"I just want to go and see everybody and connect again. Being back on the show, it's a family. I got to go on tour. I got to do the whole thing. It's full circle, you know? That's where it all started. I started on tour before I was ever on the show."

Hough teases that each show is going to be something different, so the audience should prepare to be surprised.

"Every time you hit that stage, it's like you're doing it for the first time because it's the first time the audience has seen it," she told ET. "So there really is nothing like a live audience. I obviously was on Broadway last year, that's why I moved to New York and so it's the same thing. It's like you think you're doing one show every single night, but it changes because of the crowd."

Dancing With the Stars Live 2024 kicks off Jan. 11 at the Altria Theater in Richmond, Virginia, and ends March 26 in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.

Dancing with the Stars Original Cast Members Confirm Return to the Show: ‘Let the Competition Begin'

Fans have been wondering which stars will be featured on Season 33 of Dancing With the Stars , but what about the pros, judges and hosts? See who's coming back for Season 33 of Dancing With the Stars below.

Dancing With the Stars  is ABC's reality TV dance competition series based on the United Kingdom's  Strictly Come Dancing . The series, which premiered in 2005, pairs celebrities with professional dancers. The couples then compete against each other for judges' points and audience votes. The pair with the lowest combined judges' points and audience votes is eliminated each week until only one champion remains. That couple is declared the winner and receives the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

Season 32 marked the first season without longtime judge Len Goodman, who retired in 2022 and passed away just five months later . The judging panel consisted of Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough, while Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough served as hosts. Artem Chigvintsev, Daniella Karagach, Emma Slater, Gleb Savchenko, Jenna Johnson, Pasha Pashkov, Peta Murgatroyd, Rylee Arnold and Val Chmerkovskiy, among others, all served as pros.

The show was officially renewed by ABC for its 33rd season in May 2024. Read on for everything we know about the Season 33 cast, including which pros, judges and hosts are returning.

Who's coming back for Dancing With the Stars Season 33?

Who's coming back for Dancing With the Stars Season 33? On May 10, our sister site Variety confirmed that DWTS had been renewed for Season 33. The outlet also reported that all three Season 32 judges would be returning, including original judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli, as well as former pro-turned-judge Derek Hough. Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough will also be returning as hosts.

Derek celebrated the news on Instagram , writing alongside the show's announcement: "Let the competition begin 🕺🏼." Tonioli previously confirmed his return in an April 2024 interview with The Sun .

"I'm still doing the American one and I'm very passionate about it," he said of the Strictly Come Dancing spin-off, noting that his new Britain's Got Talent gig won't affect his role on the show. Julianne's return was also spoiled, as her new talent agency confirmed her involvement to Deadline  back in March.

As for which pros will be returning, we unfortunately won't find out until the stars are announced just before the September 2024 premiere. The same goes for the pros themselves, who allegedly don't get asked back until the last week of August, as Gleb Savchenko revealed to The Sun . "We just sit and wait for the calls to be picked up, and hopefully, I'm back as a pro," he told the outlet. The pro dancer also teased that the show might be ushering in a new generation of dancers in the near future. "A friend of mine just said it to me yesterday, ‘The show will definitely, at some point, get a facelift,'" he said, adding: "And facelift, meaning it has to be updated with maybe dancers or whatever. But I'll tell you one thing, even though I'm 40 years old, I don't look like I'm 40."

So far, none of the Season 33 pros have indicated that they are leaving the show, but it isn't always their decision. In fact, some past pros have departed DWTS after they weren't asked back by ABC, including Lacey Schwimmer and Mirrorball-winner Sharna Burgess .

Episodes of Dancing With the Stars can be streamed on Disney+ .

Strictly Come Dancing legends to reunite for nostalgic show - here's how to get tickets

The Legends of the Dance Floor tour later this year will bring together former Strictly Come Dancing stars Brendan Cole, Ian Waite, James Jordan, Pasha Kovalev and Vincent Simone

Strictly Come Dancing logo

  • 12:25, 13 May 2024

A group of former Strictly Come Dancing stars are set to unite for a new show that promises to be a "nostalgic celebration" of various dance styles in the coming months.

The Legends of the Dance Floor tour will bring together Brendan Cole , Ian Waite , James Jordan , Pasha Kovalev and Vincent Simone . They have previously headlined their own solo shows but haven't toured as a five-piece group.

The professional dancers - who are each no longer on the BBC show - are set to team up for the 18-date tour later this year. Joined by a supporting cast, it's been teased that they will take audiences on a journey through their careers.

Brendan, who did Strictly from 2004 to 2017, said: "We are going to produce something very special and very unique." The dancer, who won with newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky , added: "I'm really excited to see what we produce on that stage because I know it's going to be something really magical."

Whilst Pasha, who was a cast member from 2011 to 2018, said: "This show is for anyone who loves dancing." The former participant, who won with the late presenter Caroline Flack , added: "We are going back to our roots, back to traditional ballroom and Latin dancing, it's going to be so much fun on stage."

Vincent, who appeared on Strictly from 2006 until 2012, teased: "There is going to be lots of glamour and lots of passion." The dancer, who was a finalist with singer Rachel Stevens , continued: "There will be so much talent on one stage, not just from us five but also from our amazing cast."

James was a dancer on the BBC show from 2006 until his departure in 2013, having reached the final with presenter Denise van Outen at one point. Ian, who was a cast member from 2004 to 2009, was finalist with contestants including athlete Denise Lewis during his time on the show.

The group's show, Legends of The Dance Floor, is set to entertain audiences nationwide from October 1 to 22. The tour includes a performance at London 's Adelphi Theatre on October 8, and will visit various other venues too.

A synopsis for it teases: "In what promises to be a nostalgic celebration of Latin, ballroom, tango, rumba and so much more, the dance stars will be joined by an incredible supporting cast as they take us on a journey through their illustrious careers and Strictly highlights while reminiscing on how they became your Legends of The Dance Floor."

It's been announced that tickets go on sale next Monday (May 20) at 10am. Organisers have shared that fans can now sign up for "exclusive" pre-sale ticket access, which is said to end later this week on Thursday (May 16), for the tour.

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster , including pre-sale. Organisers have also announced that tickets will be available through "all venues" themselves and fans can sign up for "exclusive presale access" on the tour's website .

Talk about glamour.

Jane Fonda arrived at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival ready to put her high-fashion new look on display, rocking a new longer hairstyle and a chic bold red lipstick look on the red carpet.

On Tuesday, the actress and activist, 86, arrived at the screening of “Le Deuxième Acte,” otherwise known as “The Second Act,” showing off a sparkling Elie Saab jumpsuit.

The plunging design featured silver and black floral embellishments down the front, and as Fonda made her way down the red carpet, a long train in the back floated behind her.

She layered a black and brown printed forte_forte coat on top of her one-piece look, adding a playful, unexpected twist, though she disrobed on the red carpet to reveal her sparkling look.

The “Grace and Frankie” star topped off the look with dazzling Pomellato jewelry, including a thick diamond choker, as well as silver Margaux heels ($295), which provided a final shiny touch.

Fonda’s hair was equally chic for the occasion, styled in a voluminous wavy bob with a deep side part. However, it was her bright red lipstick that really stole the spotlight, giving an otherwise neutral look an extra pop of color.

Fans were loving the look, with one commenting on fashion Instagram page Check the Tag’s post calling the actress “Thee most fab 86 year old!” and another declaring Fonda “divine.” A third called her “always in style.”

A fourth fan gushed, “The stylist took the Runway look and elevated it as a stylist should, and Jane Fonda ATE this up! This is what wearing the outfit looks like v the outfit wearing you.”

The film festival, which is known for having a strict dress code , is already proving to be especially fashion-forward this year.

On Tuesday, “Barbie” director and Cannes jury member Greta Gerwig made a statement in a striped Maison Margiela Couture dress, while actress Anya Taylor-Joy showed up in a burnt orange Atlein dress paired with extra-large Jacquemus hat.

Last year, Fonda made headlines at the event when she threw an award at Justine Triet’s back . The silly moment came after the “Anatomy of the Fall” director accidentally forgot her scroll at the podium and the actress was unable to flag her down.

Here’s hoping this year’s events go a bit smoother.
