Tourist on Lolland-Falster

Lolland and Falster are an hour and a half’s drive from Copenhagen and are therefore an obvious destination regardless of whether you are traveling by plane, car or on a bicycle tour. There is a multitude of different accommodations, both summer houses and unique Bed&Breakfast places, which are good places for motorhomes and many campsites with a good location.

The nature of Lolland-Falster

The islands have magnificent nature with large forests, beaches, coasts, islets, recreational areas and nature parks. Many people visit Lolland and Falster to use the nature – anglers, sailors and cycle tourists alike. In the small, cosy market town of Nysted on the south side of Lolland, you'll find locally owned Nysted Vin. Here you can buy delicious wines from small family-run vineyards to take home, along with exciting delicacies.

If you're hungry, Nysted Vin also offers a restaurant where you can have lunch or enjoy a 3-course menu for dinner. The menu varies, so let yourself be surprised!

If you need to rest your feet and quench your thirst, this is also the perfect place for a timeout in the sun with a glass of wine or a cool cocktail.

The shop and restaurant are usually open on Fridays and Saturdays, but opening hours may be extended during the summer, so keep an eye on the Facebook page.
