TRANSPORTATION

For only $150, we will take you and your group on a round trip from your hotel to the tour and back to your hotel. this offer is only valid for the miami area..

Round Trip private transportation service from and back to your hotel additional cost, 150 USD from 1 to 10 people. New safe units, Certified and federal licenced drivers, A/C for the comfort of our visitors (adventurers). *hotel pick-up saves you the hassle of a meeting point (when ever possible).

BASIC OPERATION RULES

• Only adult riders who have signed the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability.
• A helmet must be worn at all times while operating or riding in an ATV/UTV.
• Obey all posted signs. Do not ride faster than posted speed limits.
• Do not tow other ATVs/UTVs or other vehicles.
• Do not participate in any race or other contest involving ATVs/UTVs or other vehicles.
• No alcohol consumption before or during use and possession of rented ATV/UTV or other vehicle and equipment.
• Avoid contact with wildlife, and keep a safe viewing distance.
• Do not operate any ATV/UTV or other vehicle in a reckless or dangerous manner.
• Do not ride outside designated trail areas. This includes areas posted DO NOT ENTER or posted Private Property.
• Ride at your current skill level. Don’t push your limit. Be careful!
• Watch out for trees, debris and drop-offs. Be very careful!
• Be aware of other riders and vehicles. Slow down when approaching a blind corner.
• Vehicles are to be returned on time or additional fees will be charged.

ATV Rental All ATVS require two separate payments. A deposit upfront to secure your spot & a rental fee upon arrival. 8 ATVS max per party. Each ATV can hold upto 2 people max. (weight limit is 500 lbs)

$100 Security deposit (per ATV) which will be returned within 3 business days after your ride as long as you do not flip or damage ATV. This will secure your spot 100% since we sell on weeks in advance sometimes. If you miss or cancel your appointment the security deposit is non refundable. Rental fee per ATV

How to Book:

• Reservations are required for all of our experiences.
• We require a partial payment of $50 per ATV to book. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit of $100 per ATV at check-in. This deposit is refunded back to you if there are not damages to the equipment, and if all the rules were followed.
• Failure to follow the rules, or damage any of our equipment will result in not getting back the security deposit.

Additional Information:

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Check-in is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• You will be required to complete a liability waiver during the check-in process.
• We require a $100 security deposit PER ATV at the time of check-in. In case of any damage to the ATV by the client, this deposit will be used. If there are no damages, and all rules and regulations are followed the deposit will be refundable.
• Must provide a Photo ID and matching card used to make the reservation.
• Must be 16 years or older with a valid drivers license to drive our ATV’s.
• Weight capacity is 300 lbs per ATV.
• Helmet and goggles must be worn during the tour.

Rules & Regulations:

• The helmet must be worn at all times.
• All guests must stay together, and follow your guide.
• Reckless driving, sliding, speeding, and donuts are strictly prohibited.
• No passing other ATV’s
• Hard turns on corners are not permitted as this will cause the bike to flip.
• Speeding over puddles is not permitted. This will easily cause you to slide/drift and flip or fall off the bike.
• Children under 16 years of age will not be able to drive an ATV.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your scheduled tour date.

If safety rules & policies are not followed deposit will be loss.

Cancellation Policy:

• For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued if you’re late to the check-in time, or no shows.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• The tour goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spots or get a refund.

My husband and I did this excursion yesterday, and I'm so glad we did it! We found out about this experience a few days while walking around Art Deco south beach. They had a representative explaining to tourists in the area about the service. It's a bit of a drive from the beach, but so worth it!!

We booked the ATVs rentals for my bachelorette party. They picked us up from our hotel by the airport, and drive us down to the meeting point. The transportation is not included in their rate, so we had to book it separate but it's definitely worth it. We had the best tour guide (Juan), he kept us all safe and laughing the entire time. It had actually rained the day before so we actually got to get the mudding experience. Such a cool thing to do in Miami. Highly recommend.

BASIC OPERATION RULES

Only adult riders who have signed the rental agreement and waiver of liability., do not operate any atv/utv or other vehicle in a reckless or dangerous manner., a helmet must be worn at all times while operating or riding in an atv/utv., do not ride outside designated trail areas. this includes areas posted do not enter or posted private property., obey all posted signs. do not ride faster than posted speed limits., ride at your current skill level. don't push your limit. be careful, do not tow other atvs/utvs or other vehicles., watch out for trees, debris and drop-offs. be very careful, do not participate in any race or other contest involving atvs/utvs or other vehicles., be aware of other riders and vehicles. slow down when approaching a blind corner., no alcohol consumption before or during use and possession of rented atv/utv or other vehicle and equipment., vehicles are to be returned on time or additional fees will be charged., avoid contact with wildlife, and keep a safe viewing distance..

We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt are also recommended to protect your skin from scratches and sunburn. Helmets will be provided. 

No prior experience is necessary, as our professional guides will provide instructions and safety guidelines before the tour. However, riders must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. 

Our tours can accommodate up to 15 people per group, but larger groups can be accommodated with advanced notice.

Our tours are rain or shine, as long as weather conditions are safe for riding. In the event of severe weather, we may need to reschedule the tour for a later date. 

Yes, all tours require you to arrive 15 minutes early. Arriving early allows us to ensure a smooth check-in process and helps us stay on schedule. It also gives you ample time to get acquainted with the surroundings, use any necessary facilities, and prepare yourself for the tour. Arriving early is particularly important if there are any specific instructions or safety briefings that need to be covered before the tour begins.

• For security purposes, the cardholder must be present. The credit card used for the purchase and a valid form of identification must match and be presented before the tour starts. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity or unauthorized card use, and there are no exceptions.

• We kindly request that you arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Please be aware that failure to arrive on time may result in a late fee being charged. Additionally, please note that arriving late does not guarantee your participation in the tour.
• Kindly note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
• Please be advised that a 7% tax will be added to the total amount when making your reservation.
• Please be aware that we retain the right to impose a 5% processing and administration fee for all cancellations.
• All clients are required to present the credit card used for the purchase transaction upon arrival for the ATV tour.

How It Works When You Get To South Florida Offroad Adventures

• You’ll submit payment for the tour.
• We’ll give you safety equipment (helmet and safety goggles).
• You’ll review and sign the rental agreement.
• We’ll begin with a test drive and safety briefing so that you become familiar with the Atv or Buggy to go on your adventure.
• During our tour, the guide will make some stops to take photos, enjoy the landscape and keep you hydrated.
