Quad Safari in Crete. Starting off we climb on an off-road terrain between olive groves through this green place full of colors, we will go quad safari on an impressive off-road route between the vineyards and to explore the Cretan nature that will amaze you! We arrive at PACHALIGO forest where we will relax by playing various games having fun!

We continue through dirt roads with impressive mountains and wild nature with rich flora and fauna and unique views. A chance to pick some local herbs and become one with nature! Next stop is NEAPOLIS where we will take free time for soft drinks or coffee . We have the opportunity to take amazing photos and then continue to explore beautiful parts of the off road route, ending up for a swim in the crystal clear waters of beach in Sisi! After our swim we will have lunch in a traditional tavern relaxing!!! We continue this adventure having fun on an amazing dynamic dusty-sandy off-road coastal route and through the narrow streets of the traditional village of Sisi. Having experienced an incredible Gocretesafari Quad Trip in Crete and having the opportunity to learn about the authentic Cretan life, we are sure that you will come back full of amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license with his ID card in physical form with him in order to participate in the tour (Provisional driving licenses are not accepted). Children over 11 years old can share the quad with an adult. The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license with his ID with him in order to participate in the tour. Comfortable closed shoes are mandatory for all participants to participate in the tour.

Quad Safari in Crete

Our adventure starts from our premises in Malia. After a safety briefing we start the trip heading the Minoa palace in Malia. As we pass through the palace and continue towards the village Sisi we will cross a  forest , pass through olive groves under the main road and continue up the mountains where we will have a great photo under the one of the biggest and the oldest (over than 800 years old) oak in the island. Then we continue to the village Vrahasi. The route snakes through the narrow village streets of Vrahasi and climbs steeply up towards the old Monastery of Agios Georgios Vrahasiotis.

The off-road track offers great opportunities for amazing photographs and breathtaking scenery . Every 30 minutes we will stop for photographs and a chance to change drivers. During this time, the guide will inform you about the places that you visit.

Our trip will continue through the village Latsida where the longest stop will be made for lunch in traditional tavern.

After eating and chatting, our trip is continuing to the village Neapoli where we visit Vasilakis olive factory where we have our friendly olive tour in award-winning Cretan olive press. After that our adventure will be complete but not over. We will go to village of Sisi in a beautiful beach for swimming and then we drive back to our base where our journey began.

Enjoy an exciting afternoon ride into the mountains of Milatos. Starting point of the 3-hour quad tour is Sissi (also Sisi) on the north coast. At the meeting point you will get to know the tour guides and familiarise yourself with the quads. After the briefing we start our quad safari into the hinterland, our destination are the mountains of Milatos and a special viewpoint where we will stop for a small photo session. The gorge of Frathias - the second stop on our quad safari through the north of Crete - is at least as scenic. With Neapolis, we reach civilisation halfway again and visit an olive oil manufactory, where you can taste and also buy products if you wish. Finally, we return to Sissi.

Awesome quad bike safari through the mountains of crete starting in sissi.

Even for ATV beginners, this Crete Quad Safari through the mountains of Milatos is an unforgettable experience. The briefing at the beginning will prepare you well for this 3-hour adventure. Besides the magnificent scenery that awaits you south of Sissi, it is above all the intensive driving part that makes the afternoon excursion on the quad bike a pleasure. The guides, who accompany you in a friendly and safe manner and provide some entertainment and information along the way, always play a part in a great tour. If you want to get away from the tourist crowds on Crete, quad biking takes you to the rural side of the island. Our route is unique and peppered with magnificent viewpoints and interesting stops

The quad bike safari through Crete's mountains starts in the popular holiday resort of Sissi on the north coast and leads directly into the mountains of Milatos - also known for some of the most beautiful caves on the island. No less impressive is the gorge of Frathias, where we plan another photo stop. If you want to get closer to the land and the people of Crete, you can't avoid the local products - because both are part of the island's specialities. We will visit the Vassilakis oil factory (one of the best on the island) and, if desired, take part in a small guided tour of the production. At the end of this Crete Quad Safari, we will let the impressions sink in, before returning to Sissi by quad bike.

Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. Attention: reservation is required! The reservation can be made through sunbonoo as part of the booking process or later by contacting the tour operator directly via phone or email.

Starting at the Peninsula Hotel and Spa in Agia Pelagia, we give you a theoretical introduction and a small driving practise, before we take the adventure in our hands and the quads on the road.

Lonely tracks away from main traffic and in the midst of the most beautiful nature take you to a beautiful cliff path along the sea and later into the heights of Achlada.

Here we enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding area, before we continue to the long time ago and abruptly abandoned ghost village of Achlada. Find out more about the background of the village, the ancient and traditional Cretan way of life and share a special personal moment with the three last and only inhabitants of this village.  Enjoy a drive and a walk through this village which is not accessible by any other means.

We continue, beginning in the heights of Achlada, passing in between the mountains in breathtaking natural surroundings to Fodele, a traditional Cretan village, which is also called the village of the oranges and is the birthplace of the famous painter ‘El Greco’. Here you can explore Crete’s culture and marvel at its local handicrafts. Time for some shopping or a visit of the museum or its orthodox churches is of course considered.

For those of you who like it relaxed there is the possibility to enjoy a freshly squeezed orange juice from the local oranges in the calm.

Fodele is not only known as the birthplace of El Greco and its great number of orange trees but also for its traditional handicrafts

A tour in the early evening hours takes you through beautiful nature, breathtaking view-points and lets you enjoy the fresh evening breeze. 

This tour takes you to the heights of Rogdia. In Rogdia you have the possibility to visit the 16th century tower of Modino. 

From there on you continue to Achlada to visit the mysterious ghost village. After a short guided tour in this village you carry on to a traditional cafe where we offer you a free tasting of home made local jam, honey and olive oil whilst you enjoy a breathtaking view and  the sun setting into the sea between the mountains. 

By 21:00 we have returned to our premises, Please note that according to the season arrival and departure times may vary.

Malia Quad Safari starts from our premises in Malia. After a safety briefing, we start the trip heading to the Minoa palace in Malia Crete. As we pass through the palace and continue towards the village Sissi we will cross a forest, pass through olive groves under the main road and continue up the mountains where we will have a great photo under one of the biggest and the oldest (over 800 years old) oak in the island. Then we continue to the village Vrachasi. The route snakes through the narrow village streets of Vrachasi and climbs steeply up towards the old Monastery of Agios Georgios Vrachasiotis.

Overview: Malia Quad Safari: The off-road track offers great opportunities for amazing photographs and breathtaking scenery. Every 30 minutes we will stop for photographs and a chance to change drivers. During this time, the guide will inform you about the places that you visit.

Our trip will continue through the village Latsida where the longest stop will be made for lunch in a traditional tavern.

After eating and chatting, our trip is continuing to the village Neapoli where we visit Vasilakis olive factory where we have our friendly olive tour in the award-winning Cretan olive press. After that our adventure will be complete but not over. We will go to the village of Sisi on a beautiful beach for swimming and then we drive back to our base where our journey began.

Off-Road Quad Safari Tours in Crete!

Let’s start by heading uphill through an off-road path surrounded by olive groves to reach the Chapel of the Prophet Elias. There, we will take in the breathtaking panoramic views.

Next, we’ll hit the off-road trail again and traverse a lush landscape filled with vibrant colors as we safari through the vineyards and olive forest, immersing ourselves in the stunning beauty of Crete.

We will then visit a local olive oil factory and learn the process of extracting olive oil. And, of course, we’ll finish with a delightful tasting session!

As we continue our safari tour we will drive our Quads through the narrow streets of the beautiful villages until we reach the traditional village of Sissi, a peaceful escape from our safari tour. Take a walk, relax, or swim! Recharge before continuing our adventure!
