My parents purchased their hotel stay and spa package at Karlavy Vari, Chech Republic through Glavs Travel Agency. The agency did notify my parents that the hotel had a fire three months prior to their stay and the pool and aquatic procedures of the hotel are not available during their stay in September of 2017. My parents specifically picked this hotel for their spa services as they have stairs there before. After they arrived, the travel agency told them that they may use a pool at a different hotel; however, that is not what the local representative told them. They were only limited to a one visit to a different hotel's pool. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I traveled to Japan with Glavs agency in April of 2018. Very well organized trip. Starting with attentive Brooklyn agents and finishing with the amount of places seen. Air tickets were booked in advance for a good price, hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto were centrally located and comfortable. Breakfasts were provided. Guides in Japan were knowledgeable and helpful. Each day was filled up to the rim with amazing places to visit. Bus was comfortable, places to eat were abundant. Detailed information was given to travelers by NYC agency with contact numbers, exact plans for each day and even with a few cultural tips and trivia. I would like to say thank you, and to recommend Glavs travel agency to others.

My family and I have been using Glavs travel since 2010. Angela is usually the one who takes care of us and she is amazing! She's very good about understanding our interests and recommending tours she thinks we would enjoy. So far every trip she has recommended has been fantastic! Very easy to get in touch with and always available to help with any concerns we may have! Would definitely recommend!!

I purchased a 6 day bus trip for my parents from NY to Canada in February. The trip was to take place in June. The day before the trip was scheduled to start, I received a call and was told that they could not get a big comfortable tour bus ( as promised) and instead they will be providing a van. My senior parents were in the very back row of a van for 6 days, squished against hot windows, unable to stretch. The company did not offer any discounts or remedies. Will not use again.
