The first and most popular cruise terminal in Cozumel is the International Pier, located about 3 miles from the downtown area of San Miguel. Filled with shops and restaurants, it’s a wonderful gateway to your visit to Cozumel.

The second pier is located in downtown San Miguel, which is the largest city on Cozumel island. The pier is directly across from shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks and is a popular spot to catch a taxi for a tour of the island.

The third cruise terminal on Cozumel, Puerta Maya, is used only by Carnival Cruise Lines. This exciting port is filled with over 50 shops and restaurants and is your gateway to your Cozumel shore excursion.

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Crystal Clear Boat and Reef Snorkel Adventure Excursion, you will meet at a convenient meeting point close to your cruise terminal. Just a 5-10-minute taxi ride from the south piers Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal or SSA International Cruise Terminal, or an 8-minute taxi ride from Punta Langosta downtown Cruise Terminal / Cozumel downtown. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age to snorkel is 4 years old.
• Children are welcome on board, but may not be left unattended on the boat.
• This Cozumel clear boat excursion is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. A metal ladder is used to enter the boat from the water.
• Guests need to have basic swimming skills to snorkel.
• No one under the influence of alcohol will be allowed in the water. Alcohol is served only after the water/snorkel activities.
• There is no restroom on the clear / glass-bottom excursion boat.
• Life vests are mandatory to wear.

Great for those people who want to see the beauty of Cozumel’s water and aquatic life without having to get wet. This submarine gives you an underwater view (up to 100 feet deep) of the island’s protected wildlife park Chankanaab. The excursion takes about two hours, including a 40-minute sub ride. When you see Cozumel, you may not realize that much of the island is still covered in mysterious jungle. This tour will give you the best way to explore that jungle — you own four-wheel ATV. Apart from Chichen Itza, no Mayan ruins are more famous than Tulum’s cliffside city. This six-hour tour will take you from Cozumel to the mainland, then head south to the ruins.
