(DETROIT – November 10, 2023) – Multi-platinum chart-topping band AJR will embark on The Maybe Man Tour next spring, a 43-city arena tour across the continent. Their first arena tour, promoted by Live Nation, will include a stop at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday, June 30 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Friday, November 17 at 9 a.m. at 313Presents.com , LiveNation.com , ajrbrothers.com and Ticketmaster.com . Tickets will be available starting with a Seated registration presale beginning Monday, November 13 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, November 16 at 10 p.m. Fans can sign up to access presale tickets via Seated now at ajrbrothers.com . Verizon will also offer customers an exclusive presale through Verizon Up. Verizon customers will have access to purchase presale tickets for select shows beginning Monday, November 13 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, November 16 at 10 p.m. – for more details visit Verizon Up .

$1 for every ticket sold will go towards Planet Reimagined, a non-profit organization co-founded by Adam Met, that trains the climate leaders of the future with customized programs for action-researchers from around the world, teaching them how to combine thought and advocacy for measurable impact to fight the climate crisis and deliver fair solutions for people and the planet.

The tour will also include stops at several legendary venues, including Boston’s TD Garden, Austin’s Moody Center, Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and AJR’s hometown arena, Madison Square Garden. On the road, AJR have recently toured across Europe throughout the Summer. They ignited a multitude of high-profile stages, including Lollapalooza Berlin, Zurich Openair Festival, and Szieget Festival, and capped off the year with SEMA Fest in Las Vegas last weekend.

Today, AJR officially released their fifth studio album, The Maybe Man, via their own AJR Productions label and Mercury/Republic Records. Last night, the band appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for their first-ever late night couch conversation. AJR also recently released “God Is Really Real,” which is written about their father, Gary Metzger, who tragically passed away earlier this year. The trio continues to put up staggering numbers on their music, crossing over five billion in global streams and climbing.  The Met brothers, who make up the band AJR, are bringing their “The Maybe Man Tour” to T-Mobile Center on April 19, 2024. 

AJR dropped its newest album “The Maybe Man” in November and released five singles off the album before it was launched. The band made it to the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart with their hit “Bang” in 2021 and had five singles make the Hot 100 off their “OK Orchestra” album.

With mobile ticketing through AXS, you’re able to keep your tickets securely stored in your AXS App until it’s time for your event and enter with a quick and simple scan. Easy!

How do I get the AXS App?

The AXS App is free to download and available in the App Store or Google Play. To login, use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets. You can also download the Houston Rockets app to enter Toyota Center for events. 

How do I use the AXS App to enter the building?

• Open the AXS App
• From the “Home” screen tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
• Login to your account entering the email address used to purchase the tickets
• (If you can’t remember your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email)
• Browse your upcoming events and tap the one you want to view
• Tap “View Barcode” and present QR code at the door to be scanned for entry to Toyota Center

How do I access my Parking pass?

Your parking pass for the Toyota Tundra garage will load like a ticket with a barcode to be scanned as you enter the garage.

Can I print my tickets?

AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be printed for venue entry.

Are screenshots of the barcode valid for entry?

No, tickets must be scanned through the AXS App.

Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?

Yes. However, we recommend that you transfer tickets to each person attending the event.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Please bring a valid photo ID and the card you used to purchase the tickets to the Toyota Center box office.

How far in advance can I access my tickets?

Unless otherwise noted, tickets are accessible on the AXS app and ready to manage as soon as the purchase is complete. Ability to transfer and/or sell tickets varies by show and is subject to change.

What should I bring to an event?

How do I transfer tickets?

Transferring tickets allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid email address. Once the recipient logs in and accepts the tickets, they will be able to view the barcode.

• Tap "Transfer"
• Enter the recipients first & last name followed by their email address
• Tap 'Continue'
• Review the information and tap 'Transfer'

The recipient will receive an email with a link to download the AXS app and retrieve their tickets.

What is the venue Bag Policy?

Toyota Center encourages fans to travel light and not bring bags. Bags that are 5.5” x 8.5” or smaller will be screened through an expedited visual process. Bags that are larger than 5.5” x 8.5” but smaller than 14”x14” x 6” will be scanned through additional screening process and/or x-ray machines that will likely require a longer wait. Medical bags and parenting bags are permitted and are the only bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” that will be allowed. Toyota Center does not allow any backpacks inside the building or any bags that are shaped like a backpack. This policy is subject to change at any time. 

If you choose to bring a bag that will not allowed inside the arena, there will be lockers on site for you to rent. Binbox lockers are located between the La Branch Street entrance and Team Shop. Pricing starts at $15.00 per checked bag which is non-refundable. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. Toyota Center has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events and bags will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens the same time as arena doors for each event and closes 60 minutes post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to Lost & Found. Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should contact Toyota Center Guest Relations at 713-758-7230 or  [email protected]  . AJR live in Philadelphia review: An experience like no other

T he pop trio AJR broke onto stages last week on the East Coast for their highly anticipated tour of the band's 2023 album The Maybe Man . Dean Lewis opens all of the tour's shows through April and May, debuting at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 3.

After a spoken intro, clones of Jack appeared on stage, dramatically miming the album's title track before an intense breakdown with the real Jack bouncing onto the stage as the audience screamed the lines "One, two, pandemonium!" AJR's latest single "Yes I'm a Mess" got the stadium moving as Jack walked through buildings, across rooftops, and drove a car before a practical explosion.

They later performed a new mashup of their songs "I Won't" and "Birthday Party", calling a fan remix on YouTube their inspiration to make it a reality. "God is Really Real" got its live debut too, and the solemnity was felt throughout the arena as thousands of phone lights went up into the air.

AJR dazzled in Philadelphia

The energy quickly swept back in though, when fan favorites "The Good Part" and "Bang!" were performed, the latter receiving an extra-long drum solo and the brothers making shadow puppetry with their fingers. Ryan and Jack began pointing people out in the crowd as the show's first intermission before an orchestral rendition of "Inertia" that was teased on X filled the place. A studio acoustic version of the song with a pitched-down chorus was also teased , but the song was played normally live. Maybe we'll get an acoustic version of The Maybe Man?

AJR kept introducing new effects to the show as they flew into space in "Touchy Feely Fool", then fell back down again through the clouds and stars in "Karma", featuring Jack singing the song's entire outro rather than leaving it to the fans. Ryan performed alone for seven minutes as he sang each song in the "Turning Out" series, the first part from their 2017 album The Click , the second part from their 2019 album Neotheater , and the third part from their most recent album.

Suddenly, the rest of the band makes a surprise appearance deep into the crowd, playing "World's Smallest Violin" and "Steve's Going to London" from high seats in the venue. They journeyed back to the stage individually and played their 2018 anthem "Burn the House Down" before moving onto a How We Made segment.

Each tour AJR does, they break down the production of a song from start to finish before performing it, this time giving the treatment to "Way Less Sad". Ryan started by slowing down a kick drum and speeding up a hi-hat, before getting tired and eating lunch. After hearing plate noises, this was incorporated into their song with piano and Adam's bass. Another day, Ryan got annoyed by Jack for watching old videos on his phone loudly, blurting "Would you put your phone down?!" This became a melody for the song, with live member Arnetta Johnson helping in this process.

They added more violin and hi-hat to the song before getting stuck on its main melody. Jack made some voice memos, but Ryan didn't like them so they went back to the videos they were watching before, recorded back when they were children. They used these to make the song's lyrics with this being the turning point where all of the song's instrumentation came in live and AJR performed it.

The band moved onto a couple of songs from Neotheater after, with "Don't Throw Out My Legos" and "100 Bad Days" preceding the closer. A series of fake-outs happen in this last segment, with a spotlight falling during "100 Bad Days", a false ending after the song, and the instrumental intro of "2085" before moving into their breakout hit "Weak". They move back into "2085" after, giving a speech about how their dad motivated them to ignore their haters on the internet before a massive animatronic Jack appeared behind the stage for the song's outro.

The show was an amazing experience, combining a concert with theatrical effects, elaborate stage designs, and interacting with the crowd. AJR Announce 2024 “The Maybe Man Tour”

A 43-city trek in support of their new album of the same name

Indie pop trio AJR have mapped out a massive 2024 arena tour in support of their just-released album, The Maybe Man .

The 43-city trek will kick off on April 2nd in Norfolk, Virginia, and make stops in Boston, Austin, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Nashville, Orlando, Tampa, New York City, and more before wrapping on August 4th. They’ll also headline a night of Summerfest in Milwaukee.

Fans can look for deals and sold-out tickets via StubHub , where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program. StubHub is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

$1 for every ticket sold on “The Maybe Man Tour” will go toward the non-profit organization Planet Reimagined . Co-founded by Adam Met, it trains the climate leaders of the future with customized fellowships that teach researchers and advocates how to work together for measurable impact.

The 43-city The Maybe Man Tour will be the group’s first-ever arena tour around the U.S. As such, they will be performing at a number of stadiums including Madison Square Garden in New York City , Toyota Center in Houston , and Pechanga Arena in San Diego . They will also be performing at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles — which will be preceded by their appearance at KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball this December .

With the release of their fifth studio album The Maybe Man , trio AJR returns to soundtrack the life of their titular superhero with their most emotionally colossal record to date. Its twelve soaring and anthemic tracks — from “Yes I’m A Mess” and “The DJ is Crying For Help” to “God Is Really Real” — confront the tragedy and bliss that encompasses life. The album’s title track, “The Maybe Man” also comes with a staggeringly bittersweet music video that finds them wrestling with earnestly urgent questions of identity.

AJR said of the new album: “In your mid-to-late twenties, you start to think about your life. There’s endless potential, but it’s also scary because you don’t know who you’re going to be. This album examines that personal existential crisis and the prevalent question of, ‘Who am I?’ We’ve experienced a lot this past year and decided to write about all the serious issues you face as you get older in the most AJR-way we could.”

An Official Platinum presale begins on Monday, November 13th at 7am PST / 10am EST.

Official Platinum Presale

Verizon will offer an exclusive presale through the customer loyalty program Verizon Up. Artist Presale

The AJR artist presale begins  Monday, November 13th at 7am PST / 10am EST . Once you’ve decided on your preferred AJR tour date , you’ll need to sign up to receive the presale code.

What Are Those Official Platinum Tickets?

If you’re seeing very expensive tickets that are not VIP, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are very expensive and are offered well over the standard ticket prices. They’re the kind of ticket pricing that is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) has priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down, and it usually goes up.

Artists can choose not to offer Official Platinum or limit the amount for charity purposes. The Cure , Pearl Jam and U2 have all been recognized as artists that don’t use these dynamic pricing tactics.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert very easy if you’re willing to shed the extra coin. They can be bought during a presale without a presale code (doesn’t always apply to Verified Fan). Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

If money is not an object, you should definitely bank on the convenience of getting Official Platinum tickets.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account ( go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page ) at least 15 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one,  create one now .

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resell tickets through Ticketmaster’s resell program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend , and see if they have any resell tickets available. We recommend you compare the three options and find out which works best for you.

Alternatively, you can hit it old school style and show up at the concert when the box office opens and wish upon a star that they release more tickets, or hopefully, another concert-goer has an extra ticket to sell at face-value or even giveaway for free. Trust, this happens more often than not! We’ve given away many tickets to sold-out shows simply because our +1 couldn’t make it.

Also, more standard tickets are often released via Ticketmaster 1-3 days leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Beyonce , Taylor Swift , Arctic Monkeys and many more! It’s a secret gatekeeped by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know! So be sure to set your calendar notifications!
