Julkinen liikenne.

Olympiastadion sijaitsee hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella Helsingin Töölössä. Bussit ja raitiovaunut kulkevat stadionin välittömään läheisyyteen, fiiliksen ytimeen. Sekä Helsingin päärautatieasemalta että Pasilan asemalta on myös mahdollista saapua stadionille kävellen. Pyöräilijöille löytyy stadionin läheisyydestä pyöräparkkeja ja kaupunkipyöräasemia. Olympiastadionin osoite: Paavo Nurmen tie 1, 00250 Helsinki Julkiset liikennevälineet Bussit ja raitiovaunut - lähimmät pysäkit: Töölön Kisahalli, Töölön kirjasto, Ooppera, ja Auroran sairaala. Helsingin kaupungin maksullisia parkkipaikkoja on Urheilukadulla, Mäntymäen kentällä ja Töölön kisahallin edustalla sekä Helsingin jäähallilla. Lähin parkkihalli on P-Töölö (Töölönkatu 23). Pohjoisen Stadiontorin P-alue on varattu vain stadionilla toimivien organisaatioiden sopimuspysäköintiin. HUOM! Olympiastadionin suurtapahtumat aiheuttavat poikkeuksia pysäköintimahdollisuuksiin. Metallica Announces M72 World Tour 2023-2024

Today marks the announcement of every Metallica show booked through 2023 and 2024: Presented worldwide by Liquid Death and Blackened American Whiskey (in North America only) and promoted by Live Nation, Metallica’s M72 world tour will see the band playing two nights in every city it visits—with each No Repeat Weekend featuring two completely different setlists and support lineups. The M72 tour will feature a bold new in-the-round stage design that relocates the famed Metallica Snake Pit to center stage, as well as the I Disappear full-tour pass and the debut of discounted tickets for fans under 16 years of age. Two-day tickets will be on sale Friday, December 2 nd at ticketmaster.com and will include the option of pre-ordering 72 Seasons vinyl and/or CD. "72 Seasons" will be released on April 14, 2023 via the band's own Blackened Recordings . Produced by Greg Fidelman with METALLICA 's James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich , and clocking in at over 77 minutes, the 12-track "72 Seasons" is METALLICA 's first full length collection of new material since 2016's "Hardwired…To Self-Destruct" . The album will be released in formats including 2LP 140g black vinyl and limited-edition variants, CD and digital.

Says METALLICA : "We told you about our new album '72 Seasons' . So what's next now that we've escaped the studio? Hit the road, of course! You want a tour, we've got a tour... how about two full years' worth of shows?!?!

"Over the past few years, we have been so inspired by the dedication and family/community vibe of the fans who traveled to San Francisco for our recent weekend celebrations, first in 2019 with the two 'S&M2' shows, followed by last year's 40th Anniversary shows. On top of that, we had a blast being a part of the 2021 Wimmer Festivals when we played two nights in one city, each with a totally different setlist. With all of that in mind, the 'M72' tour was born!

"Starting in April of 2023, we'll be visiting 22 different cities around the world and playing two nights in each city, with each 'No Repeat Weekend' show a completely unique experience: Two totally different set lists with two different bands opening the show each night! Metallica have announced the “M72 World Tour,” a massive global trek that will see the legendary metal band play stadiums across North America and Europe throughout 2023 and 2024. The tour comes in support of the band’s upcoming album, 72 Seasons , which will be released on April 14th, 2023.

The “M72 World Tour” will see Metallica playing two nights in every city on their tour docket, with the promise of completely different setlists and support lineups. The rotating cast of opening acts include Pantera , Mammoth WVH, Greta Van Fleet, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Architects, and Ice Nine Kills. Additionally, the tour will feature a new in-the-round stage design that relocates the famed Metallica Snake Pit to center stage.

Two-day tickets go on sale Friday, December 2nd via Ticketmaster , with a Metallica fan club pre-sale commencing on Wednesday, November 30th. Single-day tickets will be available starting January 20th via Ticketmaster . You can also find individual ticket links below.

Where to buy Metallica tickets

You can buy original tickets to Metallica's 2023-2024 concert tour through Ticketmaster, though the available quantity is limited. Additionally, standard original tickets on Ticketmaster are typically more expensive than those available through verified resale platforms such as StubHub and Vivid Seats .

The prices for standard tickets at Metallica's M72 World Tour range from about $55 on the lower end to $332 for one-day passes, though these prices are higher for two-day passes to most venues. The price range for standard tickets through StubHub is similar, beginning at about $46 to around $329, depending on the date and location.

How much are Metallica tickets?

The cost of an original concert ticket to Metallica has risen significantly over time due to demand. While some are still available through Ticketmaster, the price of a ticket varies by date and location.

On Saturday, June 8th, the opening show of the Apocalyptica Plays Metallica Vol. 2 tour will be seen at the Black Box of Helsinki Ice Hall. Spanning nearly fifty shows across Europe, the tour celebrates the sequel to Apocalyptica's debut album, Plays Metallica by Four Cellos, released in 1996. Founding band-leader Eicca Toppinen comments: “It’s incredible to think that after all these years our tribute to Metallica still speaks so powerfully to people. Most of the paths are accessible. There is a small threshold at emergency exits.

In the Black Box concept, the wheelchair platform is located on the ground floor, entrance through the main doors. From the main door, the wheelchair customer is escorted to the floor by the staff. In other events, the wheelchair sections are located in the E1 and E9 stands, access to both is from E-doors.
