From L.A. to New York, LANY has expanded its reach to the global stage, amassing attention as a fresh take on modern pop music. From winning hearts through early bedroom pop hits "Made in Hollywood", "ILYSB", and "Good Girls", LANY showed growth and maturity in their highly-acclaimed 2020 album "Mama's Boy", and 2021 record "gg bb xx".

Formed in 2014 in Nashville, anonymously taking their shot into the scene by uploading two tracks "Hot Lights" and "Walk Away" to a SoundCloud account with no followers, LANY found themselves surprised as record labels came expressing interest through emails just after days of posting the two tracks, Klein saying they still don't know how they discovered their songs.

Soon after, they dropped their self-released debut EP "Acronyms" which featured their single "ILYSB" which became a talk of the town online, later on earning a Platinum certification from the RIAA. They also released their next singles "Made in Hollywood" and "Bad, Bad, Bad", finally revealing their identities.

From then on, LANY soon found themselves significantly growing their audience, touring alongside the likes of Tove Styrke, Troye Sivan, Halsey, John Mayer, and Ellie Goulding. They released their self-titled debut album in 2017 featuring hit tracks "Super Far", "Good Girls", and "13".

2018 marked the release of LANY's much-anticipated second studio record, "Malibu Nights". Soon after, they set foot on their first arena show in the Philippines, selling tickets out in just 24 hours. They returned to the country a year later in 2019, selling out three consecutive nights of arena shows in Manila.

"Malibu Nights" got hearts across the globe getting the 'feels' with its singles "Thru These Tears", "I Don't Wanna Love You Anymore", "Thick and Thin", "If You See Her", and "Malibu Nights".

In 2019, LANY dropped collaborations "Okay" with Julia Michaels, and "Mean It" with Lauv.

In the midst of a global pandemic, LANY kept fans company with two new studio records. 2020's highly-acclaimed "Mama's Boy" featured fan-favorites "Good Guys", "Cowboy in LA", and "You!". In 2021, they dropped their dance-synth driven record "gg bb xx" with its crowd-favorites "Stupid Feelings" with 220 Kid, "Roll Over Baby", and "Dancing in the Kitchen".

Just recently, LANY announced that keyboardist Les Priest was leaving the band "to focus on life as a writer/producer in Nashville". Moving forward as a duo, LANY remains true to its core of serving listeners synths to heart-fluttering tracks that could make you dance, fall in love, get the feels, or even shed a tear.

LANY is continuing their critically acclaimed A Beautiful Blur World Tour . Today (October 4), the band announced the North American leg of the tour, which is set to kick off early next year.

The tour comes in support of the band’s fifth studio album, A Beautiful Blur , and LANY is scheduled to play various venues throughout the US and Canada. Fans can register for a pre-sale via Seated , and will be able to purchase tickets beginning Tuesday, October 10. General on-sale begins Friday, October 13.

LANY is coming to a city near you! On Wednesday, October 4th, the multi-platinum pop-rock band announced the North American Leg of their a beautiful blur World Tour. Members Paul Jason Klien and Jake Clifford Goss will kick off the 30+ run at Raleight's The Rtiz on February 13th and will travel across the U.S. and Canada in March and April before concluding in New York at Hammerstein Ballroom on April 12th.

The Seated Registered Artist presale begins Tuesday October 10th at 10am through Thursday October 12th at 10pm local. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general onsale starting Friday October 13th at 12pm local. 

The tour is in support of their newly released fifth studio album a beautiful blur which features previously released singles “Love At First Fight,” “Alonica,” “XXL,” and “Home Is Where The Hurt Is.” LANY will be performing "XXL" on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight at 11:35/10:35c on abc.

The band is also included on the start-studded lineup for the 2023 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour . LANY will be hitting the Jingle Ball stages in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas on Tuesday, November 28th, and in Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Florida on Saturday, December 16th.

LANY Drops ‘A Beautiful Blur’ North American Tour Dates 

The pop-rockers of LANY are heading out on a massive tour across North America next year to support new music.

‘A Beautiful Blur” tour will kick-off in Raleigh on February 13, followed by gigs at Atlanta’s Coca Cola Roxy, the BOK Center in Tulsa, Seattle’s Paramount Theatre, and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. They’ll also appear in cities like Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Boston before wrapping-up at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on April 12.

a beautiful blur, the group’s fifth studio album, just dropped last month and features tracks “Love at First Fight” and “XXL.” Hailing from Los Angeles, the group first garnered attention with “ILYSB” and “Made In Hollywood” from their 2015 debut Make Out , followed by hits over the years like “Mean It” with Lauv, “I Quit Drinking” with Kelsea Ballerini, and “Never Mind, Let’s Break Up.”

Jordan B. Peterson, the Canadian psychologist and author, has amassed legions of fans through his lectures on YouTube, his best-selling books and his regular appearances on such outlets as Joe Rogan’s podcast. He rejects the “conservative” label most detractors use — by way of comments considered anti-LGBTQ (he was demonetized from YouTube for calling gender-affirming care a “Nazi medical experiment-level wrong”) and calling postmodernism “cultural Marxism” — and prefers to call himself a “traditionalist.” Peterson is scheduled to speak Tuesday, starting at 7:30 p.m., at Delta Center , 301 W. The stars come out to dance

Fans of TV’s “Dancing With the Stars” will see some of their favorite dancers perform in person, when the reality-competition show’s live tour comes to Utah, Friday, for two shows — at 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. — at the Eccles Theater, 131 S. Main, Salt Lake City. The tour features eight of the show’s pro dancers (including Utah native Rylee Arnold), and season 32 fan favorite Harry Jowsey as a special guest. The show’s host is Emma Slater, who’s been a pro dancer on the show for 10 years, winning the coveted Mirrorball trophy with NFL star Rashad Jennings in 2017. Produced by Live Nation, the 34-city tour kicks off on August 3 at The Chrysalis at Merriweather Park in Columbia making stops across North America in Toronto, Detroit, Houston, San Diego, and more before wrapping up in Seattle at Lumen Field – Muckleshoot Plaza on September 24.

PGA TOUR to return to Utah after 60 years, coming to Black Desert Resort

S T. GEORGE, Utah ( ABC4 ) — The Black Desert Championship 2024 Professional Golf Association TOUR FedEx Fall Cup in October will mark the historic return of the PGA TOUR to Utah after more than six decades.

The event — which is set to take place on the Black Desert Resort ‘s 19-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf — will run from Oct. 9 through Oct. 13. This is the inaugural tournament in the four-year agreement between Black Desert and the PGA TOUR.

VIP weekly hospitality tickets for the championship are now available online . Public general admission passes and daily hospitality tickets are scheduled to be available in June. Manning told ABC4.com that the only place ticket sales will be guaranteed will be from blackdesertevents.com .

“We are delighted to bring top-tier professional golf back to this region and look forward to making history with an unforgettable tournament experience,” Patrick Manning, managing partner of Black Desert said.

Manning said volunteer spots for the event filled up within two hours.

“The tournament is an opportunity for our team and community to come together and represent our hometown,” Manning said.
