How to recover your forgotten instagram password.

If you don’t use a password manager, those complex passwords can be pretty hard to remember.

Quick Links

Reset your password from the website, reset your password from the app.

If you don’t use a  password manager , those complex passwords can be pretty hard to remember. If you’ve forgotten your Instagram password, you can’t really recover that same password, but it’s easy enough to recover your account by resetting your password to something new.

Whether you’ve forgotten your Instagram password, or have had someone else change it without your permission, Instagram offers a pretty simple way to recover. And what we’re talking about here is recovering your account if you’ve totally forgotten your password.  Changing your Instagram password  is a little different—that’s when you know your current password, but just want to change it to a new one.

First, head over to Instagram's website , and then click the "Log In" link near the bottom of the page.

On the next page, underneath the login fields, click the "Forgot Password" link.

Next, type the username, email, or phone number you used to when you set up your account. After passing the security check, click the "Reset Password" button.

An email message will be sent to the address on file that includes a link to reset your password. When you receive the message, click the "Reset Password" button.

Type your new password (and  make it a strong one ), type it again to confirm, and then click "Reset Password" one final time.

You'll then be signed in and redirected to your Instagram feed.

Resetting your password from the Instagram app is just as easy. We're using the Android version for our example here, but it works pretty much the same on iPhone or iPad.

Fire up the Instagram app, and then tap the "Get Help Signing In" link on the sign in page.

Type the username, email, or phone number you used when your created your account, and then tap the "Next" button.

Next, you can have Instagram send you an email or SMS message, or you can login using a linked Facebook account if you've set that up. We're going to look at using an email message here, but using the SMS option is very similar. If you choose SMS message, you'll get a text with a code that you can type into the app. You'll then be able to set a new password and sign in.

After choose the email option, you'll get an email message at the address you used to sign up with Instagram.

In that message, tap the "Log In As <username>" button. Alternatively, you can tap the "Reset Your Instagram Password" link. Both bring you to a password reset page.

Type your new password (remember to  make it a strong, secure one ), and then tap the “Reset Password” button.

Knowing how to change your Instagram password or reset it is a valuable skill to have up your sleeve. One of the most popular social media apps, not the planet, Instagram allows you to scroll through everything from meaningful quotes and your friend's holiday snaps to cute pictures of Insta-famous pets and the latest adventures of your favorite celebrity.

Since its launch in 2010, the photo-sharing app has been through quite a few changes, not least its acquisition by Facebook in 2012. That's also made it a lot easier, allowing you to sign into the app with your Facebook login details - which is excellent for those who struggle to remember our passwords!

Whether you have the best iPhone or Android phone or prefer to keep social media apps off your phone and log in sporadically using one of the best MacBooks and Macs , it's a good idea to ensure that you're changing your password regularly to keep your account secure.

Maintaining security for online sites and services is super important, with hackers getting increasingly clever each year. Using a weak password or one you use across multiple sites puts you at greater risk of someone accessing your private data. Thankfully, changing your password is super simple.

So, whether you want to change your Instagram password for security purposes or you've forgotten it and become locked out of your account, you'll find the steps below quick and easy to follow. You might also be interested in our guide to using Instagram in dark mode , which can help protect your vision if you're prone to using the app for long periods. Or, if you'd rather cut down altogether, how to limit your Instagram usage on iOS and Android will help you do just that.

But, for now, here's everything you need to know to change your Instagram password with minimal fuss...

Figuring out how to change your Instagram password is super easy, and it's the same process whether you're using an iOS or Android device.

First, you must open the app and head to your profile by tapping your profile picture at the bottom right of your screen.

Then, tap the menu icon (the three lines at the top right of the page) and head to Settings > Security > Password.

Instagram settings menu

You'll then need to enter your current password, followed by the new password you wish to use – remember; it's best to use a password that you don't use for any other applications. It's a good idea to use a mixture of numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters to make it difficult to guess.

Instagram recommends using "a combination of at least six numbers, letters, and punctuation marks (like ! and %)" to create a strong password.

Once you're happy with your new password, tap Save or the tick icon at the top right of your screen.

How to reset your Instagram password

Have you forgotten your Instagram password? If you're locked out of your account, you'll need to reset your Instagram password using your linked Facebook account, email address, or phone number.

The process differs slightly for iOS and Android devices. If you're on an Android device, open the app to the login screen. Then, select 'Get help signing in' (below Log In).

Click on 'Use Username or Email,' 'Send an SMS,' or 'Log in with Facebook,' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Instagram access your account and find your account screens

If you're on an iOS device, head to the login screen as before and select 'Get help signing in.' Choose your preferred method of resetting your login credentials (Username or Phone) and enter your username, email address, or phone number.

Then tap Next and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your Instagram password.

Now you should be able to choose a brand-new password – don't forget to make it solid and challenging to guess.

Check out the best password generators if you want to create a solid password. Many of these services also include the best password managers to help you keep track of all your login details, which is very handy if your new password is very complex.

What about two-factor authentication?

If you want to add an extra layer of security to your Instagram account, it's possible to set up two-factor authentication.

Your email address and password combination are the first factors that protect your account – enabling two-factor authentication means adding a second factor, making it harder for intruders to access your account.

This second factor often sends a message to your mobile phone asking you to verify your login attempt.

In the case of Instagram, you'll be asked to enter a unique login code or confirm your login attempt – but only if you're accessing your account from a device , you haven't used before.

two-factor authentication

Head to your profile and tap the menu icon to set this up. Click on Settings > Security, and scroll down to Two-Factor Authentication.

Tap Get Started, and then choose between the two different authentication methods; you have a choice between receiving a unique code via SMS or using a third-party authentication app like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile.

If you go down the SMS route, remember that you'll need to have an actual mobile phone number associated with your Instagram account – if you don't, you'll be asked to enter one before proceeding.

We recommend turning two-factor authentication on; it's straightforward to set up and use, making it far more difficult for intruders to access your Instagram account.

Forgot Password? Here’s What to Do

Forgetting your password can happen to anyone, and it’s always good to be prepared for such situations. If you find yourself in a position where you can’t remember your Instagram password, or suspect that your account has been compromised, here’s what you can do:

1. On the Instagram login screen, click on the “Forgot password?” link. This will take you to the password recovery page.

2. On the password recovery page, you will be prompted to enter the email address, phone number, or username associated with your Instagram account. Choose the option that you have access to.

4. If you choose the phone number option, Instagram will send a verification code to the phone number associated with your account. Enter the code on the password recovery page to proceed with resetting your password.

5. In case you don’t have access to the email address or phone number linked to your Instagram account, you can select the username option. Instagram will provide you with a list of email addresses associated with your account. Try to remember which email you used and regain access to it. Once you have access to the email, you can proceed with resetting your password.

6. If all else fails, you can also utilize the “Need more help?” option at the bottom of the password recovery page. This will redirect you to additional resources and support options provided by Instagram.

Remember, it’s crucial to maintain the security of your Instagram account. Always keep your password safe and avoid using easily guessable information. Regularly updating your password and enabling two-factor authentication can help protect your account from unauthorized access.

By following these steps and utilizing the available options, you can regain access to your Instagram account and ensure its security.

4. After logging in to your Facebook account, you will be asked to confirm that you want to continue with resetting your Instagram password. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

5. Instagram will now prompt you to create a new password. Enter and confirm your desired new password.

6. Once you’ve entered your new password, click on the “Reset Password” button to save your changes.

After successfully resetting your Instagram password using your Facebook account, you can log in to Instagram using your new password.

It’s important to ensure that your Facebook account is secure as well, as compromising your Facebook account can potentially give unauthorized access to your Instagram account as well. Make sure to use a strong and unique password for both platforms and enable any additional security features provided by Facebook.

If you haven’t connected your Instagram account to Facebook or you no longer have access to your Facebook account, you can explore other password recovery options such as using your email or phone number associated with your Instagram account.

By utilizing your Facebook account to reset your Instagram password, you can quickly regain access to your account without the need for additional verification steps.

Alternative Solutions for Password Recovery

While the most common methods of password recovery for Instagram involve using your email, phone number, or Facebook account, there are alternative solutions you can explore if you’re unable to access these options. Here are some alternative methods for recovering your Instagram password:

1. Try Different Email Addresses: If you have multiple email addresses, it’s worth trying them to see if any are associated with your Instagram account. You can use the “username” option on the password recovery page to check for alternative emails linked to your account.

2. Contact Instagram Support: If you’ve exhausted all other options, reaching out to Instagram Support can be helpful. Visit the Instagram Help Center and follow the instructions to report the issue or access the support resources available. Be prepared to provide as much information as possible to help them verify your ownership of the account.

3. Utilize Trusted Contacts: Instagram offers a feature called “Trusted Contacts” that allows you to select a few close friends whom you trust to help in account recovery. In case you forget your password or can’t access your account, these trusted contacts can receive security codes from Instagram on your behalf. You can set up Trusted Contacts in the “Privacy and Security” settings of your Instagram account.

4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your Instagram account. With 2FA enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter a verification code in addition to your password when logging in. If you still have access to your mobile device or authentication app used for 2FA, you can recover your account by providing the verification codes.

Remember, these alternative solutions may require additional steps or verification processes, and the availability of these options can vary depending on your specific situation or account settings. It’s important to explore these alternatives if you’re unable to recover your Instagram password through the primary methods.

Additionally, it’s advisable to regularly update your recovery information, such as your email address and phone number, to ensure a smooth password recovery process in case of future issues.

By utilizing these alternative solutions and staying proactive with your account recovery information, you can increase the chances of regaining access to your Instagram account.

Tips to Secure Your Instagram Password

Securing your Instagram password is crucial to protect your account from unauthorized access and potential misuse. Taking proactive measures to enhance the security of your password can safeguard your personal information and ensure a safe Instagram experience. Here are some essential tips to secure your Instagram password:

1. Create a Strong and Unique Password: Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to create a password that is difficult to guess. Avoid common passwords, dictionary words, or personal information that can be easily associated with you.

2. Avoid Sharing Your Password: Never share your Instagram password with anyone, including friends, family, or even Instagram support. Legitimate organizations will never ask for your password via phone, email, or any other communication method.

3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Instagram account. By enabling 2FA, you’ll be required to provide a verification code in addition to your password when logging in, adding an extra barrier against unauthorized access.

4. Use a Password Manager: Consider using a reputable password manager to generate and securely store your Instagram password. Password managers can also help you create unique passwords for different accounts and automatically fill them in when needed.

5. Regularly Update Your Password: Change your Instagram password periodically to ensure its security. Set a reminder to update your password every few months or whenever you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

6. Be Wary of Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of phishing attempts where attackers pose as legitimate entities to trick you into revealing your password. Always verify the legitimacy of any emails, messages, or links before providing any personal information or clicking on them.

7. Log Out from Public Devices: If you log in to your Instagram account from a public device or computer, always remember to log out afterward. Avoid selecting the “Remember Me” option, especially when using shared or public devices.

8. Monitor Your Account Activity: Regularly check your Instagram account for any suspicious activity. Look out for any unauthorized changes in your profile, unexpected posts, or unfamiliar followers. If you notice anything unusual, take immediate action to protect your account, such as changing your password and reporting the activity to Instagram.

By following these tips, you can significantly enhance the security of your Instagram password and reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account. Remember, your password is the key to your online identity, so it’s worth investing the time and effort to ensure its protection.

In conclusion, knowing how to reset and secure your Instagram password is essential in maintaining the privacy and security of your account. Whether you’ve forgotten your password or suspect unauthorized access, the step-by-step guide provided in this article can help you regain control of your Instagram account.

By utilizing options such as email, phone number, Facebook, or alternative recovery methods, you can reset your password and get back to enjoying the features and functionalities of Instagram. It’s important to follow the guidelines and choose a strong, unique password to ensure the safety of your account.

Additionally, implementing measures like two-factor authentication, using a password manager, and staying vigilant against phishing attempts can enhance the security of your Instagram password and protect your personal information.

Remember to regularly update your recovery information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, and monitor your account activity for any signs of suspicious behavior. Taking proactive steps to secure your Instagram password can help prevent unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of your online presence.

Frequently asked questions

How does the password generator work.

The LastPass password generator creates random passwords based on parameters set by you. Parameters include password length, whether the password should be easy to say or read, and whether the password should have uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

The password generated, based on the user's parameters, is then checked against the zxcvbn library – a standard in evaluating password security – to see how strong the password you generate is.

Can a strong password be hacked?

While a strong password can be technically hacked, it would take an imperceivable amount of time to do so. A recent report found that a 12-character password made only of numbers would take just 25 seconds to hack. Compare that to a 12-character password made up of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols, and the amount of time it would take to hack increases to 34,000 years . So a strong password won’t be hackable in your lifetime. Read more in the infographic .

Can I use the password generator to create a user name?

You should use the LastPass username generator tool to create a secure username. It ensures you get a random, unique username that exists only of uppercase and lowercase letters.

How do you manage your passwords with a password manager?

Managing passwords in the LastPass password manager is simple. Every time you save a password to your LastPass account, it is stored inside of your password vault – an encrypted space that only you can see and access. You can manage your passwords by simply accessing your password vault and searching for the credential you need. And with the LastPass browser extension and app, you can seamlessly save and autofill passwords while on your computer, smartphone, or tablet .

Is LastPass password generator safe?

Yes. The LastPass password generator creates random, secure passwords based on the parameters defined by you. Any password generated is tested against the industry-standard zxcvbn library to determine how strong the password you generate is.

Lastly, once you save the password you generated to your password vault , it is automatically encrypted and stored so only you can access it and see it.

Is the functionality different in the online generator and in the LastPass app?

No. The browser and in-app password generator function the same. The only difference is that the in-app generator will also autofill and save the created password for you. Whereas with the online generator, you must copy your password and paste it into the necessary form field.

Disney+ Password Sharing Crackdown to Start in June

Disney plans to start cracking down on Disney+ password sharing starting in June, Disney CEO Bob Iger said in an interview with CNBC earlier this week. Iger said that Disney needs to turn its streaming business into a growth business, and one way to do that is to force households that are sharing passwords to sign up for their own accounts.

disney plus

Iger did not clarify where the password sharing lockdown will start, but it sounds like it will be largely worldwide when September rolls around.

Disney+ competitor Netflix put a stop to multi-household password sharing in 2023, and it ended up being a major revenue driver for the company. Netflix saw strong subscriber growth , gaining 8.8 million new subscribers in Q3 2023 after cracking down on password sharing.

Iger said that he admires what Netflix has done, calling the company the "gold standard in streaming."

Netflix is the gold standard in streaming. They've done a phenomenal job in a lot of different directions. I actually have very, very high regard for what they've accomplished. If we can only accomplish what they've accomplished, that would be great.

Disney+ launched in 2019, and since then it has grown into the number two streaming service in terms of subscribers after Netflix. Prior to when Iger returned to Disney 2022, Disney+ was bleeding money as Disney focused on subscriber growth. Disney+ will see its first profitable quarter in the fourth fiscal quarter of 2024 under Iger's leadership.

Disney's streaming service has more than 110 million subscribers worldwide, and it has been integrating Hulu content into Disney+ in order to boost customer engagement. Disney+ is now priced at $10.99 per month for an ad-free subscription, or $7.99 for a subscription with ads.

President Biden to visit Madison College Truax campus on April 8

Updates as of Monday, April 8, 10 a.m. CST

The Fitness Center and Redsten Gym will be closed. MC Guest Wi-Fi access at the Truax Main Building will not be available. You will need to use MC Secure with your college system username (not email address) and password; instructions on how to access that can be found here.

This story was updated as of 6 p.m. CST on Sunday, April 7.

Madison College Truax campus will serve as the host site for the U.S. President Joe Biden and select community guests on Monday, April 8.

The event will not impact classes, and will have minimal disruption to students, faculty, and staff. Streets, bus routes, and other Madison College transportation services will be adjusted during the event at the Truax campus. Students, faculty, staff, and community members accessing services should allow extra travel time if coming to the Truax campus on Monday.

The information below should help plan your travel to campus this Monday, April 8:

Closure and parking map See campus map (image to right) that illustrates all street and parking access.

Wright Street access: The section of Wright Street situated directly between the main Truax building and the Health Sciences building will be closed to vehicle traffic. You will be able to cross Wright Street on foot from the main parking lots, but vehicle access to Wright Street from Anderson Street will be restricted. Truax’s Early Learning Campus on Wright Street will be accessible for childcare drop-offs and pick-ups with normal hours of operation. However, you can only access the center via Kinsman Boulevard to south Wright Street.

Madison College April 8 2024 Event Route Map

Restricted Route 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Event route in red where students, faculty and staff will have restricted access 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Employee parking access: From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (approximately), there will be no entry allowed to the employee parking lot on the north side of the main Truax building. For the rest of the day the lot will be accessible on Wright Street via Kinsman Boulevard only.

Administrative lot access: From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (approximately), there will be no entry allowed to the parking lot, loop near the administration offices, and drop-off. If you anticipate needing to leave campus from this location, please plan to do so before 11 a.m. or after 2 p.m. to avoid delays.

Student parking access: Students will have access to Truax’s main student parking lot via Pearson Street, Hoffman Street and Kinsman Boulevard until 11 a.m. and after (approximately) 2 p.m. From approximately 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., access to this lot will be restricted, and will only be accessible via Kinsman Boulevard from Highway 51/North Stoughton Road and via Pearson and Hoffman from the west. The Madison Police Department, Madison College Public Safety, and event volunteers will be present to guide traffic as needed.

Throughout the day, students and employees will have full access (entry and exit) to the parking lots on Straubel Street. This lot can be accessed via North Fair Oaks Avenue from East Washington Street.

Shuttle services:  The campus-to-campus shuttle will run on its normal schedule between Truax and Goodman South. The Truax drop-off and pick-up site will not be where it usually is outside the Gateway entrance; it will be inside the Straubel Street parking lot. There will be signs and personnel in the Truax main building entrance directing you to this location.

City bus services:  Madison Metro will alter drop-off and pick-up locations along Anderson Street and Wright Street on Monday. It is anticipated that Madison Metro will ensure the temporary moved drop-off and pick-up locations will be near current locations.

The Madison College Fitness Center and H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium:   Both facilities will be closed on Monday, April 8.

Helpful reminders to ensure a smooth experience for you as you navigate campus on Monday: •    Be patient and allow extra time: Leave earlier than usual to allow for potential delays. Patience on Monday will be key.  •    Follow traffic regulations: City of Madison law enforcement will direct traffic and regulations during the event. •    Be mindful of pedestrian traffic: Watch out for increased pedestrian traffic around campus and follow crosswalk signals for everyone’s safety.

Madison College’s state-of-the-art facilities host hundreds of private and public events throughout the year, such as this one.

Madison College is not the event's point of contact and will not respond to media or press inquiries.

Updates of the impact of Monday’s event to the Madison College community and its campus services will be posted on this Madison College news page.

Sweet Tomatoes Reopens First Restaurant in Arizona

April 2, 2024

Dennis Limmer

Dennis Limmer

Sweet Tomatoes, the cherished salad and soup haven, shuttered its doors nationwide in 2020 due to the pandemic. But after a four-year hiatus, it’s back on the scene. In Tucson, Arizona, the first Sweet Tomatoes to relaunch saw fans flocking from all corners. The restaurant’s interior will be revamped with new colors and a new look, but the menu will remain the same.

No other locations have been announced yet, but the new owners say they will look for smaller spaces than the original restaurants.

The news we’ve all been waiting for! 🎉🍅 pic.twitter.com/mNGS9yqpyw — Sweet Tomatoes (@sweettomatoes) March 20, 2024

As the clock struck 10:30 a.m. on April 1, a line of eager patrons craving a taste of their beloved dishes snaked around the building. Among them was Matt Burns, an early riser from Long Beach, California. He arrived before dawn and was first in line, leaving his slumbering family behind at their Airbnb. For Burns, Sweet Tomatoes isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a piece of home. Recalling the closure of their local outlet, he spoke of family dinners lost but not forgotten.

instagram visit password

In Glendale, childhood pals Hayden Coatney and Colton Yogerst mirrored Burns’ sentiment. Memories of shared meals with relatives drove them to make the pilgrimage to Tucson. Despite the long drive, they were determined to be there for the grand reopening. Their journey wasn’t solely about savoring salads; it was about reliving cherished moments. For Coatney, “the last time he visited the restaurant was when his grandpa passed away in 2018.”

Sweet Tomatoes’ return symbolizes more than the revival of a restaurant chain; it’s a celebration of reunions and rekindled memories. What may seem like a trivial road trip becomes a treasured memory in the making.

The Tucson location now welcomes patrons daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., beckoning both loyal devotees and curious newcomers alike.

Disney Plus' Password Sharing Crackdown Begins Soon

The crackdown is coming in June, according to CEO Bob Iger.

instagram visit password

  • Though Kourtnee hasn't won any journalism awards yet, she's been a Netflix streaming subscriber since 2012 and knows the magic of its hidden codes.

disney plus logo on phone hovering above pile of cash

We now have a clearer idea of when the Disney Plus password-sharing crackdown will begin. Speaking with CNBC, CEO Bob Iger said Disney will be "launching our first real foray into password sharing" in June, first bringing the clampdown to "just a few countries and a few markets, but then it will grow significantly with a full rollout in September."

During Disney's first-quarter earnings call in February, the company announced plans to enforce new account-sharing policies by implementing a fee for  Disney Plus  streaming customers later this year. The move continues a trend  kicked off by Netflix  and came after the media giant updated its  subscriber agreements  for Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN Plus.

"Beginning this summer, Disney Plus accounts suspected of improper sharing will be presented with new capabilities to allow their borrowers to start their own subscriptions," CFO Hugh Johnston said during the earnings call. "Later this calendar year, account holders who want to allow access to individuals from outside their household will be able to add them to their accounts for an additional fee."

Subscribers received emails that detailed changes to user agreements for each platform. Subscribers may not share their accounts with anyone outside their primary household residence, unless it's permitted for their tier, according to Disney's terms. The agreement says the company may check for compliance by reviewing your usage habits and choosing to "limit or terminate access." The policy went into effect on Jan. 25 for new users and March 14 for existing customers.

Read more : Sorry, April Streaming Is Kinda Heavy. You Should Keep All These Services

Iger first shared plans to  address account sharing in August , saying it would be a priority in 2024 for its global subscriber base. He added that the move would support the company's efforts to increase monetization in the new year. Disney began its crackdown in Canada first and unveiled new rules in November.

By comparison, Netflix charges $8 for each "extra member" subaccount, with limits on how many people can be added to a Premium or Standard subscription. Though the streamer experienced early backlash about the change, it helped drive its subscriber numbers up. Some former password borrowers signed up for their own accounts -- such as its $7 ad-based plan .

Disney is evolving its streaming business in other ways. The company fully launched its Hulu on Disney Plus single-app option last week and in February announced a joint venture with Warner Bros. Discovery and Fox to  create a new sports streaming service .

Chris Hemsworth Pays Visit to Remote Australian Community He Lived in as a Kid: ‘Some of My Earliest and Happiest Memories’

The actor said he felt "lucky" to return to Gulin Gulin 35 years later, as he shared a series of photos from his nostalgic trip

Chris Hemsworth is returning to his roots.

On Sunday, April 7, the actor, 40, shared photos on Instagram from a recent visit to a remote Australian community in the Northern Territory called Gulin Gulin, where he once lived with his family as a child.

The Thor: Love and Thunder actor posed with community members wearing red in many of the photos, while he stood out in a gray tank top and black shorts.

Hemsworth's carousel of images featured a throwback photo, presumably of him as a young boy, posing with other children. He also included a photo of a banner that was drawn for him with the words "Welcome home," Superman "S" symbols, stars, flowers, hearts and a man wearing a cape.

Another image showed him meeting a young fan and autographing their shirt.

"When I was younger my family and I lived in a remote community in the Northern Territory. Some of my earliest and happiest memories are from that time," Hemsworth captioned the post.

"Now, 35 years later I’ve been lucky enough to take a trip back there," he continued. "I couldn’t be more grateful to the people of Gulin Gulin for welcoming us with such warmth and kindness. Much love and appreciation ❤️. "

The Marvel star's post about the visit comes about a week after he shared a video clip on social media of one of his twin boys riding a blue mini-bike outdoors that included the song "Insane in the Brain" by Cypress Hill.

"The little bloke has gone mad 😂🏍️," Hemsworth captioned the video, in a joking nod to his son's speedy skills on the bike.

The Avengers: Infinity War star shares twin boys Sasha and Tristan, 10, and daughter India Rose, 13, with his wife, Elsa Pataky .
