This was the worst experience for 2 families traveling to Spain. We booked a two week itinerary six months in advance using Lounge Couture President Tiffany Bowne Who is affiliated with all star travel group. I will now break down the day by day experiences we had due to the ineffectiveness of this travel company not being able to book things accordingly even though they were paid in advance a large sum of money. Day 1 upon arrival to Barcelona we were booked in a hotel deep in the Gothic center, group of 11 traveling with Seven children. We were dropped off on the corner of the street by the transport guy telling us someone from the hotel would pick us up. No one showed up for 20 minutes eventually we and the kids drag the bags up the hill through the Gothic city over broken pavement to the hotel. You would figure this company would know not to book a hotel in this location when you're traveling with children and the access to the hotel is impossible. Day 3 travelled to Ibiza booked in hotel which was not close to the airport or main city and far away with a cold pool (not heated), and restrictive rules on using the spa for the kids. This location was too far from the center of the town not allowing us to enjoy most of Ibiza and the restrictive rules did not allow the kids to have a good time or use the amenities. Again you would figure this company would recognize this group of 11 with seven children, their needs differ from others. Obviously this company has no experience booking any travel and just randomly picks things. Day number six we traveled from Ibiza to Malaga and had tours scheduled the entire week through this company. One of the first tours that were booked was to Granada Spain. This company was aware that we were staying in a city called Zahara deep in South Spain and booked a tour to a city 3 hours and 45 minutes away for us to travel to. Prior to our travel several months before I contacted Tiffany regarding this and advised her to please change the tour or cancel the tour as it was difficult for a group of 11 with seven children to travel by car 3 1/2 hours to another location for a tour. She advised me that the tour was nonrefundable and she can do anything for me. You would figure this company would recognize booking tours this far away is problematic. Nevertheless we made the travel and several days later we had another tour scheduled three hours away in another city called Ronda Which we could not make. We lost significant euros for this and Tiffany would not refund any of the charges or give us credit. On Monday, June 17 we had a flight from Malaga to Madrid which Tiffany had booked but did not purchase luggage for us which costs significantly more at the counter compared to prior purchase. When I contacted her regarding this she never answered my email. The hotel booked in Madrid was nice but only three rooms were booked each room with a king bed and a single bed. I contacted Tiffany several days in advance regarding this booking as it did not fit 11 human beings. Her response was passive aggressive and totally inappropriate. We had to scramble and book an extra room ourselves and again pay significant more dollars upon arrival to Madrid. We had booked the tour to the royal palace in Madrid several months in advance but this was canceled just prior to arrival stating that the Royal Palace was not available. Again they would not refund any of the costs back to us and offered us another tour which we did not want to take but had to take since we had already paid for this. It is obvious that Tiffany Bowne, Lounge Couture and Allstar Travel Group have no real experience booking travel for large groups or groups with children. I do not recommend this company at all, I traveled myself to Paris for two weeks booked all my travel myself including sightseeing tours and did not experience anything like this at a cost of $8000. Do yourself a favor, do the research and book the travel yourself to not use this Company or Tiffany Bowne at all.

How Does It Work?

When you use AST's online booking system, your vehicle is confirmed with one of our major car suppliers. Upon confirmation, you receive an email that has your prepaid car rental voucher, which contains all of the information you will need to pick up the vehicle (if you do not receive this email be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes it maybe filtered by your email system). You then will pick up the car from the car rental supplier listed on your voucher.

TIP: We have had customers contact us looking for All Star Travel, but then realize that it is actually printed on their voucher as Dollar, Alamo, Hertz, or some other brand.
