Day 1: arrival at the shores of lake maggiore.

Today marks the beginning of an extraordinary adventure, following the myth of Alfa Romeo. We will take you from Malpensa Airport to the shores of Lake Maggiore. Your hotel awaits, offering a private beach, outdoor pool, and an atmosphere of refined luxury. In the evening, enjoy breathtaking views of "Isola Bella" and the lake at a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Arese, Birthplace of Alfa Romeo

Today, the "Alfista" within you will re-awaken! After breakfast overlooking Lake Maggiore, we bid farewell to its beauty. Our first destination is the Alfa Romeo Museum in the former Alfa Romeo factory in Arese, near Milan. Here, you'll find all the iconic Alfa Romeo models that define the brand's myth and have left an unforgettable mark on the automotive world. In Brescia, we visit the "Museo Mille Miglia." Alfa Romeo was the great dominator of this famous race, solidifying its technical superiority. Discover the collection of vintage automobiles that capture the spirit of this historic event. Later, we venture into the Motor Valley, the home of Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Pagani. Immerse yourself in the world of automotive legends as we visit factories and museums, experiencing the exquisite craftsmanship that distinguishes these coveted automobile brands.

Day 3: In the Heart of Italian Sports Car Manufacturing

Today's itinerary is dedicated to the legendary Enzo Ferrari and his beloved homeland of Emilia Romagna. Our first destination awaits: the Museo Ferrari in Maranello, the workplace that embodies Enzo's extraordinary legacy. Let yourself be enchanted by the thrilling world of motorsports. After lunch in the charming city of Modena, we visit Casa Enzo Ferrari, where his life is depicted, from his beginnings as an Alfa Romeo race driver to his great successes as the racing team manager at Alfa Romeo, and his illustrious role as a visionary creator of coveted sports cars. To conclude the day, we travel to the world of sensory delights at an Acetaia. Discover the time-honored techniques of crafting balsamic vinegar during a tasting.

Day 4: Super cars & Tuscany

After check-out, we will accompany you to a renowned Parmesan producer , where we will not only taste delicious Parmesan cheese, but also visit the impressive “Collezione Panini” ; the largest and most important Maserati collection in the world. The bus then continues south to Tuscany. Today begins an extraordinary chapter of your Alfa Romeo adventure. Our destination is a enchanting four star hotel, which is located right in the heart of Chianti and which you will call home for the next four days. Surrounded by vineyards and maquis, the medieval village has been transformed into a romantic hideaway with great attention to detail. After lunch, we present to you Nostalgic's shiny chrome classic fleet. At the wheel of an Alfa Romeo Spider, you'll be driving along country roads with little traffic, through picturesque towns and are expected at the Badia a Coltibuono . One of Italy's oldest wineries produces organic wines that you can taste during an exquisite wine tasting. When the day comes to an end, we welcome you to a delicious dinner at one of the two restaurants of the hotel.

Day 5: The Queen's Stage with the Alfa Romeo Spider

Our route takes us through the fascinating landscapes of the Crete Senesi, considered one of the most beautiful driving routes in all of Europe. Allow yourself to be enchanted by the gentle hills lined with cypress trees, the delicate colors of the landscape , and the tranquility that surrounds this picturesque region. Upon arrival in Pienza , treat yourself to a leisurely lunch, and afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to get to know the town of Pope Pius better with a guided tour. As the day transitions into the evening, we invite you to the Enoteca Nuvolari. Housed in a medieval building, this establishment pays tribute to the racing legend Tazio Nuvolari. You'll savor Tuscan specialties, accompanied by fine red wines, while surrounded by large-scale paintings depicting the life of arguably the greatest Italian racing driver.

Day 6: In a Spider to San Gimignano & Volterra

Get ready for an exciting day of driving as we embark on an unforgettable journey through the fascinating landscapes of Tuscany. As the sun rises, the road beckons and leads us to the remarkable town of San Gimignano, famous for its medieval towers. Take a delightful pit stop and enjoy the charming ambiance of this medieval gem. Volterra, the city of wind and alabaster, emerges on the horizon around noon. On a clear day, you can see Pisa and the sea from Volterra. Under the knowledgeable guidance of a local guide, you will take a brief journey through Volterra's exciting and vibrant history. For dinner we will chauffeur you to the nearby hamlet of Volpaia, where an unforgettable dinner awaits you. Immerse yourself in the rustic charm and culinary delights of this idyllic location and enjoy the rich flavors and exquisite cuisine that Tuscany is famous for.

Day 7: In a Spider on the way to Siena

We start the Alfa Romeo engines together one last time in the morning. Our route takes us to Siena, the secret capital of Tuscany. Countless works of art adorn the small town, but Siena is famous for the artistic floor mosaics in the cathedral and perhaps the most beautiful piazza in Italy, the Piazza Il Campo . The world-famous horse race, the "Palio di Siena" takes place here in midsummer. You have time for a detailed stroll and lunch in the old town before we return the Alfa Romeos in Monteriggioni. The first farewell is to your Alfa Romeo, which accompanied you the previous days, but your journey is not over yet. From Monteriggioni we take you to Florence. You will stay at Hotel Albani with easy access to the surrounding areas. The evening is free for you to reflect on the past exciting days.

Day 8: Florence - City of Fashion and Art

Today, the vibrant city of Florence, with its rich history and cultural treasures, beckons you. Most attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Few cities offer such a plethora of art to behold; the entire city center is a masterpiece in itself, and the genius of Michelangelo greets you at every turn. For art enthusiasts, we offer an optional guided city tour in the late afternoon, visiting landmarks like the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and the Cathedral. Florence by night is equally enchanting: charming cafes, exquisite restaurants, and lively bars await. Savour the flavors of Tuscan cuisine or simply enjoy the charming atmosphere of the old town's alleys. We celebrate our last evening together with a dinner at a local trattoria.

Day 9: Good Bye Italy

It's time to say "arrivederci" with a heart full of precious experiences, new friendships made and a deep appreciation for the legendary Alfa Romeo brand. This morning is at your leisure. You can take the group transfer to Florence Airport or easily walk across the street to Florence Train Station.

Lake Maggiore ,

With its 212.5 square kilometres, lies on the border between Italy and Switzerland. Its west bank is part of the Italian region of Piemont, the eastern shore lies in the Lombardy region and the north part in the Swiss canton of Ticino.

The second largest lake in Italy, at its deepest point 372 m, extends from the Southern Alps to the edge of the Po valley. The shore of Lake Maggiore is lined with a number of well-known locations – Stresa, Verbania, Ascona and Locarno, to name a few. Dream destinations are also the Borromean Islands in the Gulf of Stresa and the Brissago islands southwest of Ascona.

Emilia Romagna

As one of the leading economic centers in Northern Italy, Parma focuses primarily on food production. World-famous examples of Parma's cuisine include the Parmesan cheese,  Parmigiano Reggiano,  the Parma ham,  Prosciutto di Parma  and last but not least the company  Barilla  , a leading, world-famous company Italian pasta maker. Founded as a Roman colony, the city's history began as early as 184 BC. After frequent changes of power and feuds between different institutions and families, the Duchy of Ducato di Parma, founded in the middle of the 16th century, brought stability to Parma. Today the city, which is located in the southwestern Po Valley, is part of the Emilia-Romagna region. Parma's sights include the neoclassical Teatro Regio and the octagonal baptistery, a Christian baptismal font.

The northern Italian university and industrial city of Modena is the seat of numerous ceramic, cement, leather and food companies as well as one of the centers of Italian engine and vehicle construction technology. Luxury brands such as  Maserati, Ferrari  and  Lamborghini  are located in and around Modena, with museums and test tracks on their company premises. Driving pleasure is breathtaking in Modena! In addition to the history of the automobile, the Modenese are especially proud of the Piazza Grande with its Romanesque cathedral San Geminiano and the 88 m high campanile (Torre Ghirlandia). The latter is also considered the city's landmark. The architectural ensemble has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Also worth mentioning is the Lambrusco  ,  which is known worldwide. The ruby ​​red, slightly foaming wine (frizzante) is pressed in Modena and exported from there all over the world.

Tuscany is one of the most charming regions in Italy. It impresses with its unique, multi-faceted landscape. Vineyards mix with olive groves and alternate with the very original landscape. Again and again, cypress avenues with slender trees protruding into the blue sky determine the landscape. The "strada bianca" called unpaved access roads to farms and wineries, hotels and restaurants are characteristic of Tuscany. Many of the side streets that repeatedly lead through sleepy villages are hardly used. A backdrop that the Italian film of the 1950s couldn't do better. Southern Tuscany is also something for culture lovers: cities like Siena and San Gimignano, fortresses such as the citadel of Dante Alighieri already mentioned in his "Divine Comedy". With its impressive medieval skyline San Gimignano ranks high on Tuscany's must-see list. The picturesque town, located at 324m above sea level, is characterized by the economic boom in the Middle Ages, which made the remarkable architecture and art development possible. It is therefore no coincidence that the historic city center is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vineyards bordering the city walls round off the perfect Tuscan flair and give an idea of ​​the flourishing viticulture.
