TAT releases new video abroad to attract foreign tourists

The tourism authority of thailand (tat) broadcast its latest tv commercial “wait no more” in foreign countries under the concept of “amazing moments, amazing thailand”..

The 30-second video aims to promote Thailand as a top travel destination for foreign tourists who have been waiting to escape the stressful health situation in their home countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The video portrays Thailand’s “amazingness" from dawn till dusk, from underwater to the sky, from the calmest moments to the most exciting ones, and the range of delicious Thai cuisine from street food to local Michelin Star restaurants.

Thailand has long stood as a leading destination in Southeast Asia for tourists from all around the world. To promote “Amazing Thailand”, the official communication campaign gathers a large array of beautiful videos to help tourism agencies and professionals and inform the general public.

A leader in tourism in Southeast Asia, Thailand has been producing videos to promote tourism in the kingdom for years through the Tourism Authority of Thailand – TOT. Its success has pushed many countries to follow this method, such as Indonesia or the Philippines .

Communicating on “Thainess”: happy people, rich culture, beautiful country

The latest videos from the official campaign of the TOT emphasize the uniqueness and happiness of the Thai people. For quite some time now, the originality of the Thai culture and the smiling, happy approach to life of the Thais have been branded as “Thainess”.

Together with amazing beaches, lush jungles and cities with both rich traditions and modern developments, “Thainess” makes Thailand a paradisiac destination that endures through the occasional troubles of Thai politics.
