I called into the store on the 2nd May and was invited to sit with Lauren. I explained what we wanted flights only to Alicante for 15 days. Lauren expertly found a few possibilities. Explaining fully the in's and out's. I asked for a print out of the chosen information to take home. I returned to the store on the 3rd May and was seen by Kareen. She booked our flights and answered my questions about flying as we have not flown for a few years. Kareen produced the document's and explained the Gold Insurance I also purchased and I paid for the flights. My experience at Hays was very pleasant , friendly and professional. A grand job done well. Thank you

Outstanding Service from Meadowhall :-)

I've not used a travel agent for years, (there aren't any near us!), but Hays in Meadowhall is definitely my go-to now! I called in by chance after passing their shop and I'm so pleased I did. Sue was so helpful and knowledgeable, there wasn't anything that was too much trouble for her, but not in the slightest bit pushy! We couldn't book our cruise straight away, as we were planning to go with friends, so I rang back a couple of times with extra queries and received the same fabulous service. When I did ring to book, Sue wasn't available, but Michelle offered to get the ball rolling and again, 10/10 for customer service and professionalism. Well done Hays.... it's lovely to see that Customer Service is still a priority for some companies!

Whenever we want to book a travel…

Whenever we want to book a travel experience we always go to Hays at Meadowhall. We usually see Sue Moxon who knows our needs very well. As we have known her for almost 20 years we have become good friends. We use the shop quite a lot so know quite a few of the staff and they are always very helpful. A nice touch is that we are offered coffee if we are there any length of time. Highly recommend them.

Booked holiday with Caitlin at Meadowhall store what a lovely young lady very helpful warm friendly. I’ve always booked with tui, but decided to try hays travel. It was smooth and efficient no problems. Just a nice calm experience, I would book again with hays travel

It was the first time at Hays travel. We were impressed with Bethany after we told her where we would like to stay. Bethany told us one of the pools was being retiled and there would a little noise and would we like to change hotels. My wife thought it was a nice touch that after booking our plane seats Bethany gave her seat A. Bethany made booking our holiday easy and straightforward.

We've never done a cruise before, very pleasant experience

We've never done a cruise before. Caitlin ( at Meadowhall ) was so helpful pointing out that the one that we'd been told to go on wasn't designed for a family or to accommodate children, it was primarily for adults. Caitlin assisted us in every aspect, ensuring that were possible that all aspects of the booking was what we wanted, ie: correct cruise/ship, drinks package and gratuities were included and what we wanted. The new shop was nice, spacious and felt private. Thank you Caitlin for your endeavours it was greatly appreciated.

Great sevice

We went into the branch not looking to book that day but to get an idea in price for a holiday next year. However, Jason who looked after us helped us find the ideal hotel on the island we wanted. He listened to everything we said and was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Hays to others because of this.
