Ramoji Film City One-Day Tour

Your private vehicle or public transport will drop you near the ticket counter of Ramoji Film City. It is from this counter that you will purchase your tickets. Parking for your vehicle is also available in this area. You can also book your tickets or tour packages from the website of the film city before your visit.

After purchasing the ticket you will be directed to be seated on one of the buses run by the film city that will drop you to the entrance gate of the film city which is at a distance of a few kilometers from the ticket counter.

At the entrance of the gate, you will find several vintage red colored that resemble the famous London Bus. Take a ride on the bus to see the charming sets and locations within the film city along with a tour guide, who will give you a detailed description and importance of each of the landmarks within this magnificent place.

• Take Guided tour around 3-4 in the afternoon so that by the time tour ends it’s almost evening and you can roam in gardens. At noontime, you will not enjoy gardens much so utilize that time in indoor shows.
• Be prepared for crowd and queues everywhere. The place is visited by thousands of visitors every day. If possible try to go on a weekday when it will be comparatively less crowded.
• Be prepared for lots of walking, no matter which tour you take. Eventually, at certain points, buses will drop you off and then you’ll need to walk to see a section.

Ramoji Rao the film producer is the head of Ramoji Group who is the founder of Ramoji Film City. In 1996 RFC opened for people with the collaboration of Indian Cinema through Usha Kiran Movies. Ramoji Film City is one stop solution for film makers which provides then with comprehensive infrastructures and more than 500 different sets locations. With infrastructures including custom-designed locations, mock-ups, set constructions, costumes, shooting stages, locations, cameras, equipments, sound mixing, audio post productions and film processing.
