We stayed here 1 1/2 days here it was busy but very nice staff , cautious and showered were clean and large loved our stay .We sure will be coming to stay at this TA next time we're up here for sure .

So the last four times I have been to this location?! They never had any milk of any kind, Coke Zero, or ice. And to top it off? They never have any plastic bags to take what you do end up buying out of this crappy of a tuck stop! No joke! This has to be the worst of all TA's and Petro's in the United States! Trust me, there's some really shitty ones out there! It's nasty and there are no real driver conveniences other than nasty deli food! There is NO Restaurants or fast food in side at all! As well, maybe something they call showers and restrooms that look like it came out of a horror flick! Great location for a making of a horror film I think! The parking lot is extremely dark and dangerous because it's not level! The two nights I ended up having to stay here? I ended up having the total of five knocks on my door in the middle of the night! none of them were even lot lizards? All looking for a free handout or drugs! This travel Plaza needs to be shut down and put out of business or a lot of money dumped into it to revamp the whole thing! They're extremely high priced greedy with what shitty products they have! They really don't care about the Driver other than the money that they bring in! But TA has never been known to be for the driver! Since the early 90s TA has been known to be the crappist truckstops in America! It's sad that none of the competition has opened anything nearby to take the business away from them! Hint hint! "Loves?" I really hope that British Petroleum can sets a better standard for this company? But boy they have their work cut out for them! But I'm not getting my hopes up! If your a family and looking to stop in here? Don't unless you want something to jump on your family that you can't get ride of? FYI! Just don't at night for these safety as well! To dangerous even for drivers!

I took my truck, just a box truck to do express oil change. First the supervisor directed a trainee to enter it as rapid oil change which apparently means something else. When her shift was over, another lady came in and directed the trainee to enter it as express oil change. Now, I asked for express because I did not have much time to wait as I already had a load to deliver in LA, CA. It took 3 sold hrs for the technician to finish the express oil change, not because it takes that long, but because the technician was jumping from here to there and for sure did not know what he was doing. When I was told he is done, he had only changed 2 filters, the Freightliner box truck has 3 filters. He went back to change one more. When that was done, the vehicle could not start, apparently he had not done something right, another senior technician came and corrected him and the vehicle started. When I went to pay the bill, there were 3 steps of oil change that I should have seen and should ask the technician to show me if I did not see him doing. I approved the bill, thinking I will go to the technician and he would show them to me when I'm taking out the truck. When that time came and I asked him, he replied with an attitude, "now what don't you see?" I told him never mind; I did not want to lose any more time. Whatever he did to the truck I'm not so sure it was all fine because the truck brought on engine check lights which I had to drive with till i could find another repair shop. I tried to ask the senior technician, he told me they would go off after a short drive. I drove more than 300 miles when they're still on and had to truck the shop for another phase of repairs for the problem I did not have. Though the oil change was shoddy and took too long to finish which wasn't necessary, I was billed $551 compared to $365 that I had paid at Speedco previously moreover the speedco bill included greasing which my TA technician did not do as that would be another billable work. - Exuberantly charged, - for shoddy work, - got extra problems and had to pay for another repair services, - lost time and nearly missed my delivery appointment That is my experience with TA and tell me why I should ever go TA or advise anyone else to go there?

This is the worst TA truck in Colorado.I would give this place 00000000000000000000000000.0 of 10.the service lady is setting on her phone all the time and when I tried to speak to he she would act like I work for her. And the Mechanic man He would be smoking during work and he has attitude.I had appointment at 2:00am just for oil service and it took them almost 5 hours to get it done.please let's try to show these people that they work for as not the opposite.

Very sad to have stopped at the Burger King at this location and find out that the 8 nuggets cost over $5.00 I mean not a meal JUST NUGGETS!!!!! This would and does actually cost $1.49 at every Burger King that I have been to BUT because they are owned by TA they can over charge everyone!!!! What pisses me of the most is it is a truck stop and they are really spreading everything that those guys do for our country by OVERCHARGING them!!!! WTG TA!!!! Won't be back EVER!!!!

Coffee was good and I got a clean shower. The ladies in the shower area were very polite and helped me figure out where to go. I also bought the Verizon portable internet box at the Verizon store there and the employee (Brian, I believe) was very helpful. $12 down to walk out with the box and then $103 every month for 150 Gigabytes. I have spectrum for a phone provider and it's very spotty, so the portable box will come in handy when I don't get service or run out of data for my phone.

this is the worst mechanic store in Colorado. they don't know how to do their job AND refuse to fix it after they fuck up your truck. whatever you do, DO NOT give them your money.

TA Truck Service staff are unorganized and rude because of it. They all will sit at the desk and do absolutely nothing and still not answer the phones while the mechanics & attendants "on 1/30/23" helped 1customer while phone was ringing and others were in line. Then when I explained that I received a call they stated that they are no longer here so too bad. It'll be a long wait even though someone already reached out saying to come to the shop. Very rude!!!! Glad I walked In instead of pulling my 80ft truck out of its spot. Too cold to not answer the phone as well, that could have been easily said via phone if either of them would have bothered to answer. Then they want to have an attitude when asked for clarity. Disgusting customer service, more like lack of it. Wish I could give no stars for their shop. They store/fuel/ and restaurants customer service is amazing though!!! Truck service needs new management ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

They have the most unprofessional people working as mechanic with little knowledge of basic truck issues. Got a PM don't there and truck broke down 4hrs later. 3 days later, truck completely down from the PM on my truck... Take you tractor anywhere else's but there..

Just Bad, the smell of weed on your lazy employees is enough to make someone sick. The store is just nasty. Do better for the Truck Drivers that come in and out of there, the coffee station was empty and the employee was just sitting behind the service desk to stoned to care. Do better for your Truck Drivers.

Hydroxicity.

This place is absolutely disgusting! People working here are generally nice and pleasant to speak with but truckers park all over the place, the prices are outrageous, and the place is completely un-kept. Most other places are a better option! You can't even find a place to sit thats not covered in filth!

Center has become pretty bare. People in their cars literally smoking crack and doing heroin. Not the centers fault and at least they were outside, but the safety concern is huge.

I am saddened to see so many sit down restaurants closed because of corporate measures. I don't know the full reasoning behind this but I am really tired of all of the big three taking away seating areas to have a sit down meal. It's all about the big dollar. Shame on you. There will be a day of reckoning coming to you all very soon.

I called and was told I'd have to pay for reserved parking if I want to get repairs done here, regardless of whether it's a quick repair or not. Why not let paying customers just pay for the repair job, if that's all they need? I don't want to sleep at this TA anyways if I don't have to.Edit: The shop forgot to notify me that my truck was done. When I finally asked and was told it was done, all reserved spots were occupied, even though I had paid to reserve a spot. And I have no hours to drive anywhere now after the repair took so long.

I’ve been to city dumps with less trash all over the place than the parking lot here. 3/4 of the spaces are paid and half the ones that aren’t are blocked by the Blue Beacon traffic for most of the day.The food here is overpriced for only being able to describe it as “edible” without lying.Didn’t use the shop, won’t use a TA shop. That isn’t this specific shop’s fault.At least the people inside weren’t rude which, for TA, is going above and beyond. It’s the whole reason for this review and the single star, otherwise this business met my expectations in every way which doesn’t get a review.This place looks like any review over the minimum allowed “1 star” was a paid review.

Went to wash clothes at their laundry facilities. Place is jammed up with users, and find out it's all the employees doing their laundry and not other drivers using all the washers and dryers. IDK, just seems a bit messed up.

About 90 % is paid parking its always full even at 11 am like these drivers dont like to work around here.. drivers sleeping in the lounge area.. its always smelly in the bathrooms wouldnt stay here longer than i have too.. came here 3 times. Only good thing is the workers are nice and the restaurant food is good.

I drove to this truck stop after having been awake for over 24 hours. I had fallen right asleep only to have a patrol person pounding on my truck to pay for a reserved spot. I paid the first time and tried to go back to sleep. After another 2 hours, he pounds at the door again, demanding payment. I tell him I already paid. I tried to give him my reservation number, and he just stormed off while telling me to have a better ATTITUDE about the situation. Uh, sir, how would your ATTITUDE be after being rudely awakened twice from your much needed sleep? Especially after you just paid for your reserved parking spot? Pay attention next time.

This truck stop is OK. Most of the parking spots are for paid reservations. Space is tight. Not many parking spots are available even during the day, completely full at night. Not very clean in and out. Water is more expensive than diesel. What's going on?

You guys deserve a 000000000000 star.. Imagine waiting for 16 hours to get an oil change and finally you I called to come in to get the oil change only for you to wait for another 4 hours at the door and then late be informed that they're short on staff and they will come you when they have staff members available. I can get anything done at this location ?or even recommend this location ? to anyone. The staff are very rude, have no communication skills or any respect for their customers.

Apparently nobody works in the shop. Waited 6 hours and was told to pull to the back of bay 5 where there was nobody. Usually they have someone there to guide you in to make sure you’re straight or they want you to stop in a specific spot. But not here. Everyone else ignores you. Just a terrible place overall

This place has so much potential. The restaurants were dirty, no clean tables, trash was overflowing and the floors had not been swept or mopped since Moses parted the seas. Locals are doing their laundry and showering here which make wait times for showers over "277" minutes. Yes, that is exactly what the app said. Parking...yeah good luck. I got here at 11 am and only saw a handful of regular spots l. Get here early or be prepared to pay. Employees at All restaurants and the TA side don't do anything but stand there and could care less about the store or their job. The new generation I guess, Lazy and high .
