ADNEC launches Tourism 365 to strengthen Abu Dhabi as a global visitor destination
A globally acclaimed venue operator has unveiled a brand-new initiative to upgrade Abi Dhabi’s position as a world-renowned tourist destination.
The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), who own Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Al Ain Convention Centre and ExCeL London, has unveiled Tourism 365. The new company is set to help create diverse experiential experiences for tourists choosing to holiday in the emirate, enhancing its presence in the wider tourism sector.
The goals of Tourism 365 will be to upgrade existing attractions within Abu Dhabi, while also adding new quality guest experiences which will ultimately entice tourists to the region and also encourage existing visitors to extend their stay.
The foundations of the new company will also spearhead innovation across the emirate. Encouraging new unique guest experiences which showcase Abu Dhabi’s diverse tourist offering.
To ensure best practice, the company will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE tourism sector.
ADNEC has teased Tourism 365 will include a high-quality destination management company known as Capital Experience, Capital Travel also working as the initiative’s premium travel operator.
To achieve the ambitions, ADNEC has appointed a highly qualified team to drive the new company. Roula Jouny has joined as Executive Director, who brings 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
Commenting on Tourism 365’s launch, Roula Jouny said:
“Over the coming months, Tourism 365 will collaborate closely with other tourism-focused entities, helping to collectively grow the future of the tourism sector. Our subsidiaries will bolster the wider tourism offerings of not just Abu Dhabi, but the UAE as a whole, increasing visitor numbers and promoting the nation’s tourism assets across the globe.”

Tourism 365 launches Capital Holidays in 2023
Abu Dhabi-based leading travel and tourism entity, Tourism 365, part of ADNEC Group and its subsidiaries, announced at ITB that Etihad Holidays and Capital Holidays, the fully-fledged tour operator, is now fully operational in the UK, Austria and Germany. The companies, which launched in Munich, will offer key destinations to holidaymakers in the UK, including Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and more, with a great focus on Abu Dhabi. Both Etihad Holidays and Capital Holidays offer competitive products and services, with experts that have more than 30 years of combined industry experience.
Tourism 365 made the announcement at ITB, among other ambitious expansion plans. Roula Jouny, CEO of Tourism 365, said: “We are thrilled to be taking part in ITB Berlin and celebrate a number of key milestones for Tourism 365 and our subsidiaries. The last year has witnessed record growth for Tourism 365 and we have launched new offerings, services and products including Capital Holidays and Capital Drive among a number of other developments to our existing entities. Tourism 365 will continue to further expand Abu Dhabi’s burgeoning tourism sector, as well as launch innovative travel solutions around the world and connect global audiences through the joy of travel.”
Among the many exciting announcements, the following are some of the highlights:
Tourism 365 to operate its own charter flights Tourism 365 will operate its own charter flights from Abu Dhabi, UAE, to three airports in Germany and two airports in France starting October 2023 until December 2024.
Capital Experience launch in Jordan and beyond Capital Experience, which is the first DMC to be fully owned by a government entity, ADNEC Group, is the leading DMC in Abu Dhabi. The company has extensive experience in handling leisure groups and has a great connection with tour operators from the UK and Europe handling the leisure market. In December 2022, Capital Experience, in partnership with Easy Booking, launched daily charter flights from Uzbekistan, with key source markets currently operating from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Azerbaijan. With its business products of three night stays in Abu Dhabi and four night stays in Dubai, the company is set to expand to Ras Al Khaimah, with over 16,000 passengers from April to September, and another 18,000 passengers from October to December 2023.
Capital Experience has also made its debut appearance in Jordan as a Leisure Destination Management Company, launching its second branch in Al Aqaba, Jordan, with a vision to position itself as the first choice for travel and tourism industry professionals.
Capital Travel in partnership with Morafiq opened new airport city check-in facility at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre Capital Travel, in partnership with Morafiq, has opened a new off-airport city check-in facility at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, allowing passengers travelling on Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, and Egypt Air to check-in for their flights and receive their boarding pass from 4 to 24 hours prior to their flight departure.
Capital Drive is unveiled as Tourism 365’s newest branch Tourism 365 has also now introduced Capital Drive, a new chauffeur-service company providing its services to the entirety of the United Arab Emirates, across leisure, business, events, and tourism sectors, with a fleet of luxurious and practical cars and coaches. Capital Drive will work closely with Tourism 365 entities, including Capital Travel, Capital Experience, Capital Travel, Capital Holidays, and Etihad Holidays and other ADNEC Group subsidiaries, offering a 360-travel experience to every guest with a premium and hassle-free transportation experience.

Tourism 365, part of Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec), is conducting a European business trip to highlight robust travel opportunities for European holidaymakers coming to Abu Dhabi.

The promotional tour will include countries such as Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The trip will focus on Tourism 365, showcasing how it supports in creating experiential travel opportunities for tourists coming to Abu Dhabi.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, managing director of Adnec, said: “Tourism 365 plays an integral role in showcasing Abu Dhabi as one of the Middle East’s leading tourism destinations. Our relationship with European markets will enable the wider growth of the tourism sector in the UAE and wider region, which Adnec consistently seeks to promote.”
Roula Jouny, executive director of Tourism 365, said: “Abu Dhabi is seeing an increased supply of travellers coming to visit its leading tourism attractions. With so many tourists looking to make the most of a post pandemic world and experience all that Abu Dhabi has to offer, this trip cements Tourism 365’s reputation amongst some of Europe’s largest travel markets.”

Adnec Groups has a wide diversity of tourism offerings under its portfolio. Alongside Tourism 365, the group has six hotels in its portfolio, which includes, Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island, Anantara Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, Andaz Abu Dhabi Capital Gate, Aloft Abu Dhabi, Aloft ExCel London and DoubleTree By Hilton Excel London.

Firstly, I've redesigned the offer cards. Nowadays vertical cards are much more common and familiar to the user than horizontal cards like in the previous version. The reason being is that they contain the same amount of information, but are packaged in a neater manner. Using vertical cards also suggests that more offers can be displayed on a single page, compared to a horizontal card which expands throughout the whole width of the screen. Secondly, I've made some improvements to the map used. I feel like a 3D display of the map greatly improves the visibility of the added pins, which resemble the location of the different offers. I've also made it so that it doesn't take up as much space as it did before, but with an option (button) for expanding the map so that the user can browse the area and get a more precise view of the offers. My main goal for the map was for it to feel like it's actually incorporated in the design and plays a big role design-wise, but also experience-wise.

Since our last pricing update, Dynamics 365 has transformed customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes with connected applications across lines of business—from marketing, sales, customer and field service, to finance, operations, and supply chain—and each year, we release hundreds of new features and enhancements designed to help people work smarter, reclaim time, and collaborate seamlessly. Below is the list of products for which prices are being updated with effect from October 1, 2024 1 :
Prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises customer engagement and operations products will increase by the same percentage as the respective cloud versions. Pricing for cloud products not listed above, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will remain unchanged.
These increases will apply globally to new and existing customers (upon renewal as of October 1, 2024), and the products will be priced comparably in other currencies. To comply with local regulations, US government list prices for the same products will increase by 10% effective October 1, 2024, followed by another smaller increase effective October 1, 2025, to bring parity with commercial pricing outlined above.
