Amazing experience with the team at pet camp: cat safari. I truly feel like my sweet cat Kai would be well taken care of and loved while I was out of town for a week. They were super responsive and professional as well as very friendly. I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends. I can't imagine my sweet baby kitty staying anywhere else.

We take our cat to pet camp cat safari when we go away on vacation. We like that facility and our cat is comfortable there, I think. They know her habits and how she is.

Well-designed accommodations and friendly, caring staff. I loved looking at the pictures they post on their site every day, and I loved knowing that my cat was well-cared for and comfortable while I was on vacation. I could definitely tell she enjoyed watching the fish from her condo! Also, the price was a great value for all the services and care provided. I will absolutely use Pet Camp again.

Go-to spot for boarding our cat when we’re away. They post daily photos, cats get to explore the outdoor space (safely contained so they can’t escape), and our cat comes home happy and healthy. Pricey, but worth it.

Giving 4 stars overall: Giving 3 stars for the customer service, but the facility would definitely be 5 stars! Brought our cats here for the first time. We went and toured the space and it was great so we felt good about getting a reservation. Honestly though, the reservations call was much more of a sales call and it was pretty annoying, not to mention they couldn’t figure out what my total would be for 2 cats for 5 nights bc they were more interested in adding on expensive programs while the cats were to be in residence. When we dropped off our cats the person working was surprised and said they werent expecting us for another day, bad communication from the reservation line. We actually didn’t know what this stay was costing us until we dropped them off! On the positive - the cats appeared to be in great shape when we picked them up. The photos posted of the pets daily were helpful and assuring. They keep the facility very clean and the staff we met appeared to be cat total cat lovers! One thing that would be nice would be some sort of report card or review of how the pets did during their stay. When we picked them up, the staff just handed them to us - no comments at all!

I always bring my cat here, staff is super nice and loves cats, she's always happy there!

The staff at Cat Safari works wonders with my very particular and skiddish cat . . . they're professional, friendly, kind and pay attention to all of the details I supply on each visit. I couldn't give them a stronger reccomendation!

The Moscow Cat Museum dedicates its walls to our feline friends and was founded in 1993 after the 'Cats Eye' exhibition in 1992 presented by 'Intergallery'. The exhibition received such rave reviews across the media and so many visitors that it soon became apparent that a museum, devoted solely to Cats in all creative forms, would be very well received.

Pet Camp is looking for a cat lover extraordinaire to join our Cat Safari team!

Pet Camp’s Cat Safari location is San Francisco’s most honored and unique cat lodging facility, proudly serving cats from San Francisco and all over the Bay Area since 2007! Our Cat Safari counselors are responsible for upholding our solid reputation of providing exceptional cat care and customer service by checking cats in for and out of their boarding reservations, answering phones, making reservations and fielding questions, giving tours of our beautiful facility, and ensuring flawless execution of all of our campers’ activities and care with their great listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.

This position requires physical, hands-on work with our cat campers including feeding, medicating, cleaning the building (and lots of litter boxes), bathing and facilitating play and activity sessions. Candidates must truly love cats, have or have had their own cats, be extremely comfortable around all types of cats, and don’t have ANY cat allergies whatsoever. Although previous professional cat-related work experience is not required, it is highly desirable.

You should have exemplary customer service skills, including the ability to anticipate our client’s needs and meet/exceed their expectations. You should possess strong critical thinking skills and be able to practice good judgement in a variety of fast-paced situations. You should be able to work as a team but also be comfortable and competent to work on your own, be able to follow directions carefully, and exude confidence in your actions and interactions with all of our customers. Remember, YOU are the face of Pet Camp, and should represent us with pride! The pet care industry is busiest when other people are off, so expect to be working weekends and holidays when needed; if you don’t “do” weekends or holidays, then this is NOT the industry for you; really, we mean it! Shifts are up to 8 hours long; some may may start as early as 6:45 am and others may end as late as 7 pm.
