound to shrink once everyone is milling about inside.

If I am flying to Washington State, how can I get to my RV rental from the airport?

Many of our RV Rental customers fly to Washington from out of state. If you’re picking up from our Everett, WA store, you can fly to Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA), or better yet, see if you can get a flight to Paine Field in Everett, WA, a smaller, less crowded airport that is closer to our RV rental store. 

If you’re picking up your RV rental from our Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA store, you can fly to Portland International Airport (PDX), or KPDX, and if you’re starting your RV rental vacation in Spokane, WA, look for flights to Spokane International Airport (GEG), just a short drive from our RV rental store in Spokane Valley, WA.

Either way, the best solution for most people is to use Uber or Lyft to get to our RV Rental facility from the airport. Your motorhome rental will be eagerly waiting for you!
