Amazing trip to Vietnam

We two couples had two amazing weeks in Vietnam. And for that I have to thank a lot, Ms. Sophie from Inside travel. She planed for us almost all the trip and everything was outstanding without any faults or problems. All our transfers and all our trips were on time with a super nice guides which had a lot of knowledge. We felt so secured .and free of worry all the time. During all our trip we had an instant connection with Ms. Sophie trough whats app She or other representatives of Inside travel were so caring and responsive all the time no matter what day or time it was. Ms Sophie planned us a grate track from Hanoi to Sapa to Hoi An. We loved the plan and also all the Accommodation that we had. Many thanks again Sophie

After spending many hours researching and scrolling through different cruises and websites, I decided to look at Inside travel and book my cruise through them. Having decided what cruise I wanted to go on (Signature Royal), I received confirmation from Sophie (an employee of Inside Travel). There was scheduled maintenance downtime on the exact boat I picked, but Sophie helped me rebook with another boat (Signature - highly recommend this boat!). I was one of those irritate customers who constantly asked questions and wanted everything confirmed, Sophie was happy to put my mind at ease and keep me fully informed. She was very friendly and even on the day of being picked up for the cruise, Sophie made contact with me (early on a Sunday morning!) to make sure I was picked up! I will be recommending all my friends and family to use Inside Travel and ask to deal with Sophie.

We booked the 1 night/2 day Hà Long bay cruise, all the staff on the cruise ship were very friendly and welcoming. The room was really nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed! Excursions were great fun and the food was incredible. Our trip was booked with Sophie, who was extremely friendly, she was happy to help with any questions and kept well in touch ensuring all went smoothly. We also did the food tour with Ms Thuan who was so lovely, a warm welcome at the start of the night and took us too some lovely hidden gems in Hanoi to experience some delicious Vietnamese dishes. She gave us lots of information regarding not only the dishes we ate but also about Vietnam. My husband and I really enjoyed the evening with the company of Ms Thuan and the other guests on our food tour. All the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend this trip!

Had a fantastic experience. We were traveling with a one year old baby and wanted to make sure that we would get Vegetarian food on board. All the questions and doubts very patiently clarified by Ms. Sophie. Very quick and clear responses not only during the booking but even during the trip made the booking process very easy. The cruise also exceeded expectations - big spacious rooms, wonderful crew, very neat arrangement for vegetarian food and hence would definitely recommend both Inside Travel and Era Cruise.

Very happy for having chosen INSIDE TRAVEL VIETNAM to book our Halong Bay Cruise trip. Ms Sophie, Inside Tavel Expert, proves to be very professional & caring. There has been a close follow up from Sophie from the moment we requested for a quote. She was accessible on WhattsApp even a Sunday evening, leaving us with peace of mind on this trip. We were quite fortunate to come back from our President Cruise on Wednesday afternoon. We’ve been able to join the complimentary Hanoi Food tour on same evening. The guide, Ms Thuan, comes on time for our pick up on scheduled time. The tour was very interesting and informative, thanks to the caring attitude of Ms Thuan, always smiling and giving details of the different food that we were led to discover and taste. We had booked Capella cruise through inside travel. We had an amazing experience. Sophie was our contact person & she was so patient, helpful & knowledgeable in guiding us to the correct tour. Inside travel have us good discounts & we could save on some money. The booking procedure was pretty simple. Coming onto the cruise, the experience was simply superb. Capella is a 5 star ship having all modern facilities. The shop is pretty huge & we stayed in the top most deck the sky suite. The reception, water & adventure activities, the buffet spread- everything is superb. The staff is super friendly & ready to go the extra mile to make the customers happy.

I had the pleasure of working with Sophie for my Hermes Ha Long Bay cruise planning! Everything was better than expected and completed with convenience from the bus transfer, the service and upgrade from Hermes.
