Our tiki boats are a thatch-covered floating tiki boat with bar and bench seating. Our vessels are perfect for your next trip out on the water. Just book your tickets, get your group, climb aboard and drift away with us!

When you book a tour with us, you will be chartered around the water for 75 minutes on a tour. Enjoy a ride around the water while you sip on your favorite drink and listen to your favorite music!

From start to finish it was great. Our captain and his lovely first mate were so accommodating and sweet...and fun! We will be back soon!

It started with a concept we loved...

Floating tiki boats have taken over several lakes and waterways in recent years! Early on, our team was always very interested in getting 'on board' with the concept, and so we did. Most people in water towns and cities are familiar with the 'party on the water' and the adventure it brings visiting patrons. One of our owners decide to have a tiki made for personal enjoyment. He soon realized the roar and attention this was getting all over the lake. Knowing people were eager to experience this new style of boat chartering, the business was born.

Then, we started moving...

Our flagship location is on Lake George in upstate New York. Our first boats were six passenger octagon boats. Seeing immediate success our first season on the water, we were quickly on our way to building another boat to accomodate the stampede of people looking to get a tour. Within a couple seasons, we decided to design and build a larger tiki boat, one that can hold 12-14 people instead of hosting a tour for just 6. This was quite a game-changer for our business! It allowed us to attract all styles and sizes of gatherings.

And here we are now...

We have learned that by doubling the capacity of patrons we can invite on for a tour, our business has seen quite an up-kick in versatility. Bachelor/bachelorette events, birthday parties, corporate affairs, and so many more groups of people are looking to get away, get out on the water and have a great time! Tiki Tours Are Now Available on Saratoga Lake

Looking for a few hours on the water but don’t own a boat? Now, Lake George’s famous Tiki Tours has expanded to Saratoga Lake!

Tiki Tours holds about 12 passengers and, according to The Saratogian , can book a 75-minute tour traveling across Saratoga Lake. Guests can bring their own food and beverage since they’re not provided on the tour while utilizing the coolers already on board.

The Tiki Tours owners, Anthony Ali and Greg Teresi, opened their sister company, Capital City Cycle Tours, in Saratoga Springs last year, adding to their locations in Schenectady, Albany, and Troy.

New York state-certified captains run the boat and children are welcome. If you’d like to bring your dog, you must have a private charter and provide a personal flotation device for your pet. They also have Bluetooth speakers so you can provide the music of your choosing or plug in your mobile device.

There will be two boats on Lake George and one on Saratoga Lake this year.

You can reserve the whole boat for special occasions. If you want to go out for double the time, you can book two time slots but if you want to stay out all day, you must book the entire boat. Tiki Tours start at $60 per person and operate seven days a week. They have special $75 tours for fireworks. Book a tour through their website – http://www.thetikitours.com

Tiki Tours celebrates expansion on Saratoga Lake

The company now has boat tours on both Lake George and Saratoga Lake.

The Tiki boat holds 12 passengers and guests can book a 75-minute boat tour that travels across Saratoga Lake. Guests can bring their own refreshments, drinks and food to enjoy while the boat tours and there are coolers for storing the food and drinks.

The Tiki Tours owners, Anthony Ali and Greg Teresi, opened their sister company, Capital City Cycle Tours, in Saratoga Springs last year. Capital City Cycle Tours are located in Troy, Albany, Schenectady, and Saratoga Springs.

“We’ve been on Lake George for sometime now and a lot goes on in Saratoga and there’s a lot going on at the lake so we wanted to move in here,” Ali said. “It gives people a way to experience the lake without having to rent a boat.”

While explaining what the Tiki Tour is, Ali noted, “It’s a slow, intimate ride around the lake. It’s a Bring-Your-Own so we have a cooler with ice that people can bring their own refreshments, drinks, food, and things like that. It’s very unique and a different experience that you’ll get on the water and spend some time.”

The Tiki Tours boats always have a New York state-certified captain to run the boat while the tour is going on. Children are welcome on the boat tours and if you would like to bring your dog, you must have a private charter and the dog has to have a personal flotation device.

On the boat tours, there is music and there are bluetooth-capable stereo systems on the boat that can sync to your phone so that you can listen to your own choice of music while on the tour.

Ali and Teresi have been operating the Tiki Tours for a total of five years on Lake George and it’s their first season on Saratoga Lake. This season, there will be two tour boats on Lake George and one on Saratoga Lake.

When speaking about how the Tiki Tours have been received so far, Ali said, “It’s great, we get a lot of returning customers. People enjoy it.”

Along with the regularly scheduled tours, customers can also reserve the whole tiki boat for special occasion rides. Groups often book the tours for events such as birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding rehearsal parties or corporate events.

Each time, customers can book up to two-time slots if they wish to go for double the amount of time, but if customers want to stay out on the water all day, then they must book the entire boat of twelve seats.

The Tiki Tours Saratoga Springs start at $60 per person and can be reserved online through the company’s website. Additionally, the boat tours operate seven days a week and are a fun, relaxing way to enjoy the water of Saratoga Lake without any worry.

We planned a Tiki Tour for sunset for our friends bachelorette weekend and I am so happy that we planned this! The staff was amazing and so much fun, Tony our captain was a gem and was ready to party with us and the deckhand was also a blast. The boat took off from the dock in the heart of town and we were off on a beautiful 75 min ride. I highly recommend the sunset sail at 8pm it was absolutely beautiful to see the sunset on the lake. The music was going the drinks were flowing and the fun was just getting started. I like that you are in control of the music so the experience was really customized to your liking. You are responsible for your drinks and food which is also a plus in my eyes for really being able to control the experience. We were joined by another bachelorette party that was super fun and we really enjoyed mingling with the other girls and ultimately had one big bachelorette party on the water! We had a conga line that the captain Tony even took part in! I will absolutely come back and do this again!

We recently went on Tiki Tours on Saratoga Lake. It was a great time and we had a beautiful afternoon to go. The boat was nice and it was clean. It ran smoothly. Carson and Logan are 2 very personable young men. We brought our own drinks and played our own music on the boat's Bluetooth system. Overall very enjoyable and highly recommend. One piece of advice when entering Lee's Park follow the Tiki Tour Boat signs. You have to go thru a summer park and it is not that easy to find where the boat docks.

We had a excellent time on the tiki tour for my bachelorette party on Saturday at 6:00 on Saratoga Lake. I've always seen the tiki tour go by and so glad we finally booked it. Our captains were friendly and even sang us a round of the song wagon wheel karaoke. We loved having the option of karaoke if we felt like it. Only downside was the bathroom wasn't working, luckily no one has to use it and it's a short tour. I would love to bring my family and fiancé back for a spin on the tiki tour again

We booked a Tiki Tour on Lake George for my friend's bachelorette party (group of 9) and we loved it! Our captain was funny and personable, and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. He stopped the boat at the perfect location for photos. There's also a bathroom on board which is a nice perk if you're drinking. We got stuck in rain storm at the tail end of our trip, and got soaked but we made the best of it and the captain let us stay on board a little longer until everything cleared. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend!

Views from the boat

This is an absolute must when visiting Lake George. First, the captain and crew, the OG and Eve, are amazing. Eve is super run and outgoing and is just ready to party. The views are amazing and if you're interested in local history, they have all the information. If you'd rather just sit back and relax and enjoy the views, they are there for that as well. We went twice during our stay, thats how amazing it was. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Tiki Tours. We had a great time cruising Lake George with Captain OG and Evy. They were so energetic, friendly, an fun. They played great music and shared tidbits about Lake George. The cruise is BYOB. I can't wait cruise again!

I wish I could leave more stars!! If you are in Lake George, this is a must. My best friend and I walked on this boat with 10 "strangers" 15 minutes into the tour, we were friends singing Abba and sharing drinks!! Rowan and Captain Will were just as awesome!! See you next year guys!!

Four of us were considering trying to rent a boat on Lake George for an hour or two. Then we were reminded of the Tiki boat that we had seen cruising around on the lake. We opted to take a Tiki Tour instead of renting a boat - it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. Capt "OG" and Eve were great hosts, and the tour of the lake was subtle but interesting. They also had some really good tunes going. Take the work out of renting - take a Tiki Tour!

We booked the Tiki Tour for a bachelorette party and it was awesome! The captain made sure we had a fun time and offered to be our photographer. I would recommend booking for any large group, or even just a nice cruise!

My sisters and myself had a girls weekend and we loved the tiki cruise on Lake George for a couple of reasons there's a maximum of 12 people love that, very clean, the ship captain and the deckhand were fabulous loved Anthony he's the best in the land and can't wait to do it again. Also no it's BYO and you can bring cheese crackers and any snacks you want as well

The sunset cruise was totally awesome...it was almost like we were into the sunset!

Captain Nate took us to see the dolphins and the were swimming all over in front of the tiki as we were cruising...amazing pictures!

We felt like movie stars...all the boaters and people along the shore were taking our pictures and cheering...what an incredible time!
