The application process for the plans other than Medoc is manual, so they need to be mailed in.

Recommended this company for house insurance for our daughter. She made a claim as a result of a water issue at her residence and has been a night mare dealing with the insurance company since then. Unanswered emails and phone calls, not to mention shoddy workmanship by the people hired by the adjuster. Over a year so far and things are still not settled. I will never recommend these people again..

I called to buy insurance for my apartment, the customer service accused me to misapply Johnson insurance after broken something in my apartment. During all conversation I tried to explain that I am not what you think!!!
