Great experience great agent.

From start to finish our booking went smoothly. Gave our dates we would like to cruise and approx itinerary. Came back with perfect cruise. The agent was brilliant went through each step thoroughly,also gave us extra advice. in our branch of hays they make you feel at ease,plenty of knowledge. To which we have now with this latest got 3 cruises booked .now looking for another Wife now wants to go on an Asian cruise.

Great service. They make booking a holiday very easy.

So much easier than wading through the internet/brochures yourself. The whole process was simple and very pleasant with everything clearly explained and our needs well met. Will definitely use again.

Becca was a delight to do business…

Becca was a delight to do business with. She listened to all my wishes and concerns and did multiple searches to find flights that suited my needs perfectly. She was very patient with all my questions and changes of date options. She helped me load the money app to my phone, and made sure I understood how to use it before I left the shop. The whole team were very friendly and approachable everytime we were in the store, and I came away feeling looked after and confident I had my trip all sorted. Would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful staff

Extremely helpful staff, both on the phone and in store. Good at answering queries and coming back with information. Also useful that brochures are still available so you don't need to look at everything on-line. Staff did utmost to get us the best possible deal on our holiday. Would definitely book through Hays Travel again.

Cyprus here we come!

We were unsure where to go for our holiday and Charlotte was brilliant, asking the right questions and being incredibly patient with us. She was so knowledgeable about what pitfalls to look out for and checking the weather in different regions of the med so we got the hottest location possible but not too far away! It was great to be able to arrange everything in one go - a one stop shop! Perfect.

Hannah was a lovely helpfully young lady ,very professional, didn't mind answering any questions, and looking at all the options. Just all around so lovely and kind. Nothing was ever too much, we kept changing our minds and they were always happy to help and kept re doing the quotes until we were happy. Friendly and kind customer service. Mostly dealt with Becca but all the staff I spoke to were always happy to help if they could. Second holiday booked with them and will continue booking with them in the future

Far easier than booking ourselves online.....

Paige was a lovely young lady who was so patient with our requests and gave us loads of advise. So very pleased we decided to go to an agent and not do our holiday on line (as we usually do)
